We were working with Omaha Event Group for our wedding at another venue but that had to be moved with 6 month's notice. The Omaha Event Group was great about honoring the price and date commitment and offered several options to us that included The Garden Room. We fell in love with the venue right away and were extremely pleased with the entire process. Dalia and her team made everything run smoothly and were a calming presence during potentially stressful times. We loved working with them at the venue and would recommend to anyone. -

From start to finish, our experience with Omaha Event Group was outstanding. Beth Reher helped us find the best space to meet our budget and guest list. The Garden Room met our needs the best. The facility is decorated lovely and was very clean. It was so nice that the bridal suite could be used throughout the day and was the perfect backdrop for our getting ready photos. There are plenty of bathrooms so guests never had to stand in line. We loved the Speakeasy Room, where guests could retreat to a quiet space during the dancing. The dining/dancing hall was perfect! My daughter's wedding reception was spectacular! We were assigned Katelyn Cope as our event manager. She was a pleasure to work with! She was always accessible for questions throughout the year, as well as during the reception. When my husband lost his Father of the Bride speech between the church and reception venue, Katelyn came to his rescue and printed it for him from his phone. What a lifesaver! Kenny was our lead staff member for the evening. He was detail oriented and took care of us! Katelyn and Beth were so helpful in steering us in the right direction with vendors. Since we do not live in Omaha, this was extremely helpful. We were very pleased with every vendor we hired due to their recommendation. Lastly I must say, that the venue was super close to St. John's Parish on Creighton's campus, which was perfect for all of our out of town guests. The Garden Room is also located close to several hotels (Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn share the same parking lot), which was also very convenient for our out of town guests. Our experience with Omaha Event Group/The Garden Room exceeded our expectations! -

The Garden Room and their event staff far exceeded our expectations for our wedding! From the moment we started meeting with our coordinators - Katelyn and Bayli - we knew we were in good hands. Both of these women went above and beyond on the day of to make sure our event ran smoothly. In addition to making sure the day went perfectly, they also made it a point to check in with us throughout the night as to how we were doing and to offer assistance if needed. The event was such a great experience for my husband and I. This is thanks to the organization and hospitality provided to us by these two. In addition to the coordinators, all of the event staff that worked the day of the event were phenomenal. We are sad that weddings only happen once in a lifetime. If we were to do it all over again we would book with ODC and The Garden Room again with no hesitation!
