    BEST DECISION EVER!!! First and foremost- Ashley is the greatest human being I know. I don’t think I can find the words to explain how truly fantastic Ashley is. Ashley and I worked together for 15 months planning my wedding. She genuinely took the time to get to know me and my husband. So much so that when I went to show her my “ideal” theme of black and white, she showed me a design template of a room full of color because she knew I would love it. At that moment, I knew I was in great hands. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and I didn’t even know it!! From there she was my life savor. She thought of everything before I even could. She photoshops chairs into diagrams if you need more of a visual. She handled budget, vendors, welcome boxes, design elements, etc. The best part of it all- she’s a best friend when you need it. Having The Graceful Host be my planner was easily the best, and easiest, choice of my entire wedding. If you can book Ashley, do it ASAP! You will never regret it.

    Ashley went above and beyond to make my dream vision a reality! From the first time we talked, she totally understood my vision and never stopped advocating for that! During the planning process, I lived out of town, so I could only meet with vendors on brief visits home to Charlotte. However, Ashley helped me connect with vendors and coordinate schedules so that I could meet with vendors in person. She was also incredibly flexible and made sure that whether I was in town or a plane-ride away, I was always a part of the process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of, Ashley was a calming presence and truly ran the show. The day I got married, I didn't have a single thing to worry about because Ashley ensured that all went smoothly. With her running the show, my husband and I were totally present and got to enjoy every moment stress-free. We loved having Ashley and would highly recommend her!

    I'm not one to write reviews but considering without the reviews on The Knot about "Graceful Host" I would have never found Ashley!

    First off, you will have a lot of wedding planners in Charlotte that are great. But what you won't find in those are an "Ashley"! From the very first email Ashley was organized, efficient and made it feel like we were old friends!

    After, the first meeting I knew needed Ashley! I had selected the majority of my vendors by the time I started working with Ashley. She immediately jumped right in and took everything off my hands. Immediately, all those wedding fears and stress was lifted off of me!

    What sets Ashley apart is not only does she put her blood, sweat and tears in your wedding; she puts her heart and soul into making sure your wedding day is everything you ever dreamed of! She does offer a few levels of service but I would say do nothing under the partial service because she is worth every penny and SO much more!! It was important to me to find someone that would get to know us as a couple and Ashley without beyond her "contract" with that! I am so lucky to call her a friend too from this process!

    Ashley knows what she is doing and she knows where to put your money to get the biggest bang for your buck! This is where she helped us the most; deciding what should be spent on each vendor according to your budget! Our final meeting before the wedding I was so impressed on how organized she had our timeline and all the details were pulled together!

    Speaking of details she went above and beyond pulling all those details together! Even went as far as sewing pillow covers herself and surprising us with our signature monogram decal on the mini pizza boxes for late night snacks!

    The day of our wedding our parents, family and all my bridal party were able to enjoy themselves just like I wanted! Ashley and her team had everything covered! There is not enough "thank yous" and dollar value I could put on how much that meant to us!

    Ashley was hired as my Day of Coordinator. If you are undecided about whether a service like this is necessary for the price, let me tell you it's well worth the cost. Ashley and her team helped my day to go seamlessly. Everyone was very professional, polite and overall had a good grasp on the timeline for the day. It was very easy working with Ashley as she's very experienced in her field. It was nice to hand everything off to her well before the big day and her opinions/view during my final venue walk-thru helped gived me a better picture of how the flow of the day would go. Would highly recommend the Graceful Host as your wedding planner!

    Ashley of the Graceful Host was a superb wedding planner! From the very initial phone call, she was enthusiastic and easy to talk with. We live 8 hours away and I could not have planned our wedding in Charlotte without her help. With my now-husband and my difficult work schedules, we were only able to spend one week in Charlotte to meet with the vendors. Ashley not only suggested many excellent vendors but also met with all of them with us, securing all the major pieces of the wedding 6 months ahead (out of an 8 month engagement). Despite the distance, Ashley and I stayed in close communication and I felt absolutely at ease throughout the planning process. The wedding weekend was amazing! We weren't even aware that our guitarist never showed up until after the wedding! That's how smoothly Ashley and her team executed the event. Ashley is super creative, with excellent taste, and created watercolor and calligraphy seating chart and table numbers that I had only casually mentioned in our planning meeting months ago. These are just a few examples of countless hours of work and thought that she put into our wedding. All of our guests and family loved and enjoyed the day! Ashley is so hard working, patient, and organized. I could not say enough wonderful things about her and her company!

    We hired Ashley to do the full wedding planning. Ashley was wonderful to work with, and we could not imagine having had such an amazing wedding without her. I absolutely would recommend her again.

    Ashley was amazing. She went above and beyond for my wedding and constantly eased my worries and assured me that everything would be perfect and it was! She is professional, prompt and does what she says she is going to do. All of her vendors are amazing and I loved working with each and every one of them.

    One of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding process was to hire Ashley Cash to do our day-of wedding coordination. She was amazing and helped our big day go smoothly. Ashley was relaxed and in control at all times. When several little things came up (like they do at every wedding), she handled them without me ever knowing there was an issue. When our church coordinator was being less than nice, Ashley handled it with class and a positive attitude.

    During the reception when things are happening so fast and it feels like a blur, Ashley was always nearby to me to make sure I had everything I needed. I cannot recommend Ashley and her team high enough! My only complaint is I wish there were a sixth star because she earned six out of five stars!!! Thanks Ashley!

    Nothing in my life goes perfectly. It just doesn't. I trip, fall, stutter... etc. But, my wedding day was perfect because of Ashley Cash from The Graceful Host. She is truly amazing. She was my designer and coordinator for the day. At the rehearsal, she took charge and made sure we went over everything. On the wedding day, she did everything. If I had a doubt or forgot something, she took care of it. And, before I walked down the aisle (stairs!) and was about to freak out... she got me through it. Her whole team worked my wedding day and made sure everything went as planned. She sowed my mom's dress when it busted and helped me change out of mine into my much more comfortable "after wedding" dress. I have heard from everyone that my wedding was amazing, nothing went wrong and it was beautiful. It was all of those things. The credit goes to The Graceful Host.

    I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing wedding coordinator! I contacted The Graceful Host, needing help with design and day of coordination. I had so many ideas but no clue how to make all those ideas into a cohesive design plan. I met with Ashley twice sharing my thoughts, ideas and concerns. Ashley was able to take those two meetings and come up with a design for my wedding day that perfectly represented my fiancé and I. We were thrilled with the design on paper as well as the details we discussed but seeing everything come together on our wedding day took my breath away. Ashley even managed to include some surprises she knew I would love.
    Beyond Ashley's design talents, she was exceptional with coordination as well. I honestly had no stress about how things were coming together or worries about the schedule because Ashley handled everything and seemed so calm and in control the entire time. We received so many compliments from family, friends, and other vendors confirming what we already knew, The Graceful Host was the best wedding decision we made!

    Ashley was so awesome to work with! From the moment that my mom and I first talked to her we knew she would be the perfect fit to the wedding. Being an out of town bride can be quite stressful but I didn't have a thing to worry about. Ashley's confidence and grace put you at total ease with knowing that you are in great hands. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of and we felt it! The weeks prior to the wedding she was so great in making sure all of my vendors had a timeline and were ready to go. She also helped to get everything gathered at her house to bring up for me since it was difficult to take them with me from Florida. At the wedding she brought an assistant to help her with all of my little details and everything went off without a hitch. The wedding was everything that I could have ever hoped for and more! I would definitely recommend The Graceful Host!

    I used The Graceful Host's services for Day-Of Coordination of my June 2013 wedding. As part of my job, I plan and execute large events, so I had no intention on using any type of wedding planning services. I had a definitive plan in my head of the location, style, and details of our wedding, and I had no doubt I could pull it off...until reality set in. Since both my husband and I are from Cleveland and Pittsburgh respectively, we knew we would have limited help from our families on pulling the final details together. Enter, Ashley and The Graceful Host.

    The Day-Of Coordination service allowed me to plan all of the details of our wedding and pass everything off to Ashley 2 weeks before the big day. She created a day-of schedule for us to follow, sent it to all of our vendors, and made sure we stuck to it on our wedding day. She even came to our home the morning of our wedding to pick up over a thousand cookies for our dessert table and the day after our wedding, she brought all of our decorations back to our home! I could go on and on about how great she and her team set up our reception, how she was a calming presence for both my father and I in the moments before we were to walk down the aisle, or how she sent my husband and I home with bags of leftover food from the day, but long story short, my family and I all agreed - The Graceful Host was the best spent money from our wedding. I'd hire Ashley and her team again in a heartbeat!

    We decided to get married here in Charlotte, NC --- it sounded GREAT, until we realized we had no family close enough to help us with the planning!!!! After doing some research on my own, I decided we needed a wedding planner that was familiar with the area and had insight into what the local vendors had to offer. Choosing The Graceful Host (TGH) was the best decision we could have made. After inquiring about more information, Ashley contacted me immediately by phone and we had a meeting set up for 2 days later. At our very first meeting she came prepared with 5 different venue options based upon our phone conversation! She answered all of our questions promptly and listened to our concerns; she was by our sides through every step of the wedding planning process. The vendors that she works with are the BEST in Charlotte and everyone was wonderful. When we walked into the reception space we were absolutely floored! The room looked better than we could ever have imagined. Ashley is professional, organized and most importantly so much fun to work with! It really felt like we were working with a close friend. Ashley with TGH really did make our fairy tale wedding come to life! Thanks Ashley!

    I met with several vendors to handle my day of wedding coordination, and my mother and I knew immediately upon meeting Heather that she was the one! She always had a prompt response to my million questions, offered valuable (and money saving) advice, and the final product definitely exceeded expectations. She & Ashley were able to take my vision (particularly on the New Year's Eve favor table and candy buffet) and execute absolutely perfectly - Both were such a big hit with my guests! The patience and knowledge that were very apparent during the rehearsal made for a flawless wedding day, and knowing that these ladies were there to make sure everything ran smoothly definitely let me focus on enjoying the moment. It was a pleasure to work with The Graceful Host!

    We loved working with Ashley and Heather of the graceful host! From helping us with design ideas to completely managing the set up, flow and break down of our wedding day, they were both amazing to work with and exceeding all our expectations. They were able to take all of my half formed ideas and put them together with their own wonderful ideas and large quantities of talent to make our dream wedding day a reality. We could not have done it without them!

    From the very beginning stages of planning, I knew The Graceful Host was the best choice and partner for me! Heather was able to understand my vision for the perfect wedding day, and the results were more than I could have even dreamed of! She and her staff were so easy to work with and really did take care of every detail. Leading up to my wedding day, many people in my life commented on how calm I was in the midst of one of the biggest days of my life, I can credit that calmness to knowing I was marrying my best friend, and working with The Graceful Host!!     Heather created a custom plan for my wedding, she did the design and day of coordination for my event. In the planning I was most worried about the look of the venue and bringing all the different elements of day together, especially since I was planning from a different state. Heather did all of this fabulously!

    Heather did the floor plan, picked the linens and lighting, organized and contacted all the vendors, introduced me to a fabulous florist, managed the timeline, took over all the planning 2 weeks out, and took care of all our gifts and supplies at the reception. We had an initial consultation, where off the bat she had great ideas for the venue. She also met with us at the venue to walk through the floor plan and do mock up centerpieces with the linens. As a visual person, this is exactly what I needed. She had relationships with the other vendors I used which was a great comfort.

    Heather pulled together the look and feel I was going for without blinking an eye. She had a great vision and pulled it through, with some extra fun and surprises throw in! She was comforting but straight forward and honest. Heather worked within our budget and her day of assistants were just as amazing as she is. I couldn't have done this without her! She did way more than I expected a wedding coordinator to do and couldn't believe how much she had under control!

    Hired Heather for day- of coordination....but if I could do it again, I would hire her to plan the entire wedding! Great value.....integral to how smoothly the day went.

    Having the Graceful Host plan my wedding was ultimately the best decision I made. It was an experience I will always cherish. Heather is talented, creative, inspiring, thoughtful, professional, and such a wonderful person. Every element of the wedding came forth better than I could have imagined, and it was because her focus was on making my husband and I have a day that was stress free. Even our guests were in awe at how beautiful everything turned out. We could not have done it without Heather! I wish I had something else to plan right now just so I could work with her again!!! If you are seeking a wedding planner, the Graceful Host comes highly recommended. Any other choice and you have just done yourself a disservice.

    What a fantastic company. Working with The Graceful Host made our wedding a breeze. The Graceful Host understood our vision from the very beginning and took the stress out of making it a reality! I wouldn't have survived our wedding day without Heather and her team. My husband and I didn't have to worry with the last minute details, the hassles of set up, coordinating vendors, and dealing with overbearing family members :) I can honestly say The Graceful Host was the best idea we had. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding day as much without her there!

    The Graceful Host made our wedding planning experience fun, easy, and stress free. The amount of time Heather saved us by finding the best vendors was worth every penny...but that didn't compare to the role she played on our wedding day. She was prepared for anything and always 10 steps ahead. She gave us tips on proper wedding etiquette, kept us calm, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding day turned out better than we ever could have imagined thanks to Heather and her amazing team!!!

    The Graceful Host was FABULOUS! I am so happy I decided to use this group. Planning a wedding 2000+ miles from the wedding site is pretty stressful, but Heather from The Graceful Host took over everything and put me at ease. She instantly got what I was saying with my ideas and turned them into something much better than I ever imagined! Since the wedding I have received several compliments from friends and family members saying that it was such a unique and beautiful wedding and that they couldn't have imagined anything to make it better. I highly recommend The Graceful Host if you are looking for a planner who is passionate about their job, detail oriented and great fun to work with.
