User2511188 Sent on 01/19/2016We stayed at the Grand America for our wedding night because we hadn't left for our honeymoon yet. The resorts in Park City are very expensive in the winter, so the Grand America was our next option for a nice place to stay at a price that we could afford. We got the honeymoon package which included bathrobes and slippers that we got to keep, a rose in the room, truffled, and a $100 resort credit that we used for a very large in-room breakfast and some stuff out of the mini fridge. The room was really nice and I love the bathrooms at the Grand America. It's really nice to have a soaking tub and a separate shower with marble floors and countertops. All of the staff were very professional and polite. We even had a hand-written card in our room congratulating us on our wedding. Parking is also included if you stay at the hotel. -
User2265857 Sent on 08/11/2015Used there dinner hall for my wedding it was the perfect size at the perfect price, there food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. There dinner hall is already beautiful so not much decorating was needed. -
User1186520 Sent on 06/04/2013Having our wedding ceremony and reception happen at the Grand America Hotel was a dream come true! The elegance was amazing and it was all a very classy experience. We were embraced with luxury the whole way, and we definitely were treated like royalty. I could not recommend this place enough! Nicole Rock is an amazing person to work with. She was the one who made the events in the Grand spectacular and smooth-running. I reminisce on that spectacular day every day. I deeply wish I could go back and experience is all over again! No changed whatsoever.

Whitney Sent on 03/27/2012The Grand America was amazing. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff were so attentive and wonderful to work with. From the first time you go to see the venue, you are assigned a coordinator who takes care of everything. This is a one stop shop for a wedding; they take care of food, linens, setup, cleanup, hair, makeup, tables, chairs, the cake, servers, etc. It was a wonderful thing knowing that our families we able to enjoy this special day instead of worrying about all the little details. -

I did my engagement luncheon there with only 30 people. The room on the third floor has a patio overlooking the gardens. It was awesome view and the photos come out awesome.
Well, we all know this five star hotel is no cheap but the lunch came out awesome. The entree portions twice as big as what I was expecting to see and the grilled salmon and mushroom risotto were delicious. The pastries were delicious too.
The only and minor downside was that staff didn't see the drink choices on place cards and started giving champagne to a recovering AA. :/ I was able to wave server and save that on time though.
The staff was super attentive and worked the timeline with me. The banquet manager gave me her cell phone and I was able to text her during the lunch if I needed anything.

Carly A. Sent on 03/28/2011We had our wedding dinner at the Grand America and it was perfect! My wedding coordinate was phenomenal. She was very quick with any questions or changes that I needed. The food was fantastic. Everyone raved about it. The atmosphere was very elegant and classy. The serving staff was so nice and professional. I would recommend this place to any bride. It is a little more expensive than other places but definitely worth it!
