If you’re looking to have a fairytale wedding, or just the best weekend of your life, this is the place to have it. Absolutely beautiful venue, professional and friendly staff, and great package options. Not to mention the breakfast they serve you is amazing. They went above and beyond to make my husband and I, along with friends and family, feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this venue to anyone!!! Such an awesome family! Thank you!

What a WONDERFUL wedding weekend we had at The Grand Estate! From the rehearsal and dinner to the ceremony and reception, it was fabulous beyond our expectations. Their attention to details and calm demeanor made everything go so smoothly. The facilities and accommodations exceeded our dreams. We wanted the best memories for our son and new daughter-in-law and that is certainly what we got. Thank you!

We had been to at least 3 other venues before, and had fallen in love with one but did not like that we would have to clean up everything ourselves on our wedding night.
My fiance noticed The Grand Estates and fell in love with the pictures (he's a big car guy).
We got to the venue and it was a dream from beginning to end. It's a family run establishment, and they all treat it like their baby.
Every single one of the preferred vendors was definitely recommended for a reason!!!
We had a pretty smooth time over the past 2 years planning our wedding until the week before. We frantically were contacting Jerrica in a panic, and she helped us tremendously.
I could not speak more highly of them, and we now feel like family! We can't wait to go back for our anniversary stay!!!

I am not even sure where to start, but this venue is gorgeous. From the moment you drive up to the main house you are in complete amazement at the beauty. There are endless photo opportunities as the grounds are never ending. My son & daughter-in-law made the best choice by choosing The Grand Estate for their wedding weekend. We arrived Friday at noon and spent the weekend there for all the wedding events. The rehearsal & rehearsal dinner was Friday evening around the pool area. As the mother of the groom the dinner was my primary responsibility. The staff was wonderful to work with. Anything & everything we needed was available to us. Their motto is “ just ask” and we will get it for you. Having the venue for the entire weekend made preparation so much easier than having to drive back & forth. My son & his groomsmen stayed in the chalet by the pool Friday night. It gave them time to laugh, share stories & have a few drinks. My daughter-in-law & her girls spent that night in the Bridal Suite, so they too could catch up with each other. The suite is also where all hair & make up was done. It is just gorgeous & so large. Both sets of parents also had their own room for the weekend. Both Saturday & Sunday morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast made by Tia & Grandma. They were both so kind & accommodating. Both the bride & groom had a special request for “dippy” eggs & Grandma was on it. We had eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, quiche, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, OJ & coffee. They have a lovely breakfast area & they made sure the bride & groom never saw each other on Saturday until she walked down the aisle. The ceremony was held at the gazebo. Again, just 1 word can describe it—Gorgeous!! The cocktail hour was held by the pool & the reception was held in a chandelier filled white tent. All the bride’s requests were accommodated. The evening also included an unbelievable fireworks display ( this is an additional cost, but well worth it). Most of the bridal party spent Saturday night there too with just a few changes in sleeping arrangements as the bride & groom spent their 1st night as a married couple in the Bridal suite. Before heading to bed for the night, we were able to relax by the pool with 1 final drink. Jerrica is the wedding coordinator & she is phenomenal. We met several times with her before the weekend & she was readily available throughout the weekend for us. All the staff there are so friendly & will do anything for you. During the reception we started to run low on 1 type of beer & Tia went to the local distributor, purchased what we needed & brought it back, so no family member or friend had to leave the fun reception. I just wish we could do it all over again! The bride & groom will also be able to return to celebrate their 1st Anniversary in the Bridal Suite. This venue is 10 Stars!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend!!!!!!

The Grand Estate was a dream location to get married! We opted to have the estate for the whole weekend and have our bridal party stay there with us. It was so nice not to have to coordinate transportation and making sure a bunch of people were where they needed to be on time. The staff was incredible and super helpful - Jerrica was a godsend, especially on the day of the wedding. I'm convinced she is psychic as she knew exactly when the weather was going to break and stop raining. She kept me calm and collected when there was a slight chance we would have to move the ceremony indoors due to rain. I give her credit for that fact that I felt ZERO stress on our wedding day (which was a huge surprise to me). Everything was visually stunning - I wish we could have utilized more of the outdoor locations for photos, but the weather prevented that. Luckily their indoor areas are just as beautiful as their outdoor ones so our photos are still breathtaking.
Our wedding day was a dream and I give a lot of the credit for that to The Grand Estate.

The Grand Estate is a venue like no other. There is a completely different state of mind when getting to celebrate your wedding experience as a relaxing weekend. We were able to enjoy the beautiful estate property in preparation for our big day. The staff is incredibly accommodating and made sure that even with a slight chance of rain we were prepared to have our rehearsal dinner indoor or outdoor as well as our ceremony. We had a chance of sunshine during the time of the ceremony and nobody stressed out the bride about the possibility of rain but luckily we chose to have the ceremony outside and the sun shined through when we were speaking our vows. We knew at that moment that we had the perfect wedding day.
The estate family works so hard to make every event go so smoothly. Everyone who helps there is so kind and accommodating. I enjoyed getting to know Jerrica and Tia throughout the process, they are so sweet and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The chandeliers at this venue are iconic but the reception tent was always my wedding dream! We were even able to bring our antique car to park in the yard because this family has a love for classic cars just like us. It was very special that we could have our family car there with us and the venue even had a garage space available for us to park it in.
We look forward to coming back to the Grand Estate for an anniversary and for a reminder of where we said our vows. We want to genuinely thank the Grand estate family for everything they did for us to give us such a beautiful and memorable wedding experience.

The Grand Estate...absolutely PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond for our big day, from the minute we took the tour. Aaron was very responsive and so flexible with us as our schedule was difficult to accommodate at times. Aaron, Jericka, Tia, and Melanie were wonderful... they took extra time to make sure what we wanted was exactly as is. They helped us determine a timeline, had great insight into vendors, and overall kept us calm and organized throughout the process. I truthfully cannot say enough about how perfect our weekend was at this venue... we are definitely looking forward to coming back for our one year anniversary!!!

The Grand Estate was the perfect venue. The staff is amazing to work with. I didn't know until after the wedding, but during cocktail hour we started running low on our wine supply and Melanie went to the store to get more for our guests, which was amazing and she saved the day! I would 100% recommend having your wedding or wedding reception at this venue! It was beautiful and we got so many compliments on how beautiful the grounds were and how amazing the staff was!

Looking back on our day, there is not a single thing that we would change. The Grand Estate was the perfect venue, and the staff was beyond wonderful to work with. They are exactly the type of people that you want involved with such a big moment in your life. It's really hard for me to pick a favorite thing about this venue, because everything just beyond exceeded any expectations we could have had. They were so flexible and accommodating to work with, and their vendor list was on point. Our vendors all said that they loved working there, and our guests are still talking about how incredible everything was. If you want a flawless event, this is where you need to go. Right from the get go of planning our wedding, Melanie, Tom, Aaron & Jerrica made it amazing. They truly put their hearts into the weddings they hold there. They are so helpful and so very sweet. They made our day AMAZING. I would recommend them over and over again. We ended up getting married during a big heat wave in our area and it was VERY hot so even with the air conditioning under the tent, it was very hot, but they let us even bring in another unit we rented. Just something to keep in mind if you are planning a summer wedding!

Melanie, Tom and the whole family were amazing leading up to and on my wedding day. They made it so I did not have to worry about anything. It was perfect. Everything from accommodations to tracking the weather. Best experience of my life. Huge thanks to the family at the Grand Estate.

The Grand Estate was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding! While trying to find a venue our daughter and son in law visited many different places. The Grand Estate was the first venue they visited and they fell in love with it, but still took the time to visit other venues. They had their checklist of must haves and The Grand Estate filled each and every one of them and after visiting many other places realized that not only did the Estate meet and exceed what they wanted, the other venues didn’t come close to what the Estate offers.
The Grand Estate allowed our family and friends to gather in a place where we were made to feel as if it was our own home. In many ways it felt as if we were having the wedding in our own backyard, but the most beautiful backyard I have ever seen. It truly was a weekend event! We had the rehearsal dinner in the Chalet (comfortably fitting 40 people inside). The Estate took care of setting up all of the tables, chairs and linens and made sure that everything was in place before the caterer arrived on Friday night. They came back in the evening to take away the tables and chairs and made sure that everything was prepared for our guests to use the Chalet overnight. The entire bridal party stayed in the Estate overnight Friday and woke up to an amazing breakfast the next day before we all started getting ready. The attention that was given to everyone was just amazing. The owners and their staff never left our sides all day on Saturday as we prepared for the wedding. As we were all heading to the church for the ceremony the Grand Estate staff was still there by our sides sending us off and making sure that we were all ready. It was this type of attention that again made us feel like we were in our own home, being sent off with love.
Once back to the Estate, after the ceremony, we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening without any worry. The Grand Estate team was everywhere, taking care of everyone. They are truly the best!

I cannot say enough about this venue and the owners of the venue, Melanie and Tom, along with their family. The venue is absolutely stunning, every inch of it is just absolutely beautiful. I had my dream wedding at this venue and I mean the wedding was seriously breath taking. The mansion and tent are gorgeous and so so classy! You can make the tent into anything you want! You can make it as simple or glamorous as you want! Melanie and Tom were super amazing and even allowed us to put floral wreaths in the chandeliers in the tent. They want to help you in any way they can to make your dream wedding a reality. What is also amazing about this venue is that you can make it a wedding weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner at the estate in the Chalet on Friday and we stayed at the estate Friday and Saturday night. The estate provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, it was like waking up in your own home as the owners make this place feel like your home. Their hospitality is incredible. Tom and Melanie, along with their entire family, are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They really helped in making our wedding absolutely perfect, everything ran so smoothly, and they made us all feel at home. If you want to have the wedding of your dreams and create life long friends then The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres is the right place for you! I 110% plan to go back and visit and take advantage of their Bed and Breakfast.

Hi, my name is Elias. In regards to Jocelyne's comment, I want to start by saying that my fiancée and I picked the venue ourselves because we knew that the vision that we had for the wedding with the decorations that we wanted to do, that this would be the perfect place to get married. My fiancée and I are very excited to have our wedding on April 21, 2018 at this beautiful venue. As far as the bathrooms go they aren't not your traditional portable toilets, they are considered luxury outdoor bathrooms that are commonly used in outdoor weddings. I would like to reiterate that we are very excited about this wedding and if this ends up being the venue that you choose to get married at, I know you will be just as excited as we are.

From the moment we visited the Grand Estate at Hidden Acres we knew this was where we wanted to get married, and it was the best decision we've ever made (apart from the whole deciding to marry each other part)! We were planning the wedding from out of state, and Aaron and Melanie made the process so much easier with their rapid response times and wonderful personalities. We had a big crew and many people in our bridal party were traveling to the wedding, and it made all the difference that we could all stay in one spot for the weekend and actually spend time with each other without stressing about anything. It felt like we were on vacation at a resort. From spending Friday swimming and relaxing, to Friday night having fun outside by the light of the beautiful stone fireplace, to delicious breakfast Saturday (and Sunday) morning, to the girls getting ready and dancing around in the gorgeous library while the guys played bocce ball, to the actual ceremony and reception itself, everything was beyond perfect. I had a bit of a bridal disaster in that I started to feel sick that evening, and Melanie made ALL the difference in rescuing me--making sure I got Pedialyte, giving me a pep talk, etc. These folks are incredible at what they do, and they're also truly kind, thoughtful, caring human beings. I'd imagined every detail, every moment, and I can honestly say our wedding weekend at the Grand Estate was even more incredible than I had pictured in my head. THANK YOU so much!!! The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres could not have been any better as a wedding venue. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the tent area for the reception is truly beautiful. Melanie and Tom, who run the venue, are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely receptive to any concerns you may have, and their experience is evident when dealing with them. During our first look, our photographer was stung by a bee and when we went back up to the house Melanie was aware it happened and was waiting with ice and medicine. One of our cousins had a broken leg and the estate made sure to bring out the golf cart to drive her from the ceremony site to the reception. These are just two examples of how accomodating and well prepared Melanie and Tom are. As a wedding coordinator, Melanie was incredible and although everyone can be a bit anxious on their wedding day, Melanie made us feel relaxed for the big day! We highly recommend booking the venue for multiple days as well. We had our rehearsal dinner at the venue next to the pool located by the guest house, and this created a very fun atomosphere to calm nerves the day prior to the wedding! The estate house is roomy and comfortable, and the bridal suite is nothing short of magical. Our wedding was more perfect than we could ever have dreamed, and The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres deserves a huge part of the credit. My daughter Jessica's wedding was 10/7/17, it was like a fairy tale come true. Mel, Tom their family and staff were wonderful! They treated us like family. Mel even cried when she saw my daughter in her dress for the 1st time, which made my husband cry : ) My daughter and her husband had their "1st look" down by the pond on the bridge before the ceremony and they took the bride down in a golf cart. There was no detail left undone. The tent was so beautiful with the chandeliers and lights. I don't think I have ever seen a more beautiful venue. The grounds were so pretty and the out door pictures were spectacular. I was worried about small things getting done, and Mel told me to let her know what she could do to help, so I gave her my list. She took care of my details plus others I didn't even think of! We could not have asked for anything more perfect. This venue exceeded our expectations!

Where do I begin? My dream, my "'Fairytale In The Woods" came true because of the wonderful team of Melanie, Tom and there rest of their family/staff. The first question is always where is this place? And you may have the feeling of how much longer to we get there.... and then you arrive!!!! The estate itself is magnificent, the grounds are very well kept and then you walk around and there is no where else like it! From the inside to the outside there are so many spots for exploring, fun, pictures and amazing memories! It's a unique experience not only because of the Estate itself but because of the people who run it! Melanie, feels like family to me and her dedication to each bride and making that day as special as she can is something you will never find at a hotel or the popular "barn spots". The tent will take your breathe away, its ceiling lined with silk draping and chandlers and then the outside openness to it its so incredible and relaxing. Everyone said I was the happiest bride they had ever seen! One because I married an amazing, wonderful man, but two because of Melanie, I had no worries as she made sure things were as we discussed. Oh, and bonus you get to stay in the most gorgeous bed and breakfast. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the happiness that was fulfilled on our wedding day because of the beautiful place and all the amazing/talented people that make it run! Our wedding at the Grand Estate at Hidden Acres was truly straight out a fairy tale. Melanie and Tom were with us every step of the way and helped us with everything. The Estate itself is breathtaking, and the tender care put into the landscaping and decorating of the venue shows in every detail. Friends and family gasped when they entered the estate and saw the beautiful hanging chandeliers. You could not find a more beautiful place to take wedding pictures. In addition to the inside, the estate has many more beautiful spots outside. We took pictures by the pond located on the property, in front of the mansion itself, by the gazebo, by the pool, and just about everywhere! Guests raved about the venue, and utilized every aspect. We had guests putting their foot in the pool after too much dancing, enjoying the view from the front of the estate, and even just walking around by the woods, enjoying the outdoors. We loved that our guests enjoyed the space for all it had to offer.

Beyond the sheer beauty of the Estate, I cannot overstate how helpful and caring Melanie and Tom were during our whole process. They ensured all of our questions and concerns were addressed, and dealt with each one in the best possible way. Melanie made sure everything was organized and ran smoothly from day one, and even organized our other vendors. She even stepped in when we had a problem with one of our vendors, greatly relieving the stress and headaches behind wedding planning. This organization and planning lead to a wonderfully smooth wedding day.

I was beyond impressed with the genuine care and concern Melanie had for us and our wedding. She took time to get to know us and our families and what we wanted for our wedding, and then went to great lengths to make sure it came true. She was so attentive to us throughout the entire process, and was truly invested in making our day special. Honestly, I cannot recommend the Estate enough. It was one of the best decisions we ever made.

Tom and Melanie were amazing! Their daughters were even involved in helping out! We became like family after the whole thing! They really make you feel welcome into their bed and breakfast and are super knowledgeable in their line of work! Really helps you think about every little detail. Our wedding was perfect at the Grand Estate at Hidden Acres! The Waddell's were so accommodating and fabulous to work with, they were on hand and helped us with everything. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful our wedding was and how beautiful the venue was. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

We were the first wedding at this venue. Its a bed and breakfast with breathtaking beauty. There are so many hidden areas for the most beautiful pictures. The ceremony went on without a problem even though it rained. It was to be in the gazebo which is beautiful but they quickly changed it to inside the most gorgeous tent, with no problems at all, and plenty of room. Melanie did a wonderful job with coordinating everything. I did not have much to do at all other then to make choices! I have been in 11 other weddings at a bridesmaid and I feel i have bragging rights that this went over very smoothly and looked like hollywood. This is a hidden gem. Its located in the country though only half an hour from Pittsburgh. Everything was reasonable and was very comfortable. All the girls got ready in the Bridal suite, which is enormous, and the guys got ready in the rec room aka "man cave." The Stay over was even better. Wonderful owners and great cooking plus the most comfy bed!! LOVED EVERYTHING!

So much to say! As Mother of the Bride, there is no one who could compare to Tom and Melanie Owners of the Estate. How they made our experience So Personal and Amazing! We loved every minute of the planning of Emily and Tyler's special day! They truly captured the Cinderella Wedding that Emily always dreamed of! The Estate is Exquisite! All of Emily and Tyler's friends were able to enjoy the evening and spend the nite. Emily and Tyler's Pastor was not able to do the rehearsal so Melanie stepped in and was just amazing! She even did the rehearsal inside the Beautiful Tent and at the Gazebo! Luckily we were able to have the ceremony outdoors at the Gazebo! Tom was great too, he was able to make a display of lights behind the sweetheart table! Just what Emily wanted! As the Mom, I was constantly emailing Melanie with questions, she was able to get back with me so quickly! And no question was too small! There is even a dog groomer/boarder across the street for those who want to bring their 4 legged friends! The Estate is just Beautiful! Was the 1st Venue we looked at, went to a few others and it became very clear that this was the "Place" ! Brides, please check out the Estate! You and your Groom will be Amazed!
