  Perfect in Every Aspect

  Lindsey and Nick went out of their way to make sure that every little want and need, every little ticky question I had was better than satisfied. Lindsey was incredibly sweet, friendly, upfront on details but NEVER rude or brusque, upbeat and helpful with everything I could possibly need from her. Nick filled in all of the facility and tech needs we had (and we had a lot of "tech" going on), even running extra power drops for us. The venue was perfect and versatile for the (VERY) reasonable price we paid for our event, especially considering all of the amenities they include when using their venue. The real shining stars of using the Germantown Great Hall is truly Lindsey and Nick though. They were wonderful to both me AND all of my multinational guests. I look forward to my next opportunity to use this venue so much, I might just send Lindsey and Nick a holiday card!

  The Great Hall is a hidden gem! It is a gorgeous venue that was perfect for our wedding ceremony and reception. Georgia is a breeze to work with and made sure our day came together just perfect!

  We are so happy we booked our reception venue at The Great Hall. There are few places in the Memphis area that can accommodate banquet seating for more than 250 guests with incredible features such as tables, linens, chairs, lighting, sound, full service kitchen, balcony, and courtyard. The venue was also near a cute pond with gazebos that were perfect for our wedding pictures. Lastly, our site coordinator, Lindsey Anslinger, was really easy to work with, contributing to a smooth planning process.

  We are so happy we booked our reception venue at The Great Hall.   The Great Hall and Conference Center was a wonderful facility to host a wedding reception. The facility was very easy to work with and always accommodating. Nick, the general manager and Lesley were always available for questions and always returned phone calls promptly.
  We had a very positive experience and would reccommend the facility to future brides.

  We held our daughter's wedding reception at the Great Hall for 500 guests. The venue was fabulous, perfect for a band and dance flloor, as well as multiple buffet lines. There was ample room for seating, and room to mingle. The manager, Chuck, was a delight ; he gave helpful tips to enhance the decor to create the perfect ambiance. The price was reasonable with no "surprise" add-ons. It was a delightful experience! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a special site located in a convenient location.

  This venue is GREAT! It was truly convenient because I did not want our families driving all the way across town from one venue to the other. It is a bit pricy, but for what u get, it well worth it. The manager Chuck Porter was such a sweetheart. They provided me with a venue that would fit all my guest comfortably! And the best part of this is there were NO EXTRA FEES! The only extra fee was if you desire longer linens for your tables and of course tax. The staff were very professional. Before the event, Andrew, one of the staff was very cordial and anything extra that was needed he was able to provide in the middle of him setting up. And the night staff Jessica, was also very cordial and responded immediately if we needed anything extra. I would definitely recommend this venue for both wedding and reception to all future brides!

  We had our reception at The Great Hall, not the ceremony. Chuck was extremely helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect and the space inside was great for the number of guests we had. Chuck was quick to answer any questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

  OMG! So many words to describe what your getting for the money. I could not have picked a better place. The staff was great. The space was great and all the extras like dance floor and lights were included in the price no hidden fees with this place.

  Never again

  We were told when we rented this venue that the entire building was ours for the day. When we arrived we found that to not be true. It was never explained to us that The Great Hall & Conference Center were too separate parts but all in the day building. So we had to share this day with 2 different church services. Nick was professional and apologized for the misunderstanding but Libdsay was not the nicest person!!! Her mannerisms and tone towards people who look like me is not good at all I would not recommend this place nor her attitude to anyone!!!!
