There is literally not enough good things I can say about Tiffany and the rest of the staff at The Heirloom Inn. We knew immediately that this was the perfect place because Tiffany didn't flinch at all my weird ideas and non-traditional plans! We had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and I've never been more happy to have a good partner. Tiffany somehow made that easy and stress-free, too. Once we finally got to the day of, I really didn't know if my vision was going to come together (again, I wanted strange and specific things), but when we arrived for photos, I almost burst into tears. It was beyond perfect. All our guests raved about how beautiful it was and I just kept saying, "It was all Tiffany!" Seriously, everything with her was just so easy: vendors, booze, planning, dealing with our wedding party and parents. She's a total pro! There isn't a wedding without this team and certainly not my dream wedding. THANK YOU ALL.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. They are so amazing and super helpful. And everything was so simple for me. Such an amazing group of people yo work with. And I am so glad that I chose this venue for my wedding. They made sure everything was beyond perfect.

My son and his wife had their wedding here on September 14, 2019. We booked the venue well over a year in advance. When we booked the venue was very lush and green with flowers blooming everywhere . It was a garden atmosphere and very vintage which we loved. We booked on the spot. When we returned to the inn 1 month prior to the wedding to select linen colors and finalize decor , there had been a few changes to the arrangement of the venue . I will not lie, it stressed us out. Tiffany the owner was very accommodating to us and put things back in place to make it almost exactly like it was when we booked. It is beautiful during the day but at night it is a wow effect! Kind of reminded me of if you have ever been the the Blue Bayou restraunt at Disneyland / pirates of the Caribbean. Pure magic! I had several guest tell me that it was the most beautiful wedding that they have ever been too and that at night it was magical. No regrets booking here. It brings a lot of value without breaking the bank. The caterer that they use is amazing , food is excellent! Work with Tiffany , tell her your vision and bring pictures ! She will make it happen for you.

My husband and I got married here one year ago in June. After all of this time, I still feel this was the absolute best venue we could have ever found! Sheri is AMAZING! It's a one stop shop in terms of venue, catering, DJ, etc., because Sheri is connected with each vendor. My job as a bride was incredibly easy and care free. I planned my wedding of 115 guests in 7 months time but was actually done in one month due to Sheri and her connections. I can't recommend this place enough, not to mention the amazing price to rent it. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I attended this wedding as a guest of the bride. I found the staff to be very couteuous and willing to go above an beyond expectations. The grounds are absolutely beautiful as a garden setting. The owner of the property was very accommodating and has the staff to make an event one to remember. The entire event flowed very smoothly due to great planning,prepperation, and a crew that can get the job done....By far one of the best weddings that I have attended and I would highly recommend their services.

We toured several venues before we saw the Heirloom-- when we saw it we loved it, and when we talked to Sherry, I was sold. From what we saw, you usually get two options with venues: 1, have complete control over vendors, decor, etc, but do it all yourself. Or 2, give control to the venue and they'll take care of it all. With the Heirloom, you get the best of both worlds. Sherry let us bring it all of our stuff (including alcohol!! HUGE $$ saver!), but she and her staff totally executed our vision down to the last detail without us, or our friends and family, having to do a thing. She was a dream to work with.

The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and unique-- we live in Roseville so the drive was a bit of a pain, but 100% worth it when we saw how beautiful our wedding was. All of our guests raved about how amazing it was and how different from weddings they've been to (the usual golf clubs, vineyards, ballrooms, etc). It feels intimate but spacious, and the lush gardens were to die for. Our photographers adored it, every backdrop inside and out is stunning. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE, we just loved it.

Sherry is awesome!! My wedding was absolutely perfect. Everyone loved the inn it was so pretty. The staff was very helpful and on top of everything.

I would absolutely recommend the Heirloom inn. It is breathtakingly beautiful. Sherrie the owner is wonderful, she will tell it like it is, but will always do it the brides way even if she feels it may not be the best way. I had the best wedding ever, everything was perfect. It was a pretty warm day, and the venue is all out door. So the ceramony was hot but we had fans for the guests. All went amazingly well. I also used all the vendors Sherrie recommended and I would recommend you do the same. Great place to get married! Oh, and you get to stay at the 150 year old inn the night of the wedding. Its a beautiful place.

The Heirloom Inn is a beautiful, romantic venue for your wedding. The Inn itself is a beautiful backdrop for your event and the gardens surrounding the Inn make for endless photo opps and lovely intimate spaces for people to gather. Everyone that attended or wedding thought that it was a beautiful setting. Sherry the owner is an amazing lady, she does so much for her brides that you would expect to pay a ton of money for an event planner, but you won't, this place is beautiful, romantic.....and a value, what else is there!?

I had my wedding at the Heirloom Inn in June and it was simply amazing. The grounds are covered in flowers and lights, and are beautifully maintained. Although the venue may not look like much from the outside, when you walk into the garden, it looks like you have entered a garden wonderland. In my opinion, the pictures on the website do not do it justice--you need to see this venue in person to see how great it is.
Sherry, the owner of the venue, is simply the best! Her and her staff set up and took down all of the decor, allowing my family and guests to just enjoy the day and do absolutely no work. I cannot stress how helpful she was throughout the entire planning process. Anytime I had a question, she was there to help and give advice. She also had many vendor suggestions for a variety of budgets which was so helpful because I live in the Sacramento area (which is about an hour and a half away from the venue).
If you want to get married in a classic garden setting with a DOC who is exceedingly proficient, then definitely take a look at The Heirloom Inn!

The venue is beautiful and even having had gotten married on a 103 degree day the shade from all of the trees kept us cool and provided an amazing backdrop for our photos. Unfortunately, Sherry, the owner of the Heirloom Inn did not deliver. From day one she was reassuring that she would handle all of the day of duties. She told us to not hire a "day-of" coordinator. The big day finally arrived and it was a disaster. We were not told that we had to provide ice for the beverages (NOT on contract either) it wasn't until one of the groomsmen got a drink from the bartender (that sherry provided) and it was warm that they told us we needed to run out and get some ice. Don't you think when they unloaded our drinks and there was no ice they should have told us to get some? Sherry was no where to be found the entire day (later found out she was smoking in the back the entire time). A family friend signed when the cake was delivered and even fixed the cake when it was melting (all things sherry said she would handle). My photographer stepped it up by getting the food for me and my husband when sherry of course didn't do that like we were told. We asked to borrow Sherry's cake cutting knife and when we went to cut the cake it wasn't there so we had to do it with our hands. The helper lady (sherry never introduced us) came up to me in the middle of the reception while we were dancing and asked if they could start cleaning up. I politely said "no you can clean up once the wedding is over" she responded by saying "we stop getting paid at 11 so we want to be done by then" SERIOUSLY? If we were told that the site had to be cleaned up by 11pm we would have ended it earlier! When we booked we were told that we had to be out by midnight. I FINALLY saw Sherry as we were about to leave when she came up and whispered in my ear that basically we were taking too long to leave and she pretty much hurried us out. Saddened to say the day was a complete mess due to her caused.
