    Amazing experience - totally recommend!

    Lori and Betsy did such a great job and totally exceeded my expectations. The entire process went so smoothly. We even had a few last minute additional services to add on and Lori and her team were so flexible with us.

    Everyone's hair and makeup lasted all day even for our outdoor June wedding. I had some fresh flowers for my hair and they stayed put throughout the whole day as well. I would absolutely recommend Lori and the team to anyone looking for onsite hair and makeup services.

    I Do is THE Crew !

    I would recommend I Do Glam to anyone and everyone! Lori is an absolute delight - total sweetheart, kind, attentive, AND talented. From a logistics standpoint she is responsive and extremely reliable. From an emotional standpoint she has a special knack for making you feel immediately more comfortable and confident. A girl couldn't ask for more!

    Great experience!

    I worked with Lori and Sarah from I Do Glam Crew for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone loved their hair and make up.
    They listened very well to what each person wanted and were very professional. One of my bridesmaids even hired them for her own wedding!

    Lori and the team were AMAZING! Planning was a breeze, and last-minute changes were taken with stride. I am so happy with how the hair and makeup for the wedding party and me came out. THANK YOU!

    Amazing Hair & Makeup Team for Weddings

    I found the I Do Glam Crew through a recommendation on a Maryland Wedding Facebook Group. Right from the start, I really liked their hair & makeup style from their Instagram photos, the price point, detailed information on their website, and ability to book 2 hairstylists for my size group.

    The team at I Do Glam Crew is top notch! Their communication and process was organized from the beginning. They provided proactive guidance along the way and answered all of my questions.

    They were able to accommodate my mom & MIL for a wedding trial on the same day as my bridal trial. That was a really fun experience to have together at the salon. They offered refreshments at the salon and we jammed to fun music during the trial. They also offered personalized lip glosses for me to buy for my whole wedding party as wedding gifts.

    Ahead of the wedding day, the team proactively communicated to confirm any changes and number of services. They have an organized invoicing and documentation system.

    On wedding day, their team arrived promptly on time. We stayed ahead of schedule with the bridal party and had fun singing in the bridal suite. Everyone loved their looks by Lori & Dominica, and I received so many compliments about my “old Hollywood glam” style. I felt so confident and beautiful and I'm so thankful for the team at I Do Glam Crew for an awesome experience! I highly recommend them for any wedding party!

    Perfect Wedding Day Look!

    I Do Glam Crew was amazing! Molly was my makeup and hair artist and she exceed my expectations. She was professional, easy to work with, listened to what you were looking for, and made it all come together. Very happy with my wedding look and would highly recommend!!

    Fantastic!

    Lori was the calm I needed the morning of our wedding! She gave me multiple options during my trial and afterwards I completely changed what I wanted, but she always said it was no issue at all and made me feel confident with my choice. I was worried since I have thin hair, but you couldn't see any thin spots and the curls stayed ALL DAY! My matron of honor didn't want her hair up originally, but Lori gave her a beautiful updo and she absolutely loved it! All of that to say, she showed up promptly, she was fast and had a good attitude and a very calm presence that was helpful when other issues popped up!

    I had such a great experience with the I Do Glam Crew! Sarah was my makeup and hair artist and she was wonderful to work with! She was very professional, did an excellent job, and was a lot of fun to be with. I would definitely recommend!

    Gave me confidence

    My artist was Lori and she helped me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I was lucky enough to able to get cut and color with her pre-wedding as well as my day-of bridal hair! I was absolutely thrilled with the color and style but even more so for all the knowledge she had about what would work for putting a tiara on and off without totally destroying my braids, if I should consider hair extensions or not, and what other pieces that worked for my style would make the most sense. So I was very grateful for the confidence and expertise shared with me!
    I will certainly be calling back for other special events I have in the future! It's rare to feel like I've found a company I can rely on and feel like I don't have to worry about anything but communicating my vision and leaving the rest to the professionals! Thank you TIDGC, & thank you Lori!

    Lori is great

    Lori did a great job doing my daughter's hair for her wedding day! She also did all the bridesmaids and the mother and mother-in-law of the bride. Everyone was happy with their hair!!

    Make your special day perfect!

    Lori did my hair and make up for my wedding in 2016. She was organized, professional, and reliable and was able to put my dreams into reality. I loved her so much I ended up sticking with her for my normal color/cuts!

    The bride wasn’t ready on time for the photo session.

    The hair artist made a completely different work than what it was showed to her in pictures. She was rude to my mom because she doesn’t speak English and could communicate with her.

    Me, the bride was supposed to be ready at 1pm, but they started working on me at that time, which totally messed up my schedule and photo sessions. When I asked the makeup artist when was my turn she said they would call me at the middle of the session, but they called me last. I was relying on their experience to track the time, because they were supposed to know all the details and when to start working on me. I was ready after 2pm, and I still had to put my dress on and work on the final details, I started the photo session at 3pm, 2 hours later that I was supposed to! Which only left me with 30 minutes for pictures before the ceremony! That was 2 hours that I paid for a photographer and videographer that had no work to do because I wasn’t ready. 

    Me not being ready on time caused me to be nervous and anxious during the rest of the day because we couldn’t do all the stuff that we had planned in advance and messed up the whole photo schedule. I will never have that time back and that has made me very depressed the last couple of days. Who’s going to give me that time and money back? It was such a waste!

    Hello Karina, please know I take these concerns very seriously. Our artists are from a variety of backgrounds and languages so I am alarmed to hear that anyone felt they weren't being given an equal opportunity to communicate their vision, this is certainly not in line with our standard of excellent service.
    I remember planning with you and making notes for your getting ready timeline and although I was not there with you on the day of I will certainly be following up with the artists who were with you in order to determine what may have lead to your service not being completed first in line, or earlier in the timeline as you and I had discussed.
    Typically as long as everyone is present and available during service we will take whoever is ready in order to keep the ball rolling but if you are communicating who you want to go in what order we want to accommodate those preferences to the best of our ability, as long as it does not create delays in service.
    I would love to speak with you further about these concerns directly, I recall we had a trial with you and when we followed up to get your thoughts and feelings after that we did not receive and change requests from the style we worked with you then leading up to your wedding date.
    Our team at The I Do Glam Crew certainly understands the importance of effective communication and timely service and I sincerely apologize for any part we played in causing undo stress on your magical day. I hope to hear from you soon so we can look into this in more detail together.
