  My husband-to-be and I went to the Jewelry Exchange by happenstance to search for an engagement ring. The jeweler we were working with by the name of Richard was wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for in a ring that complimented my personality and would be timeless.When we found out that the ring we decided on had been sold I was disappointed but Richard promised that he would find a ring that would be even more amazing. And he did. He worked with my fiance hand in hand to find a ring that would fit me to a tee and he called Rick when new ring settings came in and actually told Rick to come to the store when a ring came in that he, Richard thought would be perfect. It was. Be very honest with your jeweler, make sure you find a jeweler that is paying attention not only to what you say but your personality, how you interact with your fiance so they can really help narrow down the ring styles that best suit you. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and that was the best feeling in the world.

  The staff her was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband ordered my engagement band online and took it to them for a personal diamond. They were able to set the diamond lower to suit my profession (Im a nurse). He didn't want my ring to get caught on the gloves.
  
  Once we went back to pick out our wedding bands they were very helpful. Gave me different options because my engagement ring was custom, and didn't 'fit' with a lot of bands. They were also able to help us find two rings for him. A work ring and a 'dress' ring. He loves them both!

  My hubby purchased my engagement ring here, and it is a beautiful cushion cut solitaire, he was able to get it for a fraction of the cost that other big box stores or jewelry stores were selling it for. We haven't had any problems and have been very pleased. Give them a try and save a few bucks for something else.

  I know that they have some great deals on jewelry at this place and my engagement ring was purchased here but when we went to purchase my wedding ring we were overcharged when it arrived. One price was quoted when ordering and it was another price when it arrived, be careful and get a written quote to keep!
