  Alicia and Gabriel were amazing! We met at a Bridal Expo, and I instantly fell in love with the food. Shortly thereafter, we did a tasting that was nothing short of amazing! Gabriel is a world-class chef and is a creative genius. He will find a way to make you whatever your heart desires. These guys had no limits. Alicia was a great communicator and gave excellent service at our rehearsal. Everyone complimented the food and service. These two really went above and beyond and I heartily recommend them for any catered event!

  The whole team was AMAZING, we worked with Shannon and the chef as well. The whole process from the initial tasting to the wedding was smooth and the perfect experience. The food tasted amazing and there were some great options to choose from. The day of the event Lion & Rose was on-time and went above and beyond what was expected! There was more than enough food available. Our guests raved during and after the wedding on how great the food was. Many saying "that was the best wedding food I have ever had". I would HIGHLY recommend having Lion & Rose cater ANY event. Extremely professional and awesome to work with on top of awesome food!

  They were all very professional & attentive to the guests needs all night long. I received numerous compliments on my choices thruout the night. The food was delicious, fresh-tasting, & hot. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. Thanks again, Shannon! You're the 'best'!

  The Lion and The Rose is amazing! Katie & Shannon were so easy to work with and were very accomodating to our requests. The food is excellent - we were even able to order some items that were so new, they were not on the menu yet. They also created an appetizer for us, based on something I had at a bridal show. As we purchased our own alcohol, they were able to transport this to the venue for us, and also provided our bartending service. We also used them for our Rehearsal Dinner and rented their Double Decker Bus for transportation. Even with the bus having mechanical issues during the night, they were able to secure us additional transportation for the rest of evening. If renting the bus, I would suggest staying within the San Antonio area (we took ours to New Braunfels).
