  I have to rush in here and post my thoughts:) i received the white silk clutch with the pearls today and the delivery was much faster than expected. The clutch was carefully wrapped in a thick tissue like paper, then in bubble wrap and finally in a generous box. A lot of attention has been paid to the safety of the package and i loved the handwritten note that was sent within. The customer service is wonderful and they quickly responded to my emails.
  
  There is a beautiful antique style brooch attached to the front as well. My favorite part has got to be the pearl handle/necklace:) I absolutely LOVE the clutch and hopefully will use it for my wedding:) Thank You so very much!!"

  We met at a Bridal Expo in Phoenix and fell in love with the product. We ordered the wedding set and it was utterly amazing how quick they responded and mailed it to us. They even called to verify the exact color and did not assume anything.

  One of my bridesmaids ordered a garter for me for my upcoming wedding. The item was damaged when I received it. I contacted the love story boutique several times before they replied. They gave me the excuse that their servers were down and they had just then received my email. I explained that the item was damaged and a size too small. I sent them pictures and asked them about replacing the damaged item. They refused and told me they could only offer me 50% off a new set. When I didn't agree with that decision they then looked into the order and accused me of lying about the order being a gift ( my friend used my computer to order the item on her credit card), and damaging the item myself to get a larger size. They were very disrespectful and lack customer service skills. I would never order from this company again and I wouldn't advise any one else to either. No bride should have to deal with this before her big day.
