  The Best Wedding Planning Decision We Ever Made

  Sarah was an absolute dream to work with! She helped us achieve our vision for our wedding day all while taking the stress off of us the day of. Her process of guiding us through our wedding day through several meeting and planning documents helped us really pull everything togther. She was absolutely on top of everything, down to the last little detail. Hiring the Lovely Veil for day of coordination was the single best call we made in wedding planning. Truly a fairy godmother come to life.

  The Lovely Veil Events

  We had such a positive experience with Sarah and her team at The Lovely Veil. Through our meetings leading up to the wedding, Sarah made sure she knew how we wanted every detail of the day to go. I knew if I wanted to truly be hands off and stress free on wedding day I needed somebody that was detail oriented and could ensure the day ran smooth and Sarah did that. There were a few decor items that didn’t set up the way we had envisioned and Sarah ran it past me and made suggestions so we weren’t blindsided by anything.

  TLV Events is the way to go!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sarah from TLV. Everything from our first consultation meeting, to the last emails leading up to our wedding day, Sarah was on top of it. Sarah made me feel so at ease with her organization and attention to detail. During the wedding everything was so smooth, and I give a big part of that to Sarah. She is hands down the best day-of coordinator. I think my husband and I have said this 10x over- Sarah and her services are worth every penny.

  The best!!

  I booked Sarah for my day of coordinator for my wedding and May and it was the best decision! Sarah was so amazing I truly don’t think I would have been able to do it without her. She was so detail oriented and that help our day flow so smoothly. Sarah took care of so many little details for us leading up to the day and the day of that made my job so much easier.   Fantastic day of coordination!

  Sarah is incredible! Hiring her was the best money we spent. I went into wedding planning thinking that we wouldn’t need to hire someone, and it became very clear (even for our small wedding!) that having things turn out the way we wanted on the day of without stressing ourselves required a day of coordinator. She was so helpful, organized, cheerful, and all around a delight. Having her there allowed us to really enjoy the day and spend time with our families and guests. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  Sarah and her team were fabulous throughout the whole wedding planning process!! From all of the meetings and final walkthroughs, Sarah was extremely prepared, organized, and had thought of all of the small details. Her communication with our vendor team was top notch! Sarah was personable, friendly, and kept everyone on track with timing. Our wedding day was completely stress free thanks to Sarah!!!

  Best wedding vendor to hire!

  We knew from the moment we got engaged that we would hire a day-of coordinator for our wedding day, and Sarah was absolutely the best person for it! Coming from a person who was very meticulous in my search for vendors, Sarah was the best fit because she previously worked at our venue and also had experience with setting up faux floral rentals from Something Borrowed Blooms. She was very communicative and organized when services started 6 weeks out, relieving our stress as this was the time that all the vendors wanted information about the entire wedding. Her & her team were fantastic throughout the big day, executing it in a way that was detail-oriented, calm, and stress-free for us, our friends, and our family. My husband even said she was the best wedding vendor we hired because even though we planned the wedding, it wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without Sarah & her team going above and beyond for us. We 110% recommend Sarah if you want the best DOC to execute your wedding!

  The absolute best

  Sarah was the absolute best!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. I initially naively thought I would not need a coordinator, but I was so wrong. I am so grateful our wedding venue made us get at least a day-of coordinator because it absolutely made a HUGE difference. At our first meeting, she was so helpful. I knew nothing about weddings, and she patiently walked me through every single option and prepared every single moment down to the minute. On wedding day, she was so poised and took control of absolutely everything. She even had Tylenol and a small deodorant literally on hand the minute I asked if she could go back to the room to grab mine (both of which came in handy!!). If anything went "wrong" at my wedding, I had no clue. I did not have to worry about one single thing. I was able to enjoy every moment with my husband, and I truly believe that has everything to do with Sarah! She took care of us from start to finish. Even my bridal party and guests noticed how smoothly everything went and were amazed at great of a job she did. She is the sweetest, most organized and patient person I've ever met. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

  Best decision we made for our wedding

  Sarah was an absolute God send from start to finish. So warm and lovely to work with but also immensely professional and thorough. From the moment I booked her over a year out from our wedding date, I could rely on her to answer any questions I had with patience and in detail, not to mention having her & her assistant physically present on the day completely preserved my sanity. It allowed us to be fully in the moment and enjoy our wedding day knowing that they had every detail taken care of. I trust Sarah completely and she was worth every single penny, she truly goes above and beyond. If you are on the fence do not hesitate, just book her!!

  Sarah at the Lovely Veil is AMAZING

  Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so organized and detail oriented. She had a checklist that I could follow for each month leading up to the wedding that helped me know what needed to be done, and also set up multiple in person meetings to go through every little detail of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she handled EVERYTHING - every vendor, every detail of setting up the ceremony and reception, making sure we had food and drinks, cleaning up... literally everything was managed by her so we could enjoy the day. It was so nice to know that we were in good hands and didn't have to worry about our vision coming to life. On top of being organized, she was incredibly sweet and personable, and we felt we could ask her any questions regarding our special day. 10/10 would recommend!!! She was one of our favorite "vendors" at our wedding.

  Sarah is the absolute BEST day of coordinator! She read my mind and made all our wedding dreams a reality. From setting up, to making sure we were taken care of the day of our wedding, to even helping tear down, she was on top of it. I can’t say enough good things about Lovely Veil Events. Very Reliable and extremely organized. Our photographer said her timeline was so spot on he didn’t have to change a thing. She made me feel at peace leading up to the wedding, as well as on our wedding day. Book Sarah if she’s available for your wedding date, she’s absolutely wonderful!

  Sarah and her team were the absolute BEST!!! We seriously couldn’t have done without The Lovely Veil events for our wedding day. From the planning process, to the day/evening of the wedding, I was WOWED by how helpful, professional, and easy to work with they were. They went above and beyond and knew the in and outs of our venue. Sarah worked well with all of our vendors and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. Despite a MONSOON on our big day, Sarah ensured our day ran extremely smoothly and made us feel at ease. Highly highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed!!

When you meet her you automatically feel reassurance . Sarah knows her job and does it very well. She is very organized and knowledgeable. Sarah made sure everything ran smoothly and even kept my young kids happy by bringing them food, cookies and whatever else they needed. We did not have to worry about a thing.   The sweetest!

  I am a wedding photographer and I shoot a ton of weddings, I work with a lot of coordinators and planning teams. LET ME TELL YOU. Sarah and her team are the absolute bomb. This girl went as far as grabbing me a plate when the catering team at a wedding we were working ran into some set backs and cut into our photo time. It takes a seriously compassionate, kind person with amazing foresight to do something like that. I can't even imagine how hard she works for her couples and clients if she would do such a sweet thing for a fellow vendor she doesn't know. Aside from that, the wedding day went SO beautiful. She was on the ball the whole day. Hire her. Do it. You will not regret it!

  I am a wedding photographer and I shoot a ton of weddings, I work with a lot of coordinators and planning teams. LET ME TELL YOU. Sarah and her team are the absolute bomb. This girl went as far as grabbing me a plate when the catering team at a wedding we were working ran into some set backs and cut into our photo time. It takes a seriously compassionate, kind person with amazing foresight to do something like that. I can't even imagine how hard she works for her couples and clients if she would do such a sweet thing for a fellow vendor she doesn't know. Aside from that, the wedding day went SO beautiful. She was on the ball the whole day. Hire her. Do it. You will not regret it!

  Couldn’t have asked for more!

  We got married on June 27 and and thankfully even so last minute, Sarah was available for our wedding. With such a short timeframe to help us last minute plan, she completely blew us away with her service. With only close family and a couple of friends attending due to Covid, we were extremely limited as to what we could do ourselves on the day of the wedding. I really wanted my family to enjoy the day and not have to help us too much, and Sarah knew that. She made sure my cake arrived to the venue safely, picked up lunch for myself and my maid of honor, helped put together our florals and center pieces, and I’m sure so many other things before the ceremony even started. As our vendors arrived, she made sure everyone knew where to be and when to be there. As soon as the ceremony ended she made sure that my husband and I immediately had drinks in our hands as well as our wedding party. We never had to worry about getting ourselves refills which was SO nice while we were getting pictures done or greeting our guests. When I didn’t know how to cut the cake, she was right there to help. When we wanted the DJ to switch up the tone of the music, she was on it immediately. I seriously don’t know what I would have done without her there. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and I couldn’t be more grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Lovely Veil Events!

  TLV is a MUST for your wedding day

  Sarah and her team were great! Especially leading up to the wedding, they were on top of every detail. We honestly would've fallen apart at the seams without them. Highly highly recommend!

  Sarah Timmons and her assistant were so helpful! Especially during these unsettling COVID times. Sarah was very willing to have Zoom meetings. Her organization, outlines and schedules really kept us on track and made me feel comfortable. We truly valued Sarah’s professionalism, good memory for faces and family members and excellent coordination of all the vendors who make up a wedding weekend.
