  Amazing and fun add to our wedding!!!

  We were so excited to find the Maine Photo Booth Bus for our wedding at the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, ME. The two team members who stayed throughout to help guests in and out and also get everyone to sign the book were awesome! It made a fun/interactive guest book easy and stress-free, as well as added a really cool and unique element to our wedding! We are so grateful to have had them a part of our day!

  Hidden Gem that makes such a unique and fun experience!

  We booked The Maine Photobooth Bus co for our wedding in July of 2022. The booking process was so seamless and priced very reasonably for the product and service we received! The bus is so adorable and offers 3 marquees to choose from. This bus makes for such unique photos both outside the bus and within. I love that this is a family run business and they all seem to be having so much fun. Their attention to detail was also on point! We sent a copy of our invitation to them and they were able to match the design onto our photo strip. Then after our wedding we received our USB of all the photobooth pictures and it came in the cutest branded wooden USB stick! Definitely book the Maine Photobooth Bus for your wedding if you are thinking about it!

  Everyone loved Lucy!

  I initially didn't want a photo booth, but my mom did, and I am so happy we hired the Maine Photo Bus for our wedding! Lucy was a hit with all of our guests. Steve & Hayden couldn't have been nicer. We got the beautiful guest book that night! And we got a USB with all of the photos in the mail very soon after the wedding! Highly recommend for something different and unique!

  So much fun!

  The photo bus was one of the things I was most excited about for my wedding! We all had the absolute best time and it was packed all night long! I cannot wait to see all of the pictures!

  Disappointing

  I was so disappointed with the Maine VW Photo Bus at our wedding. I had such high hopes. In fact, they were one of the first vendors I booked when we started planning (about 2 years ago). They are a bit more expensive than a traditional photo booth but I wanted to give my guests a unique and fun experience!
  
  Two weeks prior to our wedding, their graphic designer created a custom initial crest/ monogram for us to use on the photo strips. Everything looked great in the electronic proof emailed to us.
  
  Our guests began using the bus during cocktail hour while we were taking photos. Our cocktail hour was about 1.5 hour long. Once we sat down for dinner, a guest showed me their photo strip. The crest that looked great in our electronic proof but was completely faded and barely showing up . Honestly, it looked like the ink was running very low.
  
  I am really not one to complain, but I wanted everything to be perfect for our guests. I am very visual and details are very important to me. I decided to discuss with the VW Photobus owner, Bobbie (she was at our wedding with another attendant). My interaction with Bobbie was not great. She pushed back telling me it was an issue with our design and that she couldn’t make any promises that it could be fixed since their graphic designer was on vacation that weekend for Labor Day Weekend. She made me feel like it was my fault the crest wasn’t printing. My wedding planner had to step in and asked her to please make a change on the crest design. Bobbie eventually did make the change but it was a generic design, not the crest we had wanted. If they had told us before that they didn’t think it would print clearly, we would not have had any problem working with them on a new design. Not a word before the wedding telling us that it wouldn’t print clearly.
  
  I understand that issues happen with technology. I am not understanding why there was no test print done prior to set up. I also do not understand why it took Bobbie an hour and half to fix. She should have fixed the issue before the bride could get to her. I am honestly wondering if she would have fixed without me saying anything. I am also not really understanding how that was my job to know that crest wouldn’t print clearly.
  
  I sent an email to them a few days after the wedding to just let them know how disappointed we were. I felt like I should have gotten an apology before that. Honestly, my wedding planner said I should have gotten one that night/next day. It took them about week and a half to email me back.
