    Best wedding coordinator in Houston

    If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. When I got engaged and started planning. Sandra was the first person, I reached out to and booked. Our date was a very popular one, and Sandra had already committed to a wedding. However, fortunately, she has expanded her team and we had Cindy as our day of coordinator.

    Sandra did all the leg work leading up to our day—she was our day of coordinator but she truly went above and beyond to ensure our process was smooth and I had everything I needed to pull off our special event. She was my sounding board, when I had concerns, and spoke to all the other vendors leading up to the day as well as the venue staff. I had a fairly specific vision of the day but felt at ease knowing Sandra and Cindy were there to pull it off. She walked me through complicated logistics and helped me navigate challenging situations. Her direct and kind demeanor as well as her experience in the wedding space is evident and much appreciated.

    Cindy, was there for our actual day of coordination and was a pleasure to work with. She came bright and early and helped wrangle all important parties together. She kept us on schedule through a long day. Our wedding day, (much like many others—I’m sure), came with its own set of chaos. From family members throwing off schedules to my fiancé getting terrible motion sickness, Cindy handled it with grace and patience. Even through all the turn of events—she ensured I did all the items that were most important to me and made them a priority.

    Sandra and her team, made this day so special and despite the uncontrolled factors, we’d do it again if they were part of our team!

    You won't regret choosing The Majestic Wedding!

    As a control-freak and a perfectionist, I can confidently say that Sandra exceeded any expectations I had for a wedding planner and coordinator. She made our wedding planning experience seamless and successful, and choosing her was easily one of the best decisions we made for our special day. You won't regret choosing Sandra.

    Sandra traveled with us to take our multi-day engagement photoshoot out in the mountains. She watched over my personal items, helped me change in and out of shoes, and figured out the best route to trek around rocks and uneven ground before I had to in heels. She even held onto a blanket and a jacket for me to use to warm up between each photo shoot location. This made taking photos in a dress and heels where it's only 30 degrees out in the mountains so much more bearable.

    I can't tell you how many times I reached out to Sandra throughout the wedding process. I had an unexpected situation happen with a vendor, and Sandra helped me find a new vendor that could bring my vision to life. She also provided great recommendations for other vendors and helped facilitate ordering from them with such ease. I probably asked her about 300 questions and raised another 200 concerns, but Sandra was always so timely and patient with me every time.

    There is not a price you can put on Sandra's expertise and knowledge of the wedding business. It's easy to remember the big things, but there are so many little things you forget to think about. Sandra provided a great guide to follow during the last two months of wedding planning. As detailed-oriented as I am, I can tell you were were a handful of things I did not think about that ended up being very important to me on the big day. She also coordinated with all of my vendors the week before the wedding to make sure we were all aligned on our schedule and expectations.

    The day of the wedding was stress-free, which allowed me to truly enjoy the entire day and be present. Sandra kept us on schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. I expressed every big and small detail that was very important to me, and she executed every single one perfectly. My mom and bridesmaids all raved about Sandra and agreed that she is one of the main reasons why the wedding went by so smoothly. 100/10 would recommend her!

    Sandra is the best!

    Sandra with Majestic Wedding was such a vital portion of our wedding team. Although I had her as a day-of-coordinator, she helped me throughout the whole planning process.

    She gave me great recommendations for different vendors, in fact I found my cake vendor through Sandra. She knows of these small secret vendors that were not only affordable but did phenomenal work. Sandra is extremely organized. She ensured we covered all topics and details, things that I would’ve never thought of to make sure everything was to my liking and accounted for. She gave me schedules to guide the monthly countdown, check lists so I didn’t forget things to pack. She set up a Google doc so we could be in constant communication with each other so we could keep up with any changes that inevitably would happen as the day approached. She gathered all my vendor contacts and reached out to them for me closer to the day of. She even coordinated with our photographer to meet with us at the same time I was going to meet with her (saving the bride any time, especially during the chaos of crunch time was SO important and vital for my mental well-being). She visited my venue walk-through with me and also helped guide my conversation with the venue coordinators. I felt like she was always my number one advocate, making sure I got everything I wanted. She was like the perfect bridesmaid or MOH in that regard- always prioritizing the bride's happiness.

    And that just covers what happened PRIOR to the day of. On the actual wedding day, she showed up bright and early, rallied the troops, and we were off to the races. Everything went according to the timeline. She handled my crazy mother and all her requests. She guided people through the tea ceremony and made sure nothing was left at the tea ceremony when we moved to the church. At the church, she distributed the flowers to the bridal party and family members. Although we were late to the church due to transportation reasons, she was able to ensure I was still able to do all the things I wanted to - first touch with the groom, gifts to the mothers, etc. She arranged the bridal party in line and sent us down the aisle. After the ceremony, we ran into a hiccup with the florist but she made sure I didn’t worry about a thing. The reception was beautiful, the night ran wonderfully. And this only encompasses the things I know she did and I am sure there was SO much more behind the scenes I could not thank her enough for.

    All in all, having Sandra was one of the best additions to my wedding team. To be frank, she was the glue that held everything and everyone together. She was able to coordinate multiple personalities and create something beautiful - making the bride extremely happy. Thank you Sandra for everything. Do yourself a favor, and add her to your team.

    Best quality service ever!

    Hiring Sandra as our wedding coordinator was the best decision ever. Whoever said wedding coordinators are an unnecessary expense have never gotten married in a wedding with a 400 count guest list. Did everything to ensure our our stress and anxiety levels were in check and that everything was executed smoothly. I'd recommend them many times over. She was worth every penny.... and then some.

    I would highly recommend them

    We were the last big wedding in March before the coronavirus shut everything down. Sandra and her team did a great job at our wedding from helping us set up the wedding venue, timeline, dj and mc, and Photo Booth. Sandra was very detail oriented as evidenced thru her experience and many weddings she has planned. We highly recommend her and her team/company. Thanks for making our wedding a memorable one!

    Sandra is a Must-have! She’ll make your life easier!

    I’m one of those brides that have been planning my wedding since childhood. I was so obsessed with wedding planning for so long that I even considered not having a planner for my own wedding. But luckily I was referred to Sandra the owner of The Majestic Wedding planning team who helped me execute my day with ease.

    The first time I talked to Sandra, I knew she was the type of person I was looking for. She was calm, organized, experienced, and had the foresight I needed to execute my vision! She was reassuring when I needed it and also would come up with great design ideas/alternatives when I would struggle with my DIY plans. I only chose the day of planner package but she builds in so much value that it would definitely have been worth it to book her earlier. She saved me hours of time and her tips and tricks also saved me so much stress and money. I had last minute panic with guest list and seat changes and she reassured me that it was an easy fix which helped me relax. She also is very well connected and set me up with some of the best vendors in the industry. I’m so proud to say I actually LOVED my wedding and got to have so much fun since Sandra took the reigns! So in short, yes I would book her!!!

    Wedding planning made easy!

    Hiring The Majestic Wedding was easily one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. I’m meticulous to a fault and it was so hard for me to give away any type of control. However, I can say without a doubt that Sandra was the glue that kept everything together during my wedding day. She was always anticipating and solving any type of problem that arose that day. Leaving the wedding in her capable hands gave my husband and me the chance to truly enjoy ourselves on our special day. I can’t truly put into words how it felt the day after when everyone was texting me telling me how wonderful the wedding was and I can’t help but think of the effort Sandra put into it. Scheduling the events and ensuring that my wants and needs were met by my other vendors were just some of the ways The Majestic Wedding helped on my wedding day. I also appreciated the ease and level of communication I had with Sandra, it helped me feel supported during the planning process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone!

    Hire her asap!

    Sandra was amazing!!!!! One of my bridesmaids left her charger back at the house, and Sandra went out of her way to go back get it without any complaints! She also brought donuts and kolaches at 5am. She was there any time I called her name and did everything I asked especially if there were requests from guests and she knew my answer was to tell them “no”. She even helped my mom! Of course haha! She took care of everything from A-Z and made sure all my items were delivered to the venue and made sure i had everything i needed when we left. 10/10 would recommend her to any bride!

    Going above and beyond

    Sandra is amazing! She helped us with our day of coordination. She is organized; she made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. My bouquets had not yet arrived by the time we did bridal/bridesmaids pics. She was willing to go to the grocery store to get a quick bouquet since we were cutting close to leaving for the ceremony. Luckily the bouquets arrived but Sandra was willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend her and her team!

    Thank you majestic for making our special day that much more memorable. You were incredibly professional, had loads of advice and recommendations that made the planning process less stressful.
