  Bridal Shower

  Ashley was the best event coordinator! She was able to accommodate a smaller group with a good size room. She allowed us to set up the tables any way we wanted. We brought some of our own decor which made it special to us. The luncheon was fantastic with plenty of food and a super cute mimosa bar! I would highly recommend The Meadows for any event.

  Wedding at the Meadows

  Ashley from the Meadows Country Club is the best coordinator we could have asked for. We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding at the club, and everything was just perfect. Food, drinks and location are great. Ashley is always prompt to respond any emails or text messages you send to her. I asked her 100 questions and she was able to answer all of them.
  We are beyond thankful with Ashley and all the Meadows Country Club team. You all are awesome. Thank you for making our wedding day an unforgettable perfect day

  We had our reception at the Meadows Country Club. Laura was a pleasure to work with while planning all the details. The staff was attentive making sure that we had what we needed. Everyone had a wonderful time and I am glad we were able to have a DJ and dancing.

  From the beginning to end, I loved my wedding at the Meadows. Working with Laura was easy, she kept things on track. it was especially nice to have my ceremony and reception all at one place. The service was outstanding, we couldn't be happier!

  This was a wonderful wedding venue all around. The wedding coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the whole process including the rehearsal and the wedding itself. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue ....you will not be disappointed . It was very affordable as well as a perfect location. The ceremony was held on the green and turned out to be a beautiful backdrop . All and all the Meadows exceeded our expectations .

  Great place and price, not crowded with bunch of decor so you can finish the room to your taste. The staff are really nice and Karen, the coordinator is really friendly an responsive to all the needs. Great value for what you get in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area. Food was delicious!

  The Meadows is Gorgeous and the Staff is Exceptional! They do alot for the price you pay! they decorate, tear down and make sure the bride and groom eat dinner by giving you your own personal waiter and waitress to plate your food and bring it to your table! Trish the banquet Manager busts her tail for every wedding thrown there and it shows!

  Great place for the price, but, better yet, Laura is very good at what she does and makes the wedding experience operate smoothly and orderly, which makes for a very enjoyable experience for the wedding party AND the guests! Excellent experience and VERY happy with Laura as well as the Meadows Country Club!

  We signed with The Meadows about 10 months before the wedding and during that time the Event Coordinator changed 3 times, but Karen Lawson, who is the Coordinator now, is fabulous!!!!! I am actually quite happy that she did take over. She was incredible to work with and very easy going. The food was fantastic and I was warned by friends that the bride and groom are too busy to eat, but we were actually assigned escorts to take us to get our food and made sure we ate! The grounds were gorgeous as well, very green and tropical looking. I had DIY centerpieces and table decorations and they set it up for me; I didn't have to send anyone ahead of time to do it. I couldn't has asked for a better experience and it was incredibly affordable!!!!

  The meadows is a beautiful place as is there reception area and the club itself. I couldn't give it a full five stars because we ran into some snags with them doing some remodeling. We booked our reception venue 10 months ahead of time. When we booked it they never mentioned they would be doing any type of remodeling. When i went a few weeks before the wedding i looked out the main window and there was the golf course all dug up and full of dirt. Part of the reason i had picked it was for the scenery out the window. I was very unhappy and was especially upset because they had known ahead of time yet never told any of the brides that were planning weddings that it was going to be going through major construction outside. Our wedding was still beautiful and the food was great but their communication on that factor was very poor. If i hadn't have had the construction issues it would have been 5 stars but that was just so upsetting a few weeks before my wedding finding out it wasn't going to look like exactly what i wanted. If you do book, ask if they plan on doing any remodeling first.

  Karen Lawson was a delight to work with. She met and exceeded all of my expectations. The reception space was set up beautifully! Service was top notch and the food was delicious! The country club made an amazing backdrop for beautiful pictures. Ceremony was in the same location and was also beautiful! Thank you!
