The Mill is beautiful, and the unique venue was a conversation topic for all of our guests. The photos we took in the Atrium, the brick backdrop for photography, and the incredible service and partnership we received from Laura was world-class all around.

The Mill at Lebanon was the best venue. It is unique and beautiful within itself even before you add any decor. The venue is very spacious upstairs and downstairs. More than what we needed which we loved. The bride and groom suites were so perfect. Very comfortable, clean spacious and easily accessible for both sides. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Laura is the best. She makes the process so easy and she is very knowledgeable about it all. She makes sure everyone has a great understanding about everything. Both me my husband and our entire family was 100% satisfied. I’d definitely recommend

i spent 26 years in the wilson county area. i just recently moved to jackson with my husband, but i always knew i wanted my wedding in wilson county. i've always loved the industrial vibe and knew i didn't want to do a room flip for the wedding. i knew the mill at lebanon would be the perfect venue for me because of all the space!!! we had our ceremony downstairs in the atrium and the reception in the loft. so many people raved about our venue. it's beautiful by itself and requires very little decoration or as much as you want depending on your taste. i'm a less is more girl and the wood floor in the loft as well as the exposed beams was just what i was going for! this is seriously the perfect wedding/event venue! not having to worry about setting up tables and chairs relieved so much stress from my plate! laura was extremely helpful every step of the way. when we needed anything she was there grabbing it for us! she was patient with my 4,000 questions and made sure we were all comfortable leading up to my wedding day and on the actual day itself. i can't thank them enough for helping me have the perfect wedding even during unprecedented times! i would recommend the mill and laura a million times over!

Laura at The Mill was so easy to work with! We needed to move our reception due to COVID-19 still having so many restrictions on other states and causes travel issues. She did not hesitate to find a date to work for us! The venue is absolutely beautiful. If you want someone who is attentive to your needs and let’s you bother them with no hesitation, book the Mill. You won’t be disappointed!

The Mill at Lebanon by far surpassed everything we imagined for my daughter's wedding. The large open spaces made for a beautiful ceremony and reception location. We use the Loft area for the ceremony and the Atrium held the Reception. We were able to see the spaces being se up for a wedding when we took our tour of the facility. That made all the difference. Everything about The Mill was perfect. Laura Comer made everything in the booking and planning process so easy. She is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for vendors to use. Due to Covid-19, we were forced to postpone the wedding. Laura was very accommodating in making these date changes. That part was a nightmare but made easier by The Mill. Please schedule a tour, book your special day. You will not be disappointed!!

My son was married last weekend and we had the Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding at the Mill. Laura and her staff were great and very accomodating. The venue is gorgeous and everything was stress free and perfect! Thank You!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we had at the mill! We are able to completelyyy customize my wedding, which MOST venues (all that we even spoke to) would not even remotely allow. The Mill had a list of great preferred vendors that we used a few of, but also allowed us to bring in so many of our own.
Laura was a GOD SENT to work with. She helped us soooo much and allowed our creativity and this girls crazy vision come to life. I would 1000000 times ahain recommend working with The Mill.

This is the BEST venue! We had our daughter's wedding ceremony in the loft area and reception in Edgerton Hall. Laura Comer is soooo wonderful to work with! She had to deal with me for a year on the details of the wedding/reception and she was top notch all the way! SO HAPPY how everything turned out!

My husband and I recently held our wedding at the Mill (9-23-17) and it was perfect.

We used the loft for our ceremony/cocktails and the atrium for our reception (about 120 people, but it could easily accommodate more). All of our family and guests kept commenting on how beautiful and unique the space was. We had draping/extra lighting put up on the columns in the atrium and it was very soft and romantic.

They have done away with the required vendors but keep a list of preferred vendors that they recommend and have a good reputation with; we ended up using a few on their list and had fantastic experiences with everyone they suggested. Laura was our contact, and she was amazing. She was super responsive to our emails for planning, very accommodating to our busy schedules and many requests, and an overall great person to work with. She made the extra furniture rentals (upgraded chairs, extra tables) a breeze, and gave us plenty of time to rehearse the day before. There was a bridal suite on site that had plenty of room for us to get ready in, which was included at no cost. There are also fantastic places around the property to take pictures (brick backdrops, beautiful doorways, etc) and my photographer had a blast!

This venue is the best if you are not trying to spend a fortune on a venue. It is naturally beautiful on it's own so if you're looking to do some low key decorations to accommodate your budget this place is wonderful for that. I wanted a rustic/industrial feel and this venue was perfect for the look I was going for. Laura here is wonderful as well-she is super responsive and you literally can ask her as many questions as you need and she will give you every detail you will ever need. My caterer, Deejay, event coordinator, and table linen providers were all referred by her/the venue and all the vendors she referred did a fantastic job. Since all the vendors had already worked at the mill and with Laura the setting up process and coordination on the day of was beyond easy because everyone is aware of the drill. We also used this venue for our rehearsal dinner (they have a room in the back that is also gorgeous) for our immediate family of 50 and it was absolutely beautiful and once again everyone spoke so highly of it. I have received non-stop compliments about how simple yet stunning our venue was for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Everyone loved our simple white table linens, burlap runners, and center pieces (that my mother had created). Everything came together perfectly and was just as beautiful, but we didn't have to spend anywhere close to 6,000-20,000 or this venue and overall wedding. Our guests loved the place and it captured the exact rustic/industrial look I was looking for. I would highly recommend this venue and Laura makes the process so easy.

The Mill at Lebanon is absolutely gorgeous and affordable! Laura Comer, the event coordinator at The Mill is incredibly kind and helpful. We had nonstop compliments on our venue choice all night long and quite a few couples suggest their interest as well. Best choice we made!

We had a wonderful experience with The Mill! We had our wedding in the Loft, migrating from one side of the room to the other for transitioning from ceremony to reception. It was fantastic working with the very experienced Laura Comer (the events coordinator at The Mill) and Sammy B's. We had a winter wedding, but I was so hot at one point I was sweating and changed into a summer dress- do not fret that it will be too cold there for your event! Beautiful lighting and a great sense of ambiance.

This venue was seriously the venue of every brides dreams! The coordinators and the manager of events are amazing! I ran into a few problems and they fixed them so quickly I didn't even have time to lose sleep over it! My wedding was absolutely beautiful and I would not change a single thing about it! Definitely do the day of wedding planning coordination! Best decision I made! It really isn't that expensive and she was amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

We loved working with everyone at the mill. The venue was beautiful and worked great for our wedding. Many compliments from guests as to how pretty everything was.

This was a beautiful place to have my wedding and I am so glad that we decided on this location and the Loft! It was what I had invisioned for the place that I would get married and have the reception. Since we had about 90% of the guest list from out of town I wanted it to be easy on them and not have to follow a map to several locations. It was great!

We could not have been happier with the Mill. Our ceremony was in the loft and our reception was in the atrium. It was perfect! Our guests raved about how beautiful everything was! I am so glad we used the Mill for the biggest night of our lives!!

My husband and I used The Mill at Lebanon for our wedding ceremony and reception. We could not have been happier with our experience! The staff was great in answering questions and providing suggestions as we planned the wedding day, and the actual day itself turned out beautifully in this space. All of our friends and family have commented on how beautiful, warm and unique the space was for our wedding, and we couldn't agree more! It had the right ambiance for our wedding, and it was also affordably priced compared to some other similar venues in the greater Nashville area that charged almost double! We are loving looking back on our pictures and video from the day and are so pleased we picked The Mill for our venue. They do have a lot of rules and regulations, but we didn't find it difficult to follow them.

I also agree the a/c unit has a little trouble keeping up, and it is also quite loud if you're in The Loft like we were. Still, it wasn't a huge problem - just something to keep in mind.

The only issue we experienced was that you have to use one of their 6 caterers or pay a fee for a buyout. We didn't have any issue with this in general, but as we went along we had a few negative experiences with two of the caterers. I wouldn't say it's a reason to not use the Mill at all! But it is something to keep in mind so that you're not surprised if you also have any issues with a caterer or two.

This was the perfect space for our wedding! We had a few hiccups on wedding day during set up but they were very minor and everything went great!

We used the Atrium and The Loft at The Mill in Lebanon, TN for our daughter's wedding. It is a beautiful venue and they worked well with us. The only complaint I have, was the air conditioning. The Loft area was very warm, the air conditioning could not keep up. We had a great time, but when everyone is in suits, jackets, formal attire and dancing, whew, HOT.

The Mill was great for the number of guests I had. Ms Diane Parness was very professional. Just be ready to play by their rules, but it is for preservation sake and the building was beautiful and romantic.

Our wedding ceremony was held at different venue (Legacy Farms) in Lebanon in Nov 2015. It was an intimate affair with family only on a Sunday afternoon. We needed to find a location nearby in Lebanon that had options for a small post-wedding dinner for our guests and the Mill at Lebanon was just what we were looking for. They were able to accommodate our request to cater dinner for our small guest list in the Top Shelf private dining room. The food was great and Laura was very easy to work with in making the arrangements. The facility has a very rustic industrial feel to it, but still comfortable enough to eat dinner. We were able to curate our own menu to fit our tastes and our budget. Our post wedding dinner and evening was great and we only have a few complaints…. We ordered 3 homemade pies for dessert and there was plenty left over and the servers took away the leftovers and never offered them to us to take home. We feel that we should have been given the left over desserts. We also sent a deposit check made out to the Mill but then they asked us to rewrite the check to Sammy B’s. We feel that this was an inconvenience to us that they should have been able to accommodate. All in all, we have no regrets in hosting our post wedding dinner at the Mill at Lebanon.

The Mill truly was the perfect setting for our vintage wedding. The moment we walked in, we knew we had found the perfect place. The value was great, too, the only historic location in our price range. The bureaucracy, however, was a bit overwhelming. The Mill thinks a lot of itself, and its lengthy list of rules were one of the few exasperating things I dealt with in planning. I understand certain rules to maintain the integrity of the lovely facility, but certain requirements were over the top. You need to use one of their preferred caterers and their linens, and you need a paid [by you] security guard if you serve alcohol, for example. Friendliness isn't their specialty, either. They did let my Pyrenees mix (the ring bearer) have free reign, however, so that was definitely to their credit. If you can deal with strong personalities and excessive regulations, then you will be okay with your decision to choose them. We really wouldn't have chosen anywhere else; we just had a lot more to deal with because of it.

I LOVE The Mill; it was by far the prettiest place we looked at and suited my husband and I the best. It was an absolutely gorgeous space and it was a "we have to have this" situation. We also really liked the preferred vendors we used which was good because there aren't many choices. Our experience was not terrible and closer to the wedding the contact person changed and that really helped. It might have made a difference that I am a very laid back person and don't get too worked up over small things; I have heard a lot of complaints but overall it was worth it to have our wedding there.

The service and ratings look low, yes, and we had a lot of trouble with the lack of flexibility and ridiculous requests made by the Mill, however, the venue was so perfect and beautiful on our wedding night that it was all worth it. We ended up saving enough from our other areas that the costs the Mill put to us didn't affect our overall budget. Very nice structure if you're the kind of bride who is very creative or has awesome coordinators.
