  Libby was our wedding florist and she was absolutely amazing. In addition to being a skilled artist, she is committed to using only local flowers, which is so hard to find! She gives each of her clients individual attention and goes above and beyond to meet your budget while also sticking to your preferences and and vision for your event. So lucky to have her in Hampden!

  Libby at The Modest Florist is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, talented and sensitive to her clients needs. She created bouquets and corsages for my wedding. I didn't want anything too over the top, simple but nice, and Libby totally embraced my ideas. She also prepared some special flowers that were given to the mothers at the party, she was flexible and eager to help with everything I needed. She was pleasure to work with and very reasonable.

  Beautiful Custom Flowers

  I'm so glad that I had the chance to work with Libby for my wedding! She was so responsive and easy to work with, and took all of my ideas to create the perfect flowers for my whole bridal party. Her prices were incredibly reasonable, and she put so much care into every detail.
  
  Since my husband and I both love cooking, she incorporated herbs into the bouquets, and made sure that my bridal bouquet shared a unique element with my husband's boutonniere and each of my parent's flowers.
  
  Whether flowers are your top priority, or just something to check off the list, I highly recommend working with Modest Florist!

  Libby was wonderful to work with. I love how laid-back she was, and I never felt like she was part of the mainstream, hyped-up wedding complex. I didn't have a great sense of what I wanted for flowers, so she helped me think about flower options. We decided to go the local-route, and see what was seasonal as it got closer to our wedding. Libby communicated well via email, and I always enjoyed our conversations during the (many) times I popped in to check about flower availability (I live around the corner!). Her prices are extremely fair. I would recommend her for sure!
