  We have officially booked The North Star House for our wedding next year and am so in love with this venue, it has everything we were looking for especially the ability to be so flexible and bring our own perferred vendors. Such a great value for what you get! Deborah was great, and were excited for the big day!

  Our Wedding at The North Star House

  Sierra at The North Star House was very sweet. The house was beautiful, and the grounds were fully open to us during our scheduled time. We loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors and supply our own alcohol, because we had a unique theme(renaissance inspired/Game of Thrones), and needed to do a lot of customization to provide the ambiance we were going for. We also needed to have a tent since our wedding was in July, and Sierra worked closely with our vendor that she recommended to schedule set-up and tear-down. Overall, I highly recommend them. Plus they are a non-profit and it's a historical site, so it felt nice contributing to a good cause.

  Gorgeous Venue

  I had my wedding at the North Star House in July. It was originally planned for 2020 but was pushed to 2021. They were flexible and willing to work with me to find a new date. I thought the house was beautiful and so did all my guests! Special shout out to Allyssa who was amazing to work with!! The only con is the house is under construction, and will be for a while. Because of this, they don’t really clean up their tools, so bear that in mind before booking.

  Beautiful venue and your money goes to a good cause

  The North Star House was such a wonderful venue for our wedding. When picking a location we were faced with the fact that regardless of where we had it we were going to pay a healthy amount of money and we realized what not only was the NSH a beautiful venue that gave us everything we wanted it also meant that that our money was going go back into the building preserving a part of our community. This aligns with our values and so the choice was simple for us.
  
  The staff was friendly, easy to work with and eager to help. Scheduling was a breeze and Allyssa was quick to respond to questions and concerns. I have a feeling this venue is going to start getting booked out so if you're considering it don't wait too long.
