Dream Wedding!

We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception.

Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream.

The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30+ buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious!

I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)

Dream Wedding!

We had the wedding of our dreams at The Palms Hotel & Spa, and we can't say thank you enough!! We worked with Vanessa and she was beyond professional and lovely to work with. Everything that we wanted for our wedding we got. It was absolutely magical and it wouldn't have been possible if we had chosen a different venue. For what you receive, this is an exceptionally high value wedding venue. We wanted a smaller wedding and they were totally flexible with us and they accomodated everything we wanted. To assist with planning, they provided us with recommended vendors, but also let us choose our own. It was helpful to have their suggestions though, because that made everything more streamlined and easier to manage. And the hotel is beyond stunning! We wanted a tropical vibe for our wedding and they provided us with exactly that. Our wedding photos came out beautiful and it was because the hotel is just gorgeous. This company is incredibly professional and working with Vanessa was completely seamless. Our wedding was beyond what we could have hoped for, and it was such a pleasure working with them. We were so incredibly elated with everything and can't say thank you enough!!

Absolutely the best wedding venue in Miami

Always on point, very helpful, great communication and understanding! Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff, the location, the food is absolutely fantastic. Cannon wedding

We got married at the Palms, Hotel and spa. This was a destination wedding for us. They were able to offer for great venders and referrals and on the wedding day their stuff took care of everything so we were really able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about any of the set up or any of the small details And help make our day absolutely magical and relaxing.

Best Day Ever!!!!!

We could not be happier with our wedding at The Palms Hotel. I received so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the venue was and how friendly the staff was! Barbara was our day-of-Coordinator and she was extremely helpful, professional, and responsiveness. I am a an anxious person and had practically zero stress/worrieds on my wedding day bc I was confident the Palms had everything handled and they did!! Do yourself a favor and book this venue!

I recently had my wedding event at The Palms Hotel, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was. Barbara, our wedding day coordinator, was an absolute gem. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly patient and flexible, always accommodating my questions and changes with grace. Her responsiveness and sweetness truly made the planning process a breeze.

On the day of the wedding, Barbara was a superstar. Everything ran flawlessly, and her attention to detail ensured that I was stress-free and able to fully enjoy every moment. The venue itself was breathtaking, effortlessly setting the perfect ambiance for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

We were delighted with the getting ready room and our hotel accommodations, although I must mention that the closets were a bit small. However, this minor detail was quickly resolved with the help of one of my bridesmaids staying at the hotel who kindly offered a solution to store my dress in her room. Just a small consideration for brides-to-be: if you plan to keep your dress hidden from your partner before the ceremony, you might need to get creative with storage arrangements.

Overall, the entire staff at The Palms Hotel went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable. We are so grateful to have chosen such a beautiful venue and are thrilled with how everything turned out. If you're considering The Palms for your wedding or any event, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Best Wedding Venue you could ever pick

If you are planning a wedding, you must consider the Palms as your venue. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing and the best part is the staff. If you are a bride, especially planning on your own, The Palms staff will make your dreams come true with ease and you will not have to worry about anything the day of. They are the best team in town to help you create the event of your dreams. Organized, timely and very professional are among the incredible qualities that makes this team amazing. A special shot-out to Barbara, Vanessa and Ana for all their help and support during the planning process. The spa team was incredible the day of. I was very happy with my hair and make up. Thank you to all the team members that helped us move in and out all the decorations. The staff throughout is just great. Also, the food at this hotel is amazing. If you stay there, make sure to check out the restaurant, bar and maybe event in room dining. I had the best breakfast in my room the day of my wedding and the service was outstanding once again. Thank you!

The palms hotel and spa wedding 2023

After many venue touring, the palms hotel and spa stole our hearts away.
The venue is breathtaking, services was amazing and not to mention our day of coordinator Baraba. She was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you palms hotel for making our wedding special.

Our wedding came out exactly like how we wanted. The Palms had made the entire planning process stress free for us. Vanessa was our catering manager and day of coordinator, she was fantastic! Vanessa answered all of our questions in a very responsive manner. The services and the result of our wedding was amazing. I recommend anyone that is planning to host their wedding in Miami to checkout The Palms.

Amazing and Attentive

From the beginning, Vanessa at the Palms was so incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or requests that we had. They have a great list of recommended vendors and the entire wedding planning process could not have been more seamless. We had the most perfect wedding with the Palms and we 100% recommend this venue to everyone.

Our wedding was SENSATIONAL. Vanessa our wedding day coordinator and venue manager for our weekend was incredible. Our wedding ended up becoming a destination event for us as we relocated out of state. Vanessa answered all my questions promptly and helped us plan our wedding with ease. Best Decision Ever!

WOW!! We recently had our wedding at The Palms Hotels and I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding weekend!! If you’re wondering if you should go with this venue I could not recommend it more!! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Each of the guests remarked how whenever they needed anything at all someone was always there! Vanessa was our day of coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL!! She was extremely attentive leading up to the big day, always happy and eager to answer all of our questions! On the day of she ROCKED it, everything went sooo smoothly even when we had to make a last minute change due to weather. None of our guests were even aware a change was made because of how seamless and quickly the everything was carried out. WOW!! We recently had our wedding at The Palms Hotels and I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding weekend!! If you’re wondering if you should go with this venue I could not recommend it more!! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Each of the guests remarked how whenever they needed anything at all someone was always there! Vanessa was our day of coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL!! She was extremely attentive leading up to the big day, always happy and eager to answer all of our questions! On the day of she ROCKED it, everything went sooo smoothly even when we had to make a last minute change due to weather. None of our guests were even aware a change was made because of how seamless and quickly the everything was carried out. I chose The Palms Hotel & Spa for my wedding venue and it was the BEST decision I ever made. Every single detail exceeded my expectations, from the hotel service to the incredible events team. I'm from NYC and wanted a destination wedding in the carribean, but had to settle on Florida to ensure our older family members would be able to join us for our special day. The Palms Hotel is a hidden gem that transports you into a tropical paradise, while still having the benefits of city accessibility. The events team is second to none! Vanessa Oritz and her team were super organized, flexible and helped make every vision I had come to fruition. We received several comments from our guests that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. We planned our Miami wedding from Ohio, and Vanessa couldn’t have been more helpful. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and wish we could do it all over again.

Incredible venue and staff too!!

My husband and I got married at the Palms Hotel & Spa on 9/2/23 and it was the best day ever! We had been in communication with Barbara, our day of coordinator for almost a year leading up to the event and she was incredible. She was timely with her responses and so very helpful. Anything we needed, she was able to assist us with. The venue itself was so beautiful and the staff who was there on the day of our wedding were very attentive. It was also great to have our family and friends stay at the same place that we got married at, this made it easy for everyone who traveled for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone considering it!!

A Perfect Miami Beach Wedding at the Palms

My wife and I recently got married and chose the The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach as our venue and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. We had a Welcome Dinner outside under the tiki huts that was perfect and we had our reception in one of the hotel ballrooms. Vanessa handled all of our vendors effortlessly. The food was excellent, the service was first class, and the experience was perfect. We also took advantage of the ocean view suite for our rehearsal and reception nights which is highly recommended!

The Palms made our whole wedding experience unforgettable. We'll be back some day to stay again!

The Palms is responsive, clean, and detail oriented.

The Palms exceeded our expectation for our wedding day. Our wedding planner was kind, respectful, responsive, and truly cared about every detail on our wedding day. She took all the stress and pressure off of me for the entire experience. The resort is clean, beautiful, and truly feels like a tropical oasis in the heart of Miami Beach.

We wanted tropical theme but also ability to have beach photos, without having a beach wedding so it was perfect.
The venue contacts Barbara and Vanessa are very attentive and communicate excellently.
The venue is perfect to spend time with guests before and after the wedding, the pool and pool bar were used lots during our stay.
The food and drinks are to an excellent standard also.
Venue is a 10 min uber ride from Ocean Drive, which is close enough to where all the nightlife is
