  Donna Kim is amazing. She is organized, responsive and on top of everything. She has great ideas and visions and will help you to plan the wedding of your dreams. She doesn't force anything on you but gives you many options to suit your needs. She completed my invitations, programs, menus, welcome bags and notes, table numbers, place cards and anything else you can think of that you need for a wedding. I even went to her with ideas that I saw on Pinterest and she did it and did it better! I loved the quality of her work and received many compliments on all the items and how perfect they were. I highly recommend her for all your planning and paper good needs and then some!!

  I am a Japanese bride from Tokyo getting married to my now husband who lives in California and we decided to get married in Providence, RI. Preparing for a wedding in distance was difficult enough, I was very unfortunate in finding a right wedding coordinator(I fired two prior) till I met Donna. As soon as she started to work with me, I could see why she named her business "Perfect Details" because she really pays attention to small details that are very important for a bride. Being Japanese, I was not an easy bride to work with, since I am a perfectionist and my expectations were very high. However, she made everything possible for me with her excellent communication skills, flexibility, problem solving skills and most important of all with her wonderful personality. When we were first met Donna, we considered her fee was beyond our budget for us so we even turned her down once. However, we have totally underestimated the extent of work it involved to have a beautiful wedding and only after having worked with her, did we realize that the every cent we paid for her was totally worth it, given the quality of work and attention she provided to us. I can promise you that no other wedding coordinator will respond to your mail in 5 minutes like she does always. We were simply amazed.Thanks to her, our wedding was something absolutely everybody complemented and we cannot be happier!! We totally recommend her to any future bride!

  Donna Kim, and The Perfect Details - incredibly creative and professional; Donna always kept the focus on the greater picture, The Bride, the Groom, and their Wedding Day; and the first, and the last-ing impression of the entire experience to all of those involved was amazing! Everything went perfectly - venue and vendor choices, the save-the-dates, the invitations, the favors, the table cards etc. - perfect!   Donna did an amazing job with every aspect of my daughter's baby shower from coming up with cute and creative ideas, to even picking up all the rental equipment and cupcakes. She even placed an order for me that I couldn't do during the day while I was working. She had great recipes and ideas for food and kept me on track as to what I had to do. It was a big undertaking that I couldn't have done without her! She is the best and answers emails within minutes of my sending her one! It is a relief to have Donna working with you.

  Hiring Donna was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Upon getting engaged, I knew that planning a wedding would be a struggle with my work travel schedule and I knew I needed to get some help. Having attended a Donna Kim wedding the year prior, I knew that help had to be Donna.
  
  From our first meeting, Donna “got” us. We had a general idea of what we wanted for our wedding and very specific ideas of what we didn’t want. Donna was able to take all that in and develop an event that far exceeded anything we could have dreamt up.
  
  Her creativity and attention to detail truly made our wedding perfect. Our invitation suite from the save the date to the response card all hung so beautifully together and all the paper goods (wedding program, seating cards, table numbers, etc.) enhanced the look and feel we wanted to come across as part of the event.
  
  Donna’s contacts within the wedding industry are a great bonus to any bride and groom to be. Donna has built relationships with the best of the best. Every vendor we met with was professional and accommodating and all sang her praises as one of the best in the business. She helped us compile a team to support us on our wedding day that we would never have been able to assemble ourselves.
  
  Importantly Donna respects and helps you stay within your budget. She provides you options to achieve the look and feel with out breaking the bank and helps you make trade offs based on what is most important to you as a couple.

  I had the most wonderful experience with Donna Kim of The Perfect Details. Donna's natural ability to calm any situation with professionalism and grace is uncanny. Donna has a true gift for taking all of my crazy ideas that are floating through my head, making them into a cohesive vision, and then beautifully executing it. I worked with Donna on many pieces of my wedding including: save the dates, invitations, menu cards, escort and place cards, thank you notes for my bridal shower, signs for the bathrooms and gifts/cards, ceremony programs, I hope I am not forgetting anything! The finished products were absolutely stunning and the process to get to the finished products was beyond enjoyable. I can honestly say that each piece was 100% custom. Donna worked tirelessly to find the perfect fonts, make crazy die-cut shapes work for different pieces, hand tie each bow on the ceremony programs, and offer her assistance with proper wording and layout. Donna's eye for detail is un-matched. From the save-the-dates and invitations being sent to guests sitting down to dinner and seeing the menu cards she ensured that each piece went together and flowed without being matchy-matchy, it was the perfect collection!! I would without a doubt hire Donna again and again for future special events and will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. She is worth every single penny!!

  The wedding invitations Donna designed for my daughter Jennifer's wedding were exquisite! I heard from many guests that they were a "keeper" because they were the prettiest invites ever. Donna listened to everything Jennifer said she loved and created a beautiful invite that was perfect for her. Donna also designed our wedding programs, place cards, table numbers and many signs for the special day. Even the owner of the venue inquired about details because they were so amazing. Donna is a pleasure to work with. My daughter Jennifer was married on 11.17.12 and two days later my daughter Courtney became engaged.   I went to Donna of The Perfect Details looking for customized stationary - and I got more than anything I could have dreamed! All of the stationary she created for our wedding, including ceremony invitations, rehearsal dinner invitation, ceremony programs, table card settings and table numbers, and thank you cards, were all simply beautiful. She could tell from our meeting exactly what I was looking for and was always available to chat about it. She really made my wedding seem like her priority, even if it was just for my stationary! Cannot rave enough about her, and could not recommend her more!

  Donna was recommended by a friend that used her for her wedding. I needed items for the day of the wedding like place cards, menus, candy labels, flip flop basket, etc. since the moment I met Donna, she was very attentive and understood exactly the image I was looking for. The process was extremely easy in picking all the details and working with Donna. Every detail she came up with was perfect in ,attaching the rest of the wedding theme. I had a lot of complements on how everything just flowed together. I would highly recommend Donna for any event you need because you will not be disappointed. She is easy to get along with and very prompt. I will definitely be going back to Donna for any future events I may need her assistance with.

  Three weeks prior to the event we asked Donna to take over as wedding planner for a large and logistically complicated wedding. Donna jumped right in and took on the event with great energy and professionalism. We very much appreciate her experience and attention to every detail.

She did all of our wedding paper products, including our invitations, ceremony programs, seating board, table numbers, and thank you tags. We really didn't know too much about what we wanted when we began, but Donna helped us to come up with a beautiful, unique and cohesive paper suite for our wedding. Everything was perfectly executed and she figured out a way to incorporate my husband's photography in a way that made all of our paper so special to us. I cannot even count the number of compliments we received about our invitations, each one was a handmade work of art! To top it all off, Donna is a knowledgable resource about all things wedding-related, and a ton of fun to work with!

  The two of us are incredibly busy people and had a hard time imagining how we were possibly going to get our wedding together. Angie, the bride, was convinced we could do it all ourselves, but eventually (and thankfully) she was talked into getting a wedding planner by her parents and by the groom! Donna Kim was by far the BEST wedding planner we met with, and became an essential part of making our wedding happen. She not only gave us the direction we needed (including telling us when things were due, what we needed to focus on, etc.) but also worked extremely hard to keep us around our budget AND getting us great discounts on the vendors she trusts. In addition to all the business aspects, she helped us out quite a bit on a personal level. When I (the bride) was really indecisive about colors, she had a special meeting with me just to brainstorm. When I needed to vent because of stress from family members, she was right there with great advice on how to handle it. By the time we got to our wedding day, I felt like we were not only working with a seasoned professional, but someone who had become a great friend. She respected all of our wishes, and always went the extra mile to find a way to give us even more than we could have ever expected. Going into our big day, it was such a comfort knowing that all the details had been taken care of, by someone we like and trust. On our big day we actually got to focus on our friends and family and each other, surrounded by the most perfect details we could have ever imagined. If you want an awesome, meaningful wedding, hire Donna Kim.

  Donna Kim was the best! I loved working with her on all my invitation and paper needs for my wedding. I loved her creative, helpful style. She really does have a special eye for all things paper and helped me create beautiful save the dates and invitations that were also unique to me and the vision I was going for. She was very organized and prompt to respond to emails, everything was on timeline and I never had to worry about a thing. I highly recommend her for any of your invitation needs. She is also a wedding planner too. :)

  Donna Kim is extremely creative and is really willing to work with her customers to make sure they get the exact look they want. We asked for very specific things and she was great at making our invitations, table cards, name cards, and ceremony brochures look amazing and exactly like we had invisioned them if not better! Donna also made it very easy for us to work with her by coming to my office to discuss colors when I could not meet her.
  
  Donna also took time to talk through ideas and details with me about the whole wedding! Which was so helpful as she did not need to take the time to do this! She helped from everything to deciding on table cloth colors to even gratiously offering her bride and groom signs if she wasn't using them for a wedding of her own our weekend.
  
  Overall Donna is quite talented and we had many compliments on the work she did!

  I started out with a different wedding planner who was not returning my phone calls or emails until 6 or 7 days had passed. In a panic, I turned to a friend who gave me Donna Kim's name. Within a week, we had nailed down the wedding venue, the band, and the florist. I had no idea how many details go into organzing a wedding in a short period of time, especially with the bride living out of town. Donna was full of great contacts, ideas, is ultra organized and returned emails within 15 minutes. I thought I had a good idea about organizing a wedding. Looking back, I truly did not. Now, I can't even imagine how it would have turned out without Donna. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy the wedding and rely on Donna's expertise to help with all the details I hadn't even thought of. I would recommend Donna to EVERYONE. She is clearly at the top of the list for wedding planners.

Donna knew my budget and did all of the communicating. All I had to do was sign the contracts and make the deposits. To say that this made the wedding planning process much less stressful is an understatement. I had to worry about nothing!

  It is so true. From the moment I met Donna for my consultation meeting for my invitations, I knew I was going to like her! I am an Event Planner myself so I have extremely high expectations when it comes to vendors. Donna far exceeded every expectation I had!
  
  I went to Donna for just invitations at first and I ended up using her talents for Programs, Menu Cards, Table Numbers, Escort Cards, Monogram Stickers, Labels for our Cigar Roller, Thank You Cards, and other miscellaneous signage...the list goes on and on! Then, when a last minute hiccup occurred just three weeks before my wedding I called and asked Donna to be my Wedding Planner for my Day Of Coordination.
  
  To say Donna was a lifesaver, is an understatement! She stepped right in as though she had been my wedding planner for the year and a half I had been planning everything. She was able to make things happen at my venue in a second that I had been trying to get for over a year. Her services only enhanced my day for the better! To think, the stress I could have saved myself if I had hired her sooner!!!
  
  Donna is the most professional, personable, AMAZING wedding planner. Her business certainly lives up to the name. A stickler for details myself, Donna was my perfect match. Not only did she think of things that even I hadn't thought of, she executed each and every single detail flawlessly and with absolute PERFECTION!!!
  
  Donna handled everything day of, from my timeline to the many vendors I had hired. If there was ever a problem, I had no idea! She put together the most meticulous schedule (from hair and makeup to dinner and dancing) and ensured everything went as planned. I did not have to worry about a thing! In fact, I was able to every single second of my wedding day because I knew Donna had it covered.
  
  My guests are still raving about my wedding and that is in large part due to the services of Donna Kim at The Perfect Details. Not only do I recommend her, I would say you would be a fool not to hire her! She is the BEST!
