I worked with The Perfect Touch, specifically Angela, for my wedding in July and I am so thankful I came across them! The Perfect Touch team was professional and personable from the moment we began communicating with them. We were assigned Angela as our month of wedding planner and she went ABOVE and beyond. Angela was available to answer questions I had even prior to our scheduled month of coordination and planning. Angela felt not only like a wedding coordinator but truly a great friend!! She set up multiple meetings with me to ensure we were always on the same page, and ensured that we were on the same page as my venue. She communicated effortlessly with all of my vendors to ensure a smooth sailing day. I was so excited to get to work with her and our wedding day was perfect with no hiccups thanks to Angela and the perfect touch team! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Paige as our wedding planner through The Perfect Touch and we truly could not be happier with how our wedding turned out! Paige made sure every little detail our our vision for our day came to life and it was nothing short of a perfect and magical day! Paige was always so responsive and very easy to get a hold of through the entire planning process, she helped us create checklists and timelines and had great vendor recommendations. She was with us every step of the way for the rehearsal and the wedding day itself and it was such a beautiful day! I would highly recommend The Perfect Touch and our lovely Paige I am so happy we went with her for our planner she is an absolute Angel! 🤍💍🫶🏻 -

I don’t know how to begin writing a review for Nicole and her team and The Perfect Touch. From the moment we began planning our wedding in Estes Park together, over a year ago, Nicole had our best interest in mind. Every detail was considered and taken care of. Nicole conquered our vision and our vibe perfectly and truly blew us away. The day of our wedding went so smoothly we couldn’t believe it! Everything felt too good to be true, and we couldn’t have done it all without Nicole. We absolutely loved working with The Perfect Touch and will miss working with Nicole and her team! -

Melissa helped us plan our Colorado wedding from California where we live. She was readily available, easy to communicate with, and everything came together FLAWLESSLY! It's such amazing feeling walking in to your own wedding (having an idea of what to expect) and being blown away by how things turned out. Hiring The Perfect Touch was SO WORTH IT! -

Working with Melissa at The Perfect Touch was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend her. From our very first conversation with Melissa, I knew that we were in good hands as we were preparing for our wedding. Melissa is a complete professional - she is organized, prepared, and takes great care with every step of the planning process. She is kind and friendly and was a great support and sounding board throughout the stressful process of wedding planning.
I truly could not have asked for more working with Melissa - I truly knew she had everything under control and I trusted her fully to take the lead on our wedding day. Throughout our wedding day, there was not one issue (or if there was, I never saw it) which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. Melissa took all of the stress away and executed our day flawlessly. She is incredibly detail oriented and I felt like she took our wedding as seriously as she would her own. She truly put us at ease and we had full confidence in her which mean that we could relax and have a blast with our friends and family!
The Perfect Touch also offers signage and rentals. We decided to go with them for our Welcome Sign and it turned out great! It was so nice that they offered these other services to help streamline our planning process.
I am so grateful that Melissa was on our team and leading the charge with all of our vendors. She seamlessly coordinated and organized all of our vendors - which included a hair, makeup, florals, dj, a mariachi band, photography, videography, bar, catering, an ice cream truck and late night snack delivery! There were a a lot of moving pieces but Melissa handled it like a champ and didn't skip a beat!!! She was truly the "perfect touch" that we needed to make our wedding day perfect and we absolutely loved working with her every step of the way!

When my daughter first got engaged, we weren't even sure we needed a planner as we are pretty detailed and involved. However; halfway in, we realized all the details are all so consuming, and being so busy ourselves with work etc, we could use some help. That's when Nicole came in. She was so incredibly responsive, knowledgable and helpful on so many details. The amount of things she thought of that we didn't even think of was huge and had such an impact to make the day so beautiful and amazing!. Anything I asked help with she was on it. Then the wedding day came. WOW - that's when I truly knew we made the right decision. I honestly cannot imagine what we would have done without her and Meredith. As much as you think you have things under control, there is no way it would have gone as good and smooth as it did if we didn't have them. You need a professional taking care of details while the bride and loved ones are celebrating. Of all things we did, it would be number one as a must have!!!!!The Perfect Touch's reply:

We worked primarily with Meredith, and her and the The Perfect Touch absolutely made our wedding everything we had imagined and more! Throughout the planning and coordinating process, Meredith was responsive, patient, kind, diligent, and somehow made everything seem effortless! After the wedding, I told my ~husband~ that I feel like The Perfect Touch was the best investment we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. It decreased our stress greatly to have a team of experienced people thinking of all the small details we would otherwise have missed. The day after the wedding, we woke up knowing all of our belongings, gifts, decor, etc. were organized and in the right location, which made packing up for our mini-moon so easy and allowed us optimal time with our family and friends before they departed. Infinite thanks to Meredith and The Perfect Touch team for truly allowing us to enjoy every moment of our wedding. We knew we were in good hands! -

Angela was sent straight from heaven to deliver perfect weddings! She was so dedicated and organized it honestly made the "scary wedding planning" process a complete breeze. We were so lucky to have Angela as our month-of and day-of-coordinator! The MOB suggested we hire a coordinator, it was probably the best advice we were given, and Angela was ON IT! Her communication was above and beyond, making sure she got ahold of us by whatever means necessary. She was professional and she kept us on track without being rigid. She kept up with all of our non-traditional requests and some of our most last-minute planning.
The decor she and Nicole (her assistant) did brought our vision to life better than we ever could have imagined. The reception space made the bride gasp the moment she saw it, and the memorial table just about brought the groom to tears. We were getting comments from guests about how beautiful everything was for days afterward. Angela incorporated every piece of our vision and captured the essence of the atmosphere we wanted to create.
Angela is a genuinely kind person and her passion for her job is obvious. She was calm and easygoing throughout the whole process and was a joy to work with.The Perfect Touch's reply:

Meridith was amazing. She was responsive long before the wedding date, even as a month-of coordinator. She handled coordinating all of the vendors leading up to the date, which made my two weeks before the wedding very calm. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. Angela did an amazing job and I am so thankful I had her on our team. She was professional, timely, and a great asset. I worried about nothing, which was a huge relief. She was simply the best. Paige was lovely to work with throughout the planning process--ensuring we hadn't forgotten a thing. We hadn't met her in person until our rehearsal and wedding day--and that's when she REALLY shined. Everything went incredibly smoothly. She was a calming presence. So many times told me she'd take care of/had already taken care of whatever I was wondering about. And we got to enjoy the day with our loved ones and trust the set-up and logistics were 100% taken care of. I cannot recommend the Perfect Touch enough for Month of Coordination & rentals. They were SO professional, timely in their communications, and overall a pleasure to work with. They helped to execute the day so perfectly and I was SO pleased with how everything turned out. Meridith was my coordinator, and she was truly amazing - she was available for all my weird questions and was so approachable and kind throughout the whole process. Their services were worth every cent!!
