All the staff, event directors/coordinators were amazing! Highly recommend utilizing their all day coordinator services (additional charge), made my wedding day a whole lot easier. Food/linens/chairs/tables/bridal room all included. Beautiful place for wedding photos as well! Optional charge for utilizing the courtyard for cocktail hour, but not that expensive. Overall everything was amazing!

I loved working with the PB team! They really made my husband and I’s wedding a dream come true. They were helpful, understanding and incredibly creative and friendly. My wedding would not Have turned out as amazing as it did without them

Osvaldo, kimberly, and Katia were all amazing to work with. We did not stress out one bit because they had everything under control and were so professional about everything. I would highly recommend them again and again for events. It obviously shows that it’s not their first rodeo and they’re so confident with delivering the best services! The staff at The Phoenician Ballroom was Amazing from the very first meeting. We began planning 1 year ahead and they always made sure we were informed and were consistent across the board. Kim & Osbaldo were the Best Team and I appreciate all of the work they put in.

In addition to their Amazing Team, we chose this location because of the all inclusive package options. We didn't need outside food vendors, security, bartenders, linens or tables. It was so much easier to have them take care of it all. We loved the location of the ceremony in their courtyard and the reception inside. Everything was Amazing!

Choosing the Phoenician was the Best Decision we made for our wedding. The services they provided within their packages made things so much easier for us and took the stress away from looking for outside vendors. Their food selections were Amazing and so delicious. The staff communicated well, very accommodating.
Osbaldo & Kimberly were so great and easy to talk to. They updated us regularly and checked in to ensure we were happy with decisions. I highly recommend The Phoenician Ballroom.

Osvaldo and his team did an amazing job!! From day one they worked with our time, our budget, and helping with wedding inspiration. Communication and a very family-orientated environment. Osvaldo's team and himself always made us and my family feel at home, and would always answer our questions. At our wedding for Michael and me, they made us feel like a Queen and King. Catered to our needs and wants. Very elegant turnout and exceeded expectations!! A++!!!! Thank you so much, Kimberly, Edwin, and Katia!!!! You all are awesome. Osvaldo and his team did an amazing job! From day one they worked with our time, our budget and my inspiration. I wasn’t sure what to expect but their knowledge in wedding planning exceeding my expectations. On wedding day they made us feel like queens, catered to our needs and wants. Our family and friends have not stopped raving about the service and how elegant it was. Honestly it’s all thanks to the Phoenician team, Katia, Kim, Edwin and so many names I didn’t catch but definitely worth being recognized oh, and the flowers by Mary were BEAUTIFUL!!! We don't have enough words to thank everyone for helping us with our daughter's wedding. Excellent service and wonderful people who put their soul into organizing our event. Thank you very much Osvaldo, you have a great team. 100% recommended, good food and quality service.

Our wedding was PERFECT. Not ONE thing went wrong- all because of the staff here. All night they were running around and making sure everything was taken care of. When planning, they made sure they got my vision 100% correct and asked me for inspiration boards. Any idea that I had, they worked to make it possible. From day 1 to the final day- they were amazing. I’d recommend this place a million times over!!

The Phoenician was great to host our wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food was great, coordinators, setup, service. Only issue was the bar ran out 0f some of the favorite guest liquors but thats only because we had heavy drinkers but everything was perfect!

The décor was on point. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good. And when the guests all come up to you and rave about the place, the service, the food and the staff, you know you made a wise decision in choosing this place for your special day. Osvaldo Martinez, the director for planning events, was very courteous, professional, and worked outside of his schedule to accommodate ours. Phoenician Ballroom.....a highly recommended venue for personal or company events.

Overall amazing service! Very attentive and great with providing ideas when needed. The venue was recently upgraded and is absolutely gorgeous!

My Husband and I celebrated our nuptials on 10.19.19 and couldn’t be happier that we chose The Phoenician! Osvaldo Martinez is a phenomenal person! From the start communicating with him was easy and He was always very responsive in a timely manner. Osvaldo not only was professional at all times He made us feel like family and guided us every step of the way. Words cannot express how grateful we are of Him! Mary, the Phoenician Florist is a talented and exceptional woman who captured my vision for elegance. Every centerpiece was exceptionally made perfectly! But It doesn’t stop there....my wedding cake wasn’t what was ordered and looked less than favorable but Mary went out of her way, worked her magic and transformed my cake into a beautiful masterpiece with the added floral! I can’t stop there! My husband and I wanted our wedding not only to be elegant but meaningful in every detail. We had an idea for a circular arch in significance of unity of two people becoming one. Well the arch of unity was custom made for us and it was STUNNING! Osvaldo drew up the design, his staff made it come to life and Mary with her glorious touch made it a unique masterpiece! This is what you call a top-notch team! Not once did I or my husband worry about the venue, we had complete confidence in Osvaldo, Mary and the team! The decor was incredible, the staff was fantastic in every sense, and the overall outcome was AMAZING!!!!

Joseph and Osvaldo, and their excellent staff, were amazing to work with through the whole process. We had booked this venue relatively late in the game (booked in May for an August wedding). We made plans, and had to change them several times due to the constant uncertainty of COVID. Despite so many last minute changes, Joseph's team handled it all very well. Since our wedding was a multi event weekend, Joseph made sure that between each day, that the venue was completely sanitized to ensure the safety of our guests. There were several sanitizer stations set up all over the venue, bathroom was cleaned throughout all events to keep surfaces sanitized. We rented chairs and linens through the venue, but since we had Indian food for our events, we had that catered from elsewhere. I would recommend The Phoenician to anyone, any type of wedding! Joseph and his team were very easy to work with and flexible to different cultures. Thank you Phoenician team for such a great weekend!!!

We were blown away by the creativity and beauty of everything. The centerpieces and floral decor were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and stunning. The food was so flavorful and beautifully put together and the staff was so attentive and patient and really knew how to handle the big crowd properly. Osvaldo and his wonderful team made us feel comfortable and calm, we never had to worry. They also worked well to coordinate with our outside vendors. As far as price, they are worth every penny. I could go on and on about how prefect they made our wedding and how much they worked with us to throw an event of the season!

The whole experience was amazing! The food was delicious. The set up for the whole venue was just stunning and really organized. Osvaldo and his staff kept everything on time and catered to our every need. Overall my wedding was perfect and our guests were super happy and amazed how everything looked. It was a dream come true for me and my husband and we couldn't me more satisfied!

Words can not express how happy we were with our wedding night. Osvaldo and the entire team at the phoenician ballroom did a great job! One of the things I really appreciated was that they went above and beyond their job description duties. There was one issue I had that had nothing to do with the wedding venue, but they still helped me resolve it.

Don't look any further brides! Not only is this venue a one stop shop (floral's, food, alcohol, decorations, and linens ALL included) but they go ABOVE & BEYOND to make your dream a reality! We wanted a country chic wedding without inconveniencing our guests with a long drive out of town and venues that had the look already. Throughout the process of planning and figuring out details the team at the Phoenician Ballroom helped come up with that exact dream we wanted! I can't wait to get pictures back so they can post how they can transform they're venue into YOUR reality! I can go on and on, but trust me, this is the place you want to have your wedding reception at!

Everything came out beautifully and was much more than we expected. Osvaldo and the staff were very polite, professional, and prompt. The week of the wedding, help was offered to us 24/7 in case we had any questions or changes that we needed to make the aware of. The food, flowers, drinks, etc. we’re just all so awesome!

Aside from saying yes to the love of my life, choosing The Phoenician Ballroom has been the best decision I made in regards to my wedding. They capture your vision of what you want and meticulously and uniquely execute it with a little bit more than what you imagined. They literally transform the Ballroom just for you! The best part is that they have all things you need under one roof. The linens, the catering, the flowers ..etc, AND every bride gets Ezvaldo- your own personal wedding planner! He is amazing and available at anytime. If you can think it, he can make it happen! The prices are very reasonable compared to other places around San Antonio. And the grounds are so beautiful for pictures! I highly recommend them. If you want to be stress and headache free, hire these people! They made our day so beautiful!

I can’t not express how extremely impressed and happy we were on our wedding day. The venue looked amazing way better than I imagined and the food was on point. We really put the Chef to work with our 7 course meal, which was fantastic. I would totally recommend this venue to anyone, Ozvaldo and his staff were amazing and ready to create an amazing event for us .

Words cannot explain how AMAZED my new husband, family and myself are with the work The Phoenician team executed! It was better than I could have dreamed!! Their response time and attention to detail was impeccable. The team helped plan our customized menu, showed us a great variety of linens and the floral decor was straight out of a magazine. Osvaldo responded to every text and email I sent in a timely manner and during our wedding setup the whole team made sure we were on board with how they would decorate. We trusted them and they outside themselves!! I was often told I was the calmest bride they have seen and it was because they did it all!
