    Fog machine efffect

    What an experience!

    I would admit that I had no idea what a digital photo booth was... other than the ones in the mall when growing up but this was one of the best additions to Eric and it's special day. I would admit it stole the show ...in a good way!!

    We went with Posh Xperience for our wedding this past weekend and they were our favorite vendor. The best part was the 2X6 photo strips, which were the cutest, felt like those old photobooths that prints instant photos. That was a cherished souvenir for our guests. The quality of the photographs was exceptional. Everyone loved it!

    Questionable

    They decided to just bring what ever background they felt like. The representative was not friendly, hardly helpful. Didn’t really do their job just kind of made themselves into a guest at the wedding. Eating the food and cake. They were very responsive when requesting their services, however after you have paid for their services and event you get nothing. No response. I would personally not recommend them.

    Our records show that our staff maintained professionalism throughout your event, this might be a mixup with a different company. There may have been some confusion, as the package you selected included a standard backdrop, which was confirmed during our site visit. Additionally, we sent multiple emails reminding you to complete event forms and select your photo template well in advance.

    Find Another Vendor

    I was iffy about choosing The Posh Xperience for our wedding and wasn't pleased with communication pre/post wedding. Having our custom template created was difficult (it shouldn't have been), my guests were told the photo booth printing was having technical difficulties (that's the main reason we booked with Posh) and then I reached out to Posh after the wedding expressing my frustration and they told me they would have the images printed out for the inconvenience (I never received them). I also had to reach out to them after weeks of not receiving my digital gallery. Although the photo booth experience seems like something that should be simple and straightforward, this was not the case with this vendor - I would look elsewhere.

To clarify, while your guests did receive their prints at the event, we also arranged for additional prints to be sent to the location we discussed. We have communicated our willingness to resend these if necessary.

    Worst Experience of our life. UNPROFESSIONAL

    Arrive 30 minutes late. Photo booth wasn't working 50% of the night, I and some of the guests had to help fix it periodically. Discussed on the phone unlimited prints. Owner decided limited prints without telling me. Staff started cleaning up 45 minutes before the paid timing was even over. Staff was on her phone and the line kept building up. Guests were actually coming up to me to let me know that the booth wasnt working or staff wasnt working. I am reasonable and understand that staff want to get food and desserts from the party. We have no problem witht that. But if I have paid for 4.5 hours of service and I dont even get 3 hrs of WORKING service I will be irate. Owner also has terrible bussiness ethic, once she found out what happened refused to even call me or acknowledge the mistakes. Instead started instantly having attitude as if its our fault that their system kept crashing and that her staff was late. I have never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism from a business standpoint. When it came down to figuring out the design for the Photo Booth I was being messaged the day before and day of the event to finalize something that should have happened a week ago on their end. What we discussed to be the design was not the design given. I genuinely dont understand how they had a 5 stars. If the photo booth had been working properly for the paid 4.5 hrs and staff was on time I would have ignored the rudeness from both the staff and owner. But the blatant disrespect is mindblowing to me.
    **UPDATE REPLY** I would like to counter add the fact that if the photobooth was working for 4.5 hours than we wouldnt have had just 64 prints of pictures. That's all the photos that were printed.
    The owner keeps me telling me/mentioning of all the discounts that she gave me, she gave me one discount, and I have texts to prove my point. Two if a business doesn't want to give a discount they can always say no but just because a discount was given shouldn't be held against the customer. Getting a discount also doesnt mean the business has a right to cheat the customer on their contract and give poor service. I had other vendors tell me no/or agree to be within my budget but I had chosen to go with this business because they were the first to reach out to me.
    I also had complained about the prints that were printed, and when I went back to the contract it was said one print per person (which is not what occurred). When I talked to the business owner after the event occurred that's when she mentions that it was one print per group. Which is completely against what the contract stated. The business owner never once asked to tour the venue, even after I had given her the address. She said she would be fine coming an hour to 30 minutes before (which ended up being 30 minutes after the decided time). The photobooth was located in a perfectly fine spot, the actual technology not working has nothing to do with where the photobooth was located.
    The owners knew from the beginning where the event was going to take place when we were negotiating our contract. Afterwards when I wanted to come to a middle ground the owner threw it in my face that they drove more than an hour for this event, trying to justify their lateness and early packing up. Again, if the location was an issue for the business owner, they could have said no.
    I genuinely would not have written such an extensive review if I had received a simple apology and an honest attempt to make it right by the owners.

    Firstly, we specifically catered to your budget constraints, understanding the significance of the event – a 16th birthday party. Despite your budget being on the lower end, we strived to deliver quality service, including accommodating multiple discount requests.

    Regarding the photobooth, it was down for only 30 minutes due to unforeseen location-specific issues, not 50% of the night as claimed. Our contract, which we discussed beforehand, clearly states the possibility of such occurrences, especially in the absence of a prior site visit. We offered a generous refund, in line with these terms.

    We must also express our concern that the nature of the complaints, coupled with the extreme budget constraints and subsequent requests for additional discounts, suggest an attempt to leverage the situation for further financial gain. This perception is unfortunate, as we pride ourselves on fair and transparent business practices.

    Our consistent 5-star ratings reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We regret any misunderstanding and uphold our policy of not exploiting or being exploited, ensuring fairness and value for all parties involved.
