Amazing Wedding & Reception at the Powerhouse!

We were able to host our wedding & reception at Powerhouse for 290 guests in April 2024 and it was absolutely incredible and more than we could have ever imagined! The Powerhouse team, led by Steven & Erin for planning & Steven and Kate on the day of, were amazing to work with. They were super communicative, answered our questions quickly, and were open to our ideas in terms of layout and set up, as well as adjusting to last minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful and really worked well for our big guest size! Our guests had an incredible time - the bartenders worked quickly, the dance floor was big enough for our big dancing crowd, and the entire night went super smoothly thanks to the awesome team that the Powerhouse has. We were so happy to host our wedding at Powerhouse would highly recommend Powerhouse if you are looking to host an event!

Cannot say enough positive things!

My wife and I (as well as our guests) have ranted and raved about this venue since our wedding day on 11/10/23. We booked them a year before our special day, and from our very first conversation with Steven through the actual day was nothing short of amazing. Steven has become one of our favorite people by far, and we were lucky enough to meet and work with Therese the night of. My wife wore a suit on our day and had a few malfunctions - Steven so kindly and gently offered to step in and assist and did a wonderful job. Staff were always prepared with whatever we needed and will help you plan every last detail you could ever imagine. We always had a drink in our hand (thank you, Therese!) and some of our guests said that their meal was the best steak they've had in a very long time. Staff were always checking on us throughout the night and did everything they could to take the stress off of us. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience - We will always highly recommend the Powerhouse and their staff.

Powerhouse excellence

The building is extremely beautiful with high ceilings, rustic bones, and modern finishes. The staff are organized and helpful at all times. The catering by Rich’s is delicious and artistically crafted to add to the appeal of the entire building. Planning the wedding is minimized by the staff as they handle most of the items most couples would typically need to and offers a sense of peace. The day of they truly make you feel like you are the guest of honor, they consistently cater to you the whole morning and evening. We would relive this night with this venue, coordinator, and staff all over again.

Fall Wedding at The Powerhouse

Our whole experience with The Powerhouse was fantastic. Our wedding was beautiful and effortless with the assistance from Steven and Therese! From our first initial meeting all the way to the wedding day and needing assistance with a stain on my dress. The whole team was more than prepared and extremely kind and helpful. I have nothing but respect and trust in this amazing venue and staff!

I can’t recommend this venue enough, Steve and his team were absolutely wonderful. I’ve never felt more special in my entire life! The place is absolutely stunning and the service was divine. I have zero complaints! Steve and his team are the reason we got our dream wedding. I’m beyond thankful.

Amazing experience at the powerhouse

We worked primarily with Steven when planning our wedding at the powerhouse and I cannot stress enough how amazing him and his entire staff were!!! He made sure that we did not have a thing to worry about the entire night. He was involved in every single aspect of the night to guarantee that it would run smoothly, for even the smallest of details. He worked closely with the band to ensure that all of our first dances and walkouts were on time and that everyone understand exactly where to go. He made sure we received some of every single appetizer, late night food, and cake and also made sure our drinks were always full. He worked with the photographer to gather the entire wedding party and families together and make sure everyone looked their best. He was in consistent communication with us throughout the night to update us on the timeline and to ensure that we were not stressed or worried. Steven we cannot thank you enough for your help in making our night perfect!!!

Best Day Ever!

Steven and his team made sure that we had the best day ever! They were fun to work with, had great communication and were very organized. Our guests were blown away by the venue itself and loved the food and seasonal cocktail menu. Steven is a pro and gave us expert guidance leading up to the big day, so that on the day itself we didn't need to worry about anything. Highly recommend!

Words cannot even begin to explain how amazing our wedding at The Powerhouse was. From day one, we knew we were in great hands with Steve and his team. Every detail, from linens to appetizers, to execution of the night - everything was perfection. We utilized both sides of the venue which allowed us to have a grand reveal into our reception room at sunset. Our guests are still raving about how incredibly delicious the food was, from passed hors d'oeuvres, to dinner and the dessert table. We cannot recommend this venue enough.

Very professional and very honest. The planners were amazing and made it very personal and efficient.

Steven and his team made this whole process seamless and walked you through everything along the way. The service of the waiters and bartenders was great the night of! Beautiful venue with tall gorgeous windows and optional add ons or adjustments to fit your wants. Extensive menu with many options. I opted to get ready in the bridal suite which was perfect for pictures and getting ready the morning of!

don’t think, just book it!!

I do not have the words to tell you how amazing Steven and his team are at the powerhouse. Our wedding was EPIC. Our guests were obsessed with every aspect and we had at least 100 guests tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that was because of the hard work of Steven and his team. I could literally ask Steven for anything and he would make it happen and that’s not an exaggeration. I joked at one point “if i can dream it you can do it huh?” And he just said actually yes, that’s what I’m here for! I have been to many weddings and I have been in many weddings and the way that the entire bridal party & our parents were treated is unmatched. Every single aspect of it was amazing and low stress. Planning, responses, execution, the food the drinks; all of it. No question was stupid and he really helped me through all the caveats of the wedding industry. The staff working the event were SO happy, kind and fun. I could truly go on and on. If you’re considering having your wedding at The Powerhouse, DO IT!!

The Perfect Night!!!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Steve Guagliardi is amazing at what he does. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Steve was quick to respond to all our emails, making communication simple. He transformed the venue into exactly what my daughter and her husband had envisioned. Our guests were blown-away!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautifully done. Everyone raved about the dinner and especially the late-night station! The mini chicken finger subs were fantastic! The wait staff and bartenders were all amazing and kind to every one of our guests. They were very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of!

All I have to say is THANK YOU to everyone at The Powerhouse for everything from start to finish. I highly recommend you check out this gem for your wedding reception.

Our wedding reception at The Powerhouse by Rich’s was beyond words. We couldn’t be happier that we chose to have our reception here, it was absolutely perfect! Steven G and his team made the entire planning process easy and stress free. He provided us with many decor options and truly made our dream a reality. The Powerhouse was the perfect venue, with picturesque views of the city (especially at sunset) and stunning windows providing so much natural light, it completely wowed our guests! The Powerhouse

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was receptive to our needs. The service was good although at times too good. The drinks were cleared off the tables before they were finished quite a few times. Would definitely recommend this venue to others. Would love to redo this day every weekend!!!

I would highly recommend The Powerhouse to any couple looking to have a wedding. Steve and his team took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning that I hear other couples experience.
The entire team was professional, ready to help, and willing to accommodate all of our requests from the rehearsal, the day of the wedding to the day after. Steve and the entire team were always right there with a drink, fixing boutonnieres, asking if we needed anything while getting ready and Steve had tissues during the first look which no one even thought about bringing.
I can't speak more highly of Steve and the entire team that you will get the opportunity to work with if you choose The Powerhouse for your wedding!

Everything we hoped for and more

Steven and his team were nothing but kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He would give input if we had questions and he listened to what we said we envisioned for our big day. You could tell he wanted our wedding to be just as amazing as we did as he loves the venue and wants to show off the industrial chic beauty of The Powerhouse itself. Steven even went as far as helping me get my dress bustled up when no one in my bridal party could figure it out :). He was always one step ahead of us during the day and basically knew what we needed/wanted before we knew. I would highly recommend The Powerhouse and its staff to any couples looking to have a wedding with a venue just as big as the day is to you.
