  Beautiful and Yummy Cake

  We are so happy that we purchased our wedding cake from Victoria at The Quintessential Cake. I fell in love her with cakes on her instagram and she worked with us to make a masterpiece that complemented the rest of our wedding. It wasn't just a pretty cake. I heard from multiple guests that it was the best wedding cake that they had ever had.

  Quintessential Cake made us a gorgeous cake for our wedding. It was everything we dreamed it would be.... beautiful and delicious. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had, we had no leftovers. They aren't the cheapest cake option in the area but they are definitely the best!

  Working with Victoria at The Quintessential Cake for my 10/29/2022 wedding was a great experience from start to finish! My husband and I first met with Victoria for a consultation and tasting to discuss our needs and our vision for the cake design, as well as sample her cake and filling options. Everything was so delicious, we had difficulty choosing our favorites! Once we had settled on the design and the cake/filling itself, the process was a breeze—Victoria is an excellent communicator and followed up with us for any necessary information as we got closer to the wedding day. On the day-of, Victoria arrived promptly with the cake and set it up beautifully with our topper. Everyone loved our cake and wished they could eat even more!   Victoria’s cake is delicious, she helped us come up with a design idea, and she was pleasant to work with. We didn’t end up hiring her due to a communication hiccup, but she was extremely receptive to feedback, and we really appreciate that.

  Victoria was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish!! With only 3 weeks to plan for our intimate wedding, Andrew’s Garden in Wheaton kindly recommended Quintessential Cakes. I was told it was a must that I meet with her, and I was so happy we did!!!! At our consultation meeting, she could not have been kinder, sweeter and more hospitable. Her store is beautiful and she was immediately able to capture our vision for our wedding cake. Not only was the cake stunning with so many delicacies, but it tasted out of this world!! We also did her famous macaroons as favors for the table, which were so delicious with charming colors. Thank you Victoria for making our day so special - you are a genius!!!!

  We haven't actually had our wedding yet because of the pandemic we have postponed it twice but Victoria has been amazing to work with throughout all the ups and downs. She has worked with us with date changes, guest count changes, design changes, she never made us feel like we were a bother and was always helpful and gracious. We did several tastings at other bakeries and none compared to the delicious cakes Victoria served us at our tasting which was also very special and luxury. She even sent us a 2nd complimentary tasting box, on what would have been our wedding date, so we had some treats to help drown our sorrows in. We know our cake is going to be amazing when we finally get married in March 2022.

We have guests that still comment on how beautiful and how delicious the cake was. It was hard decided on flavors because there were so many good ones at our tasting. We would highly recommend this vendor for cakes as well as her macaroons. They were a big hit at our rehearsal.

  Incredible experience

  Victoria at The Quintessential Cake is the best cake designer you will find out there. She is an extreme talent. She took my wedding invitations and made my vision come to life. I had a very non traditional cake that was black and gold. It turned out stunning and all of my guests said it was the most delicious cake they have ever had. Victoria is also soo kind and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  Victoria at The Quintessential Cake is the best cake designer you will find out there. She is an extreme talent. She took my wedding invitations and made my vision come to life. I had a very non traditional cake that was black and gold. It turned out stunning and all of my guests said it was the most delicious cake they have ever had. Victoria is also soo kind and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  We reached out quintessential cake for our Wedding Cake in July.

  Such a wonderful company to work with!! We live in California now, and wanted to do the tasting. She was able to overnight ship the samples, and they still tasted scrumptious!
  She made it easy to pick the cakes/icing/filling!! And gosh that cake was absolutely stunning. Many guests complimented how delicious the cake was, and from my experience no one ends up raving about cake! She deserves 6 stars for her work! :)

  Victoria is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was the sweetest vendor to work with and is very talented at baking and cake design. After our tasting and consultation, she sent us a 3D rendering of the design for approval. We cared a lot about our cake and she more than delivered. Our reception shrunk from 250 down to 25 people because of Covid and Victoria was very understanding and accommodating. She made a mini version of the cake we had originally planned for and we got endless compliments on how delicious it was!
