Brandi and her team are simply the best! They made planning our ceremony and reception worry free. Brandi was always available for questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Brad and his team decorated the Tradewinds Ballroom so beautifully. The caterer, Ralph, made the most delicious food that our guests are still raving about. Have no fear when booking with the Radisson. They will make your wedding day so special!Brandi and her team are simply the best! They made planning our ceremony and reception worry free. Priscilla and her team were awesome! The ceremony setup was beautiful and just what I wanted, the food was DELICIOUS and the reception setup was excellent as well. Everything went perfectly. I didn't want a big over the top wedding filled with decorations and they gave me just that. Luckily it had warmed up and there were no clouds in the sky. Everything went perfectly and I would recommend working with the lovely ladies here who made my wedding perfect.Everything went perfectly. If you want a 1 stop shop, this is the place for you. We booked our wedding and with doing that we also got a wedding planner who was really on top of things without an extra cost. The staff was absolutely amazing. We had intermittent meetings leading up to our wedding with Donovan. It felt like he was one of our friends; always helpful, suggested some great ideas and made planning fun and stress-free. The week before the wedding we dropped all of our decor and other items off with them and they stored the stuff and then decorated both the ceremony and the reception site. We gave them an iea of our vision and they were on target without a sweat. Our catering was excellent as well. We had a plated meal (3 choices) and then all of our special dietary plates all one cost (no extra fees). We also had an open bar for the wedding reception ( close to 4 hrs) of call liquors and beers. They even had a special beer shipped in without an extra cost that my husband and his friends loved even though the bar does not carry it.If you want a 1 stop shop, this is the place for you. We worked with latasha up until the last few weeks before our wedding. Latasha was fantastic but unfortunately quit.
The day of our wedding there was no replacement coordinator. The ac in the room we booked broke days before the wedding and we were not notified. Nothing was done to cool the room until guests started showing up.
The elevator broke down with our photographer and officiantin it. And again broke down with guests in it. This delayed the start of our ceremony. We were also rushed out of the room after our 10 minute ceremony.
Multiple of our guests had to be switchedto different rooms because of bugs.
When we brought these problems to the attention of the manager they only offered a one night stay.

Everything looked lovely but that was about it. Contracted for two appetizer displays, there were none. Dinner was late and i personally had to announce it, very embarrassing. I made a big deal prior about candle light and they certainly put out lots of votives but lit none. Dinner was cheap and unappetizing and very poorly displayed. Will be meeting with manager next week i hope to get some kind of refund but what good does that do. Special day is over. Would never use radisson again. They need serious help. As a bride & a customer of this place, I would NEVER encourage anyone to support this business unless there is a total change in ownership & management. They made it very clear to us how little they care about their customers over our wedding weekend (we had trouble with our guest rooms, bridal party didn't sleep the night before because of ongoing fights in room above that resulted in broken HURRICANE window, urine found in hallway, broken beer bottles all over property, management wouldn't allow our wedding coordinator to work our wedding - with no grounds to do so aside from the threat of ruining our wedding weekend, bugs found in rooms). The only pros were the views & the few staff members that did everything in their power to help us feel comfortable & tried their best to ensure our wedding went smoothly.
