Biely and her team were very great to work with and went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. There was a chance of rain the day of our wedding we made it through the reception we didn't get to have dinner on the beach cuz a storm did move in but they moved us to the room above the snack shake and it was beautiful the staff allowed us time in between courses never rushed us and gave us privacy. Biely was also going to go out of her way to help us get a souvenir for a friend of ours! Would totally recommend!!!

Me and my wife had an amazing experience doing a destination wedding at Reef Playacar. The whole experience for us and our guests was very smooth. The wedding day was a breeze. They had everything covered, we could relax and enjoy our big day.

We were lucky enough to get married a few weeks ago at The Reef Coco Beach. Our wedding planner, Biely is the sweetest, most helpful coordinator we could have asked for. I cannot recommend this venue enough as it was more than we could have dreamt of. Service was amazing, food was awesome, dance floor was so cool and the people were the best. Organizar una Boda en México, desde el extranjero no es tan difícil como pensé, sobre todo siendo los padres del novio, quienes les hicimos la fiesta como Regalo de Bodas.
Solo se invierte tiempo para checar minuciosamente cada detalle y se elige el lugar y el personal adecuado.
Nosotros escogimos el Reff Resort de Playacar. Gracias al apoyo, atención personalizada y experiencia de sus organizadoras de Bodas, la celebración fue todo un éxito. Con su ayuda y asesoría profesional se superaron muy satisfactoriamente algunos inconvenientes que se presentaron durante la organización.
Muchas gracias a Biely, Perla, Victoria y al Chef de cocina Michele que nos deleitó con sus esquicitos platillos tanto en el aperitivo como la cena. Todo estuvo excelente de buena calidad y presentación.

My wife and I got married at the Reef Playacar on May 6, 2023. The prices were amazing for what we got! Biely and Perla were consistently very helpful, making sure everything was how we wanted it. They did an amazing job! Nothing was missing and nothing was forgotten. If this is where anyone wants to have a beach wedding, you’ll be ecstatic with your results! Hire Biely and Perla, and won’t be disappointed at all! 🙏🏼

I went on a whim booking with them without being able to go and see it in person. I'm so happy I trusted my gut. Because the venue and hotel is amazing! Definitely will be going back for our vacations. They treat you with respect over there and they make their weddings perfect.

Clarissa and her team were absolutely extraordinary, their attention to detail and care was beyond expectation! They organised a magical wedding and we cannot thank them enough !

The staff at this resort was wonderful in helping with our wedding there. They helped with all the planning details from hotel booking, flowers, food and minister. There was not one detail that was missed or that they didn't help make happen. I felt so special as the bride and that was a relief for my husband especially since everything was so easy with the hotel planning team. My day went off without a hitch and that would not have been possible without the wonderful staff there!! Highly recommend this location for events like this!

What a fabulous experience at the Reef Coco Beach for our destination wedding! The package had everything we needed and it was very convenient and easy on the big day. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, the setting was magical, and we had an amazing time. Worth the value and experience, truly appreciate the hard work from the venue to ensure the experience went smoothly and was easy! It's helpful for you to come with a vision and research ideas ahead of time for what you want during your event vs. coming to the venue to come up with the vision (colors/decor/style). It's a lot of preparation but worth the pre-effort! Cheers!

Perla was truly lovely to work with. We were showered with treats and champagne and felt special on our Wedding day at The Reef Playacar. Even though it rained, our day was perfect. Thanks, Perla!

We worked with Perla who was excellent from the get go. Pricing was straight forward and clearly outlined in the contract. The venue is great and had plenty of space for our guests. She was able to bring in an external Mariachi band. We had 7 apps and open bar. We didn’t see too many of the apps and there only seemed to be a single bartender working a larger group. We had welcome drinks included, but with the influx of people arriving at the same time, could have been more prepared. With that being said, these were minor inconveniences. Victoria was great and allowed us to turn down the DJ’s volume for the first hour and ultimately use our own playlist to finish the night. Would recommend for a Welcome or Icebreaker Party as they call it.
