  Very friendly and accommodating venue

  At first I was skeptical to have my wedding at a golf course, something about the perfect green hill is just not my thing.BUT this place changed my mind entirely. From the first time we went to look at the place they were accommodating and very friendly. They made us feel they wanted our business. We looked at other places and they were so about money and take it or leave it attitude. Not this venue. Actually I feel like their friendliness is what I really fell in love with and I knew with them running the show that our wedding would be great. And it was . It was perfect! The lady they have doing the drapes and decor just transformed the ballroom so beautifully. The food was delicious!!! We did a buffet and my guests were so happy and full! They have lots of great places to take photos . They also have a cute bridal suite to get ready in. Let’s be real, weddings are expensive and I feel this place is just right.

  The Reserve at Spanos Park exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a location with a beautiful setting for our mother's 75th birthday party. The Reserve was our first appointment. After meeting with Melinda and seeing the banquet room, we booked the venue the same day. The day of the party, the staff were attentive, professional, and took care of all of our needs. My mother's birthday was a success and she will have fond memories of The Reserve at Spanos Park.

  The Reserve at Spanos Park exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a location with a beautiful setting for our mother's 75th birthday party. The Reserve was our first appointment. After meeting with Melinda and seeing the banquet room, we booked the venue the same day. The day of the party, the staff were attentive, professional, and took care of all of our needs.   I highly recommend using this site for your event! The staff was wonderful! Very accommodating, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond in order to provide is with the best experience and I would definitely have an event there again in the future. Also, the food was excellent! Thank you to everyone at the Reserve at Spanos Park.

  Definitely book here for the value and professionalism! Andrea and Stacey were both incredibly kind and easy to work with. The venue is beautiful, especially around sunset and our photographer took advantage of some spectacular shots near the water. Our reception was gorgeous and every detail was made easier to manage with Andrea's help. Trust me, ladies -- what you want is easy.
  
  Though our wedding was small (60 guests) and I did most of the decorating and found inexpensive vendors for other details like cake, Andrea and her staff never made me feel like our wedding was less important or meaningful.
  
  The food and service during the event was very nicely prepared and our guests enjoyed their meals.

  Loved my wedding!

  For the price and what you get in the package it was overall a great experience. The local is beautiful and I have great pictures and overall I had an amazing weddingl Plus the food was delicious! If you are on a budget and still want to have your dream wedding, I would definitely recommend having your wedding here!

  A complete nightmare

  I had my wedding here and the "coordinator" Poala was very unprofessional. First off I never got a phone call from her or email stating that my original coordinator was on maternity leave until 2 weeks before my wedding. Then we had a meeting where I went through the napkin colors, floor plan, etc. She emailed me and asked what colors I wanted my napkins 2 days before I wedding. I told her we already discussed it at our tasting/meeting. There was no communication because it would take her 3 days to answer my emails, I could never get her on the phone to the point where I had to have a conversation with the GM. My reception space was not done, I had to set up my own sweetheart table, memory table, sweets table on my own (which made late to get dressed). My guests told me Paola was rude to them, threw their food on their plate, rolled her eyes at them. I spent most of the night apologizing to my guest for her conduct. Then they tried to charge me $2500 at the end of the night!..Then she said "This was my the wedding was so slow!"..Who says that to the bride!.Never ever will recommend this place. Paid thousands of dollars to get treated like dirt..Go somewhere else!
