  The St Louis Woman's Club is a superb historic wedding venue. This lovely mansion is an elegant setting for a small or medium wedding/reception. The general manager and banquet manager are true professionals and handle every detail. Chef Leon is extremely talented and very accommodating. We received many, many compliments on our daughter's wedding reception. Both the food and the service were outstanding. For out of town guests, the club is centrally located near hotels and many local attractions such as the Zoo, the Art Museum and Forest Park. Having an event here is a great way to showcase St Louis!

  This was the most beautiful venue I've ever been to for a wedding and Sherry, the events coordinator, was fabulous! She is such a delightful person with a world of knowledge in event planning as far as what works and what's not such a great idea but is open to whatever you want. The entire staff was fabulous and their wasn't one detail forgotten or over looked. Loved every minute of planning and thoroughly enjoyed ever second of the wedding.

  Wedding reception 10/29/2017; We were absolutely thrilled with the wedding reception at the St louis Women's Club!!! I can not stress that enough. The staff was very professional and most accommodating. Sheri Gwinnup, the General Manager was so on top of every little detail and most of all made sure we had the details the way we wanted them. The St louis Women's Club looked absolutely breath taking. The food that Chef Leon prepared was out of this world. We received so many letters, e-mails, text messages and phone calls from the guests expressing what a beautiful wedding and reception. Comments such as, That was the most beautiful reception that I have ever attended and the food was out of this world". I'T truly was the most elegant wedding reception I have attended! Love, Love, Love!!!

  We just had our daughter's wedding there in October and could not have been more thrilled with the The Saint Louis Woman's Club. The venue is just breathtaking with all of the beautiful antiques. There is so much history with the venue. We had guests from all over the world and they were very impressed with the beauty of the building. The dance floor and stage are also a perfect wedding venue for a band. Sheri, Laurie, Chef Leon and all of the staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Thanks to all of them, we have an incredible memory. We wish we could do it all again!

  The Saint Louis Woman's Club is the hidden gem of wedding venues. If you are looking for a Downtown Abbey style location, this is for you! The historical home is beautiful inside & out and the whole building was ours for the entire day so we never saw someone we didn't know. We could've had both the wedding ceremony & the reception at The Club, which would've been amazing (I've seen the pictures) but I had my heart set on a traditional Church service. The Club had champagne waiting for the bridal party when we arrived after the ceremony. Our guests arrived through the beautiful portico entrance, with grand staircase, and they were dazzled with their first steps. Cocktails & appetizers were served by the very attentive staff while we greeted our guests. When the dinner bell was rung (yes! they actually ring a bell ) the party paraded up the grand staircase to the ballroom. The Chef at The Club is an award winner and our menu was excellent. He prepared everything that we requested in the way that we wanted - it was great! After dinner we put the huge dance floor to good use. Our band was located on the ballroom's stage so we had tons of room for a celebration that we will remember forever. I hope others can have a wedding experience as good as ours. Our Thanks goes to the St. Louis Woman's Club.

We had the club for the whole day - a light, early luncheon, private space for dressing and make-up, photos and a pre-wedding toast. All of this was followed by a beautiful ceremony in the dining room and a perfect dinner and dancing in the ballroom. The staff and management were accommodating and helpful. The Chef was a genius. Great food, great fun, great day!!

  Had my wedding here back in April! I loved it so much it was everything I dreamed of. The staff is just as amazing as the venue is! All of our guest raved how great the food was and couldn't believe how breathtaking the ballroom was! Thank you Saint Louis Women's Club!!!
