  Best cupcakes

  We absolutely loved working with Gretchen from start to finish!! She is so sweet and incredibly easy to work with. We had cupcakes for our wedding (lemon drop, chocolate salted caramel, and honey lavender), a 6” cake for cutting, AND a birthday cake for my grandpa. Our guests raved about how delicious the treats were and everything was beautifully made. Thank you, Gretchen!! We can’t wait for our next excuse to book with Sassy!!

  We loved the Sassy Cupcake!

  Gretchen was absolutely amazing! From our first meeting and tasting, we could tell that she loves her job and that she is absolutely fantastic at it! She was so friendly, enthusiastic and so responsive and easy to work with. We really appreciated that she let us try different flavors as they were released- it was very easy to pick up the samples. The hardest part was narrowing down which flavors we wanted to serve at our wedding! We ended up choosing the Original Sassy, Lemon Drop and Oakshire Espresso Stout. We got so many rave reviews from our guests about all of the flavors! We also had Gretchen make us a small cutting cake (chocolate with vanilla frosting). My husband loved the cake so much that he wanted to eat that instead of our dinner! I would absolutely recommend Gretchen for your wedding cupcakes/cake- everything was so delicious and she was so helpful and easygoing throughout the whole process!

  These cupcakes are AMAZING. I've really never had anything like them. The true icing on the cupcake for your wedding cupcakes is how beautiful they are. Gretchen set up a work of art at my wedding. I am so glad she was there with these delicious cupcakes and amazing set up. She even made a last minute grooms cake complete with the U of O duck on top it was amazing! This is the lady you want at your wedding. Everyone raved about how beautiful they were (gold leaf sprinkled on top and ones with pink glitter and tiny handmade pink hearts!) and how great they tasted. They were all gone at the end of the night!

  My husband and I are so thrilled to have chosen Sassy Cupcake for our wedding! Gretchen was an absolute joy to work with - very conscientious but also very friendly and casual. Gretchen made her famous Sassy cupcakes, chocolate salted caramel cupcakes, and maple bacon cupcakes for our wedding. All were delicious (truly!), but the Sassy seemed to take the cake (heh). Gretchen also worked with another vendor to make us a single-layer tres leches cake by special request that was also delicious. A++ can't recommend strongly enough!
