  The Best Seamstress in town!

  I have been coming here for awhile now and when I was getting married I couldn't help but notice all the wedding dress photos on the walls. It was a no brainer for me and I am so glad I did - my dress turned out so beautiful and fit me perfectly. I was never stressed or worried about the fittings - so easy!

  Exceptional service! Nancy made great alterations and the dress fit me like a glove.

  Nancy did an awesome job. I love the way my dress came out. She was able to cinche the corset part and raise the hemline without altering the “look” of the dress. It came out perfect. And in a timely fashion too.

  Nancy did an absolutely fantastic job with my wedding dress alterations! I was fairly nervous due to the amount of beading and detail on the dress, but it turned out amazing! My bustle was perfect and easy for my MOH to find. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your tailoring needs!

  Seamless & quality work by Nancy!

  Nancy did a beautiful job on my wedding dress: adding a bustle and changing the length of the straps. She was recommended by my new sister-in-law who had Nancy do various alterations, all of which came out to her liking!   Saved the day! Best. Place. Ever!

  The Seamstress is THE BEST!!!! Nancy came to the rescue when my wedding dress was altered incorrectly at a different company… 7 DAYS before my wedding I was told the mistake it wasn’t reversible and there was nothing I could do (by another company). I thought I’d have to go wedding dress shopping :( BUT Nancy agreed to see my THAT NIGHT and assured that she would fix my gown! She made it perfect!! And was so quick! I came back a few times that week of my wedding and for a few additional small fixes, she made that same day! I was blown away with her skill and effort she put towards my dress!! The absolute BEST!

  Ideally, we advise our brides to schedule their initial fitting 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. Fitting too early can create more adjustments, but too close, it can be stressful and risky.

  Nancy was incredibly kind during my appointments to her business for my wedding dress alterations. During this time of COVID, she was still able to provide a safe space for my mother and a couple members of my bridal party to view my dress during the appointment. She formed a beautiful French bustle on my wedding gown that worked beautifully during the reception. I highly recommend Nancy and her team at The Seamstress!

  This woman took so much time and effort on my dress. She had it back to me within a month and let me tell you I had 8 layers to my dress. She gave me beautiful bustles for my train that were easy. I will go to her for all seamstress needs. Not to mention she makes you laugh!

My gown was all lace and I was very concerned that it would ripped or torn as my train was very long! Nancy did an amazing job pinning everything up for me to see what it would look like before I made any final decisions. Her prices were completely reasonable and she did a great job making everything perfect!
