  From "I do" to Something Blue!

  We are so happy that we had Cher and Rae from the Styled Stem by our side on our wedding day. The ladies lead with professionalism and did their best to ensure that all of our little details came to light. They were also super flexible with day of changes, and did an amazing job of keeping us on time throughout the day. They thought of details that Weren't even on my radar throughout the planning process. Whenever I needed a bottle of water or a bouquet held, there They were with a helping hand. Besides day of, they also made the planning process itself very easy. Cher helped me flesh out every idea I had planned so that I could actually execute it in a way that made sense. On top of all of this, the coordinators at Styled Stem are just nice people and nice to be around as well.

  Phenomenal Full Service Planning & Exquisite Design Service

  We cannot recommend The Styled Stem enough! Candice, the genius behind The Styled Stem, took on the monumental task of full-service wedding planning, design and day-of coordination for our wedding, and she surpassed all expectations.
  
  Despite our late start in the planning process (6 months out), Candice connected us with the perfect vendors, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of our needs and preferences. As a very picky, A-type personality, I can be challenging to accommodate, especially for such a significant event. Yet, Candice handled everything with extraordinary grace, always making necessary corrections and liaising seamlessly between us and our vendors.
  
  Candice's compassionate nature and unwavering professionalism shone through, even when the florists failed us on the day of the wedding. The bouquets were disappointing, but Candice and her team sprang into action, creating stunning new bouquets for me and all nine of my bridesmaids in record time while still keeping the day running smoothly. The results were absolutely gorgeous, and she even added extra touches that made everything perfect.

  Book them immediately!

  I was a bride that planned my entire wedding by myself & did not originally plan to use a day of coordinator & was only going to use my hotel venue's coordinator. THANK GOD I BOOKED THE STYLED STEM! Candice & her team (shoutout to Amanda!) made my life so much easier & she was not only extremely helpful day of the wedding, but also leading up to the wedding! Candice made sure I was on track with everything & that all of my vendors were aligned for the day, she did multiple check ins and calls with me as well.
  
  Brides do yourself a favor & book her! I swear you won't regret it! If anything I regret not booking her sooner! As a cost conscientious bride it was absolutely worth the investment!   The best wedding planner

  Working with Candice and the Styled Stem team was the BEST wedding planning decision I made. She is so warm, kind, very responsive (even to all my late night, worried emails) and an overall wonderful human. Her eye for design and style board were stunning and made my wedding beautiful. We did not live in PA and she helped us find vendors, and do last minute things that were extra challenging due to not living in state. I cannot imagine getting married without Candice- it just would not have happened without her. She smoothed any family drama without batting an eye and maintained a warm and friendly professional manner throughout. I cannot recommend Candice and her team enough- she will be a life long friend.

  Working with Candice @ The Styled Stem was a dream come true!!! The last three months leading up to the wedding were a true whirlwind (two graduations, moving to Philadelphia, getting oriented with our new jobs) – without Candice, I don’t know how our perfect wedding would’ve all come together! She filled in all of the gaps, and took off the pressure so my family could just enjoy the day. During our wedding, she kept the momentum flowing and made sure we were all well attended to. As a nervous bride.. I felt so seen, heard, and understood! I’m forever grateful to her and her team!!! Hiring the team @ The Styled Stem was the best decision we made for our wedding. Truly!!   Absolutely amazing!

  Candice and her team were an absolute dream to work with! We couldn’t have done it without them. She kept our day running smoothly, if there were any hiccups, I was never aware. She was phenomenal with set up and breakdown, and truly start to finish, I can’t recommend her enough.

  This is your sign...

  I knew from early on that I wanted a wedding planner/coordinator because I didn't even know where to start with planning and was getting overwhelmed just thinking about everything that needed to get done. I am so glad that I found Candice and started working with her a little over a year out from our wedding. From our first conversations, she put me at ease and provided us with a timeline that helped break down everything that needed to be done and when we should aim to have it done by. Finding vendors for a 2022 wedding was an experience to say the least, but Candice helped to reach out to vendors when I wasn't getting responses, advised us if vendor contracts should have certain things added in, and also tracked down information on vaccination status and proof of insurance that our venue required. I don't know how many emails and texts I sent to Candice, but I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response (even when I was sending emails at ridiculous hours of the morning and night and did not expect her to get back!)
  
  I am so glad that I also hired her for design. I knew that I wanted a dark, candlelight romantic vibe, but I wasn't sure if that made sense with a brighter color palette for our summer wedding. Candice managed to select things from my pinterest board that made sense and put together a style board that finally helped me to visualize the wedding. I was still nervous on the day of the wedding because I had been so vague about what I wanted, but Candice and our florist created the most beautiful ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces. I actually cried during the room reveal because it was so perfect.
  
  In addition to handling the planning and design, Candice was a true lifesaver when it came to coordination on the day of the wedding. There were a few issues that arose with vendors, as well as guests showing up after they had RSVPd "No" which messed up the table assignments. Candice handled it all very calmly and professionally. I actually don't know what I would have done without her. I am immensely grateful that she was there so that I could just enjoy the wedding of my dreams. If you are considering a planner, this is your sign to hire Candice and The Styled Stem!

  Hiring the Styled Stem was the #1 best decision of all the wedding decisions we made! We hired them for full service wedding planning and design, and the attention we received was top-tier.
  
  In the months before the wedding, the Styled Stem team provided the perfect balance of logistical and emotional support to allow me to go into my wedding day without any concerns. From day 1, the team listened to my vision and worked with me to make it happen, from finding the best-in-class vendors to floral design to logistical support.
  
  My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about then.
  
  And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation.
  
  One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. I hope to keep in touch with them for years to come, as I feel grateful to have met such wonderful people as they are through this process.

  Beautiful Flowers

  Candice was amazing to work with to make our wedding day florals everything we wanted and beyond. We setup meetings throughout the planning process and even though it was virtual due to the pandemic, she was able to capture our entire vision. Candice created the perfect vision board for our ceremony, reception and bridal florals. The arch was amazing! Our ceremony backdrop was a golf green so the arch created a focal point and really made our ceremony feel complete. The reception was a mix of white flowers with curly willow branches and lots of candles, she made our reception feel romantic and timeless. The best part was when Candice walked into the bridal suite with our flowers, I wanted to cry seeing the gorgeous bouquets but I had just had my makeup done but they were that perfection. Candice is sweet, professional, available to answer all emails, and truly a master at her craft. She will make your day exceptional and beautiful with all of the floral details. I cannot thank her enough for everything!!

Our ceremony backdrop was a golf green so the arch created a focal point and really made our ceremony feel complete. The reception was a mix of white flowers with curly willow branches and lots of candles, she made our reception feel romantic and timeless. The best part was when Candice walked into the bridal suite with our flowers, I wanted to cry seeing the gorgeous bouquets but I had just had my makeup done but they were that perfection. Candice is sweet, professional, available to answer all emails, and truly a master at her craft. She will make your day exceptional and beautiful with all of the floral details. I cannot thank her enough for everything!!

  Absolute perfection. I am jealous of anyone who gets to work with The Styled Stem.

  I worked with Candice for my Oct 2021 wedding. The words "hire" and "worked with" don't do her justice because Candice absolutely crushed it in every single capacity. There were many hurdles thrown her way - a less than ideal turnaround time, bad weather, I do not live in PA (we got married in PA) - and candice handled it all flawlessly.
  
  from the first time I spoke with Candice, I knew right away she has a perfect match. I felt comfortable with her and totally trusted her to give it to me straight, tell me things i definitely needed and also not push for anything unnecessary.   Candice is so wonderful and very professional. During covid we’ve had many ups and downs with our wedding planning process. Candice kept me calm and kept us on track with a tentative schedule of when we should execute certain tasks.   Styled stem is supreme

  I am a wedding Officiant and met Ms. Moore while performing a wedding. She was totally on top of every detail, calm and cool, seamlessly taking care of the nervous couple while making sure every flower, place setting, etc..was pure perfection. I would trust any couple in her very capable hands, she is a joy to work with.

  I would have lost my mind without Candice!

I knew I needed a planner who would be my boots on the ground but didn’t want a big agency where I might get lost and The Styled Stem was exactly who I needed. After a ton of searching, Candice helped me find my venue even before we signed the contract because she knew we needed to move quickly on my short timeline. We zoomed through each subsequent vendor choice because of her knowledge and expertise. Several times along the way I became overwhelmed with so many details, and she virtually held my hand to make it to the finish line. Did I mention she had a baby during this time?! With personal challenges abound, she made time to answer all of my questions and was my true partner to create a magical day!
