  Amazing TX BBQ!

  Switch was an amazing place to have dinner at! Due to a small ceremony of 37 people, we ate dinner at Switch before heading to Chapel Dulcinea. Switch was very collaborative, quick in communication, and extremely flexible. I planned from across the country and was amazed at the food! We had Texas natives and visitors from Virginia. Everyone, from TX and VA, stated this BBQ was amazing! The private dining area is worth it. Simple decorations and a great setup. Loved my experience at Switch!

  Excellent Rehearsal Dinner Venue

  The Switch BBQ met every expectation - and we had a lot of them. The catering team communicated throughout the planning and answered all 100 questions I had. The staff could not have been more helpful and did all they could to make sure the event went just as we hoped - and did we mention the food?! Oh my goodness! A Texas Monthly top 50 BBQ and we know why! I highly recommend the Switch. - BTW - Austin address but it was 10 minutes from the heart of Dripping Springs.

  ahhhhmazing!!

  We knew when we discovered this amazing bbq we had to have them cater our wedding! Hank was pleasant helpful and accomodating! He helped with so many details and always listened and helped us with our concerns. He was helpful in also finding us a bartender to attend to our needs as well. We would strongly recommend them and cannot wait for our guests to enjoy them at our wedding!!

  My husband and I hired Stiles Switch BBQ for our wedding reception of 100 people and were so glad we did! We worked with the owner, Shane Stiles, who was super responsive and so helpful with all of our questions. We ordered by the pound and did our event buffet-style where the guests served themselves, but they also offer a fully staffed option if you need it.
  
  There are so many amazing options for BBQ in Austin, so we narrowed it down to a couple of caterers within our budget and did a taste test to pick our favorite. The others didn't even come close to Stiles'. SO. GOOD. We went with the brisket, turkey, sausage, potato salad, corn casserole, and cucumber tomato salad. Everything was delivered right on schedule and they set up the buffet so quickly I didn't even notice they were there! Our guests are still raving about the food to this day. Highly recommended!

  Stiles switch is such great BBQ! We had a bit of communication issues, but it all worked out in the end. So glad it did, the guest all loved the food!
