    1000/100 Recommend!

    I had a destination wedding in Greece. As you can imagine, planning a wedding from a totally different country- can be extremely stressful! Luckily, I had Barbara!!! On the day of the wedding, there was so many moving pieces but Barbara didn’t let me feel or see any of that process. She took care of everything and left me with 0 worries. Definitely recommend The Tatted Planner!

    Knowledgeable, professional, all around fantastic

    Callie is a dream to work with! Super knowledgeable on all things needed to make your wedding exactly what you’re looking for, no matter how unique. Incredibly professional, responsive, punctual, and informed on the best vendors, services, and ideas. Couldn’t recommend her and the team at The Tatted Planner enough!

    Absolutely amazing!

    Callie and Alexis went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever thought of! Any questions or concerns I had were answered and addressed so quickly, and I never felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. They helped keep everything moving so smoothly both the evening before and the day of our wedding. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in search of a Wedding Coordinator

    Amazing Team!

    The Tatted Planner is the best option out there! This team truly cares about their clients on a personal level and makes sure to create the best day for them. I love how inclusive and open minded they are as well, welcoming any humans looking to get married. 10/10 recommend!!!

    Above and Beyond

    The Tatted Planner went above and beyond for my daughter’s wedding. They coordinated vendors, made sure everything ran smoothly and made everything look beautiful. Callie got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. They were very professional, friendly and warm. I highly recommend The Tatted Planner!

    Beat vendor at my wedding

    Of all the vendors I had at my wedding this is the one I would recommend a million times over.

    She was so good at being proactive and anticipating not only my needs but how and where things were going.

    She’s a god sent and a mind reader! Seriously she needs to be your first vendor you invest in!

    Awesome business to have on your team!

    Callie did such a good job! My wedding went so smoothly with her on the team. She was always available for any questions/concerns we had. I tell everyone who is getting married to make sure they have a great day of coordinator! Callie was awesome. I appreciate her so much more after attending other weddings since mine! Recognizing the value of not being stressed on your wedding day. Just book her already:) You will not regret it!

    Best experience!

    Working with the Tatted planner was simply the best experience I’ve ever had! I felt so overwhelmed when I first started planning my wedding, but the tatted planner took over and make things so easy and carefree! My wedding was beautiful and I cant recommend Calli and her team enough!
