My husband and I had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. Ray and Cindy were always available if we had questions. We were able to use our own center pieces and even with our last minute request Ray was accommodating. On the day of Ray made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It was a wonderful day. The DJ was great he played the songs we requested and even took a request from our 9 year old. The bartender was great as well she was extremely polite and professional. The catering was amazing as well where we had people with food allergies and sensitivities all out guests were able to eat everything with no problem.The Terrace's reply:

Tanya F. Sent on 04/10/2013I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue. First, the woman who coordinated everything (Mara) was incredible and her staff was equally wonderful. They handled everything and I never once felt stressed out. This venue included the officient, DJ, flowers, cake, banquet style dinner, open bar, all decorations, etc. Everything looked completely beautiful, it was very well organized and conducted in a professional manner. The price was absolutely incredible for everything included. I would highly recommend The Terrace for wedding and/or other events.

Kenia Sent on 09/16/2007This is a perfect venue that is not the cheesy Las Vegas strip wedding. The outside is very nice but hides the true beauty of the grounds. We were married in front of a waterfall, with lit torches and palm trees wrapped in white baby lights. It was so elegant, romantic and felt like a little oasis in the Vegas dessert. The staff was more than accomadating and their service was worth every dime. It is not the cheapest venue but as nice if not nicer than the other over-priced wedding chapels in the area. We had a perfect, stress-free wedding and my friends and family were complimenting us for weeks after the ceremony and reception. A great time was had full of unforgettable memories thanks to the Terrace! =) -

Amy Sent on 01/25/2016The Terrace is a beautifully romantic location for a wedding in the Las Vegas area. We couldn't have been happier. The staff was great and very easy to work with. Dominic, the caterer was amazing! The food was delicious! He even went out of his way to make a special plate for my mother because she is a picky eater, at the request of my husband. Grace (linens/flowers) made the room look amazing and even made the bouts for the guys. She is truly an artist. We had a snag early on with the DJ provided by The Terrace, but Ray and Cindy acted on it rather quickly and found us a replacement. Chris, the new DJ, responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion. We were fairly pleased. The minister was awesome! After the ceremony, he and his companion, stayed and even boogied down. I loved it! The only negatives I have are a few timing issues that didn't sit well with me, well that and the cash bar...other than that, everything else was perfect. -
User1351731 Sent on 09/27/2013I have a lot of things to say about this venue. First, I worked with Mara and she was good. A little pushy on some things but she was really nice and made me feel like everything was going to turn out great. I'm from out of state so it's not like I could plan everything easy. Grace was good. We got the columns and my bouquet from her and the bouquet was beautiful. My husband even liked it. The decorations were good as well. The cake...ahh...highly, HIGHLY disappointed in it. Went to the bakery, somewhat run down I would say, and I told the guy exactly what I wanted and showed him pictures and gave him color samples of my colors. Nothing that I ordered and it made me want to cry the second I saw it. I was so embarrassed by the way it looked that up until we had to cut the cake, I didn't look at it. Besides when my husband fed me the cake, I didn't eat it. I don't think any of the guests ate it either. Simply put, it was just horrible. For the rehearsals, we had Monica who was doing it and I thought she was funny because she was so serious about it and put everyone in line. Right before the start of the ceremony, there was some problems because of me so I can't say anything about that. When I was in the dressing room, I had no idea what was going on outside. My family, who was setting up, was having a lot of problems with Monica telling them what to do and how to do it. Or she was treating my parents badly. My parents who paid for part of the wedding. The only things I hear about my wedding is bad things about Monica. The DJ was good. He worked well with me and he would often come up to my husband and I's table to talk to us about something or say what was happening next. The pastor was good as well. There were things that we brought in and told Mara how many things needed to be on ice and what needed to be kept warm but when I looked at it after, nothing was kept on ice or kept warm. I did enjoy getting served. -

On the day of our wedding reception the hall smelled of a rotten gas smell, 30 of my guests were so nauseous they had to leave. The DJ was not set up and was not playing the songs that I had selected and emailed him. The food that we were served was not the same from the tasting that we had, it was dry, uncooked, and disgusting. There were many guests that did not even have the appetizers given to them. The items that I brought to the venue the day before the wedding were not placed on the tables as promised, items that I brought in for display ( specific signage that was made) was not displayed, and lost that is until the event was over. The bar was not stocked with the items that were requested. The wedding cake toppers were delivered to the venue but never given to us or to the cake designer when the cake was delivered. When it was time for the cake cutting my cake cutters were lost, I still have not received them back, and we were not given a plate to use, we were told that the napkin on the table was clean and to use that. I was not given my toss bouquet until after the toss was already done. My toasting glasses were not used for my toast. The coordinator that we had from signing of contract to day of even was pulled from my wedding at the last minute and told to service another party. The coordinator that I received was constantly asking question and not following the directions given to her. When the cake was cut I told her 3 times to offer the guests their choice of flavors, this was not done, some guests received cake and some did not. The owner, whatever he calls himself this week, was walking people through our reception to his office upstairs as well as walking people from the other party through our reception. His wife was standing in the middle of the dance floor and watching all of my guests dance, like a teacher at a school dance!
We did try to resolve this matter with the owner,Rey, however he was unwilling.
