I can't tell you how many people told us that our wedding was just absolutely beautiful, and I felt honored. The staff and all of their referrals for vendors were amazing. Thank you for the best day ever! We had 138 people with mixed rounds and farm tables. We also had guests in wheelchairs and an infant in a high chair. Everyone was so comfortable and well-accommodated in these ways AND food preferences. We used their required wedding coordinator services (Joy n' Company) and decided to use the third level of coordination. It all came together seamlessly!

We got married at The Villa on October 14th 2018 and are so overjoyed at how perfect everything was! I immediately fell in love with the venue when I walked in and knew that we had to have our wedding here. The natural feel created the most romantic atmosphere, it truly felt like a fairy tale. All the guests were blown away by everything! The venue was even more beautiful at night, as all the lights just twinkled! Thank you so much Paige and The Villa for all your help and for being a huge part in making our wedding perfect!!

My husband and I were married at The Villa this spring and our wedding was exactly what we wanted. The venue itself is charming and set an inviting tone for our guests. The staff are professional and a pleasure to work with. Our guests commented on the delicious and beautiful food, the detailed décor, and the fun music.

The Villa took great care of the bridal party and we felt at ease with experts. They are a truly wonderful team. Being able to take pictures at the Mission beforehand was a nice plus, as was the valet service and being in walking distance of live music and bars for after-partiers.

The vendors we worked with from their preferred list were excellent, and we would recommend day-of coordination with Joy n Co. The Villa’s attention to detail and personal touches made our special day even more memorable. Thank you, VSJC!

Everything about The Villa is just wonderful, it was the perfect setting for our wedding! All of our guests raved about the food, staff, and overall atmosphere. Sam was a pleasure to work with and was very easy to communicate with. It was truly the perfect day!

This place is seriously amazing! We rented the Villa for our wedding and could not be happier with how everything turned out. The venue coordinator, Michelle, is AMAZING. She works with you every step of the way to get all the details just right so you are not stressed on the big day. During the wedding Michelle made sure we stayed on time, brought us water to make sure we weren't dehydrated, and at the end of the night she packed up all of our stuff and even loaded it into the car! Seriously can you get better service than that?? We even made a bunch of our own decorations and she was able to set them out for us before the ceremony. Michelle seriously made everything run so smooth that we were able to just relax and enjoy our friends and family.

The Villa comes with catering (Iva Lee's) and a DJ (DJ Divel). At first we were a little hesitant about being locked into a caterer because we were scared the food might not be good and then we wouldn't be able to change. When we went for our tasting with Iva Lee's the food was actually really good - the catering menu is different than the restaurant menu. After the wedding everyone told us the food was amazing! Our photographer even told us it was the best wedding food she had ever had! I do have to say that they have changed their catering menu, so they no longer offer what we ordered, but I would definitely cater from them again. The bartenders and servers were all super polite and attentive and they always had smiles on their faces!

BEST DAY EVER!
I was originally looking for a beach wedding (Laguna) and stumbled upon this venue at advice of a photographer. You can't take a bad picture at this location! You will not regret choosing this venue !
You will get married (enjoy your ceremony) in the courtyard where your reception will be held. All at the same location and using the vendors they require / suggest will make your wedding planning easier (and simplify for your guests).

...and Michelle (the venue coordinator) ... I can't say enough good things about her! She is a San Clemente native, a free-spirit, and she has all her stuff together! She, alone, makes the value of the venue - priceless. I have no doubt the flawless wedding we had was mostly due to her direction. She was ALWAYS available to me (phone / text / email) and she would have a hug and a glass of champagne every time we'd visit the venue. A beautiful individual who's well worth meeting! Absolutely top of her game! If you have any idea of what you want - she'll do everything she can to help you find / gather the wedding items of your dreams! AMAZING! A GEM!

We fell in love with this place instantly! It's so beautiful and romantic! Michelle is amazing! She helped me through the entire wedding planning process and on the big day I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Even with the unexpected rain storm... she had everything under control and didn't let me worry one bit!

The Villa and their team makes everything so easy! This location is absolutely stunning!! The ambiance makes your wedding so special and perfect. I can't thank Michelle enough. Words can describe how dream like this place is. Everything was just beautiful! And went so smoothly. Michelle is just fabulous! She made sure everything was taken care of. She made sure my groom and I had an appetizer plate and water/drinks during our quiet moment after the ceremony, which was a life saver because we had not eaten all day. She kept the festivities moving along. Food was delicious. Many of our guests could not stop raving about the food. Best wedding food they had ever had. We also had sliders and chocolate milkshakes at the end, a perfect ending to a magical night. Service was fabulous. Many of the staff members checked in with us and congratulated us. The staff takes pride in the service they offer and are sincere and genuine. LOVE LOVE LOVE this venue! Guests said this venue was so beautiful and unique. One of the most beautiful locations they had been to. I could not be more blessed to work with this wonderful team and have my dream come true here at The Villa.

How do I even begin?? The Villa SJC is an absolutely magical place to get married. I felt that from the moment I walked through the wooden gates on my initial tour of the venue almost 2 years ago. Everything was easy and effortless, all made possible by the excellent staff at the Villa. Michelle (and her team) is a dream to work with! My now-husband and I currently live in Texas so we specifically were looking for a venue that was a one-stop-shop. The fact that we didn't have to search for an amazing caterer and an out-of-this-world DJ, rentals, and coordinator was the biggest selling point for us! It was all in-house. Our outside vendors were kept in the loop on everything due to the constant communication from Michelle, the Villa coordinator. On the day of our wedding, I knew that all the details and specifics would be handled with care so I had nothing to worry about! If I could get married again and again and again, I would always choose the Villa as the venue! Thank you for making our dream wedding come to life!

Working with the Villa was truly a wonderful experience. Rachel and Michelle are fun, young, and professional. The Villa, as a venue, surpassed our wildest dreams. It is such an elegant venue. So Romantic! Worth every penny! Iva Lees had great food, presentation and service.

Getting married at The Villa SJC was seriously a dream! From the moment I walked in to tour the venue I knew that it was the right place for us. It has such a romantic and intimate atmosphere, it's almost like you're in another country. The venue itself it so beautiful with so many hidden gems, our pictures turned out absolutely breathtaking. And the staff here...there are just not enough nice words to encompass how amazing they are. Rachel is such a gem and a joy to work with. We used her as our day of coordinator and she made wedding planning fun and enjoyable. I am such a type A person and like to have everything in my control but Rachel is so organized and professional that on my wedding day I didnt worry about a single thing because I knew that she had everything under control. Our wedding day was the best day of my life and so much why was because we decided to get married at the Villa SJC.

For over half a decade I dreamt about getting married in this magical place. And about 7 years later my dreams came true and so much more. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and has been refurbished and maintained impeccably. However, the true delight and surprise of the entire event and process was the incredible support from the staff. Everyone was kind, supportive and endless helpful. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Rachel Salas as my day of coordinator and she was INCREDIBLE! I cannot say enough kind words about her, but to suffice on your wedding day you need someone you can trust implicitly. On May 30th 2014 I knew I could trust Rachel with every last detail that would make the evening perfection. And to my delight the entire affair was beyond perfection. A few additional VERY notable thank yous would have to go to Keith Divel (DJ), Kalama Brothers (Band) absolutely incredible music! And Darin Owen (Photobooth), Iva Lees (Catering) and my amazing photographer Jodi Betancourt! Thank you thank you to everyone who made our wedding utter perfection!

Rachel, Michelle and the entire Villa staff are truly AMAZING!!!!! They are flexible, attentive, knowledgeable about everything wedding, and are some of the happiest people we have ever met!! We are so grateful that we chose the Villa as our wedding venue <3

I can't say enough about my entire experience with The Villa! The venue itself is absolutely breath taking, and when combined with exceptional staff and Iva Lees delicious catering, I couldn't have asked for anything better on our big day! Michelle and Rachel at the villa are amazing at making you feel comfortable, and really helped throughout the whole process! They were always quick to answer any of my questions and super accommodating in allowing me to stop by when I was in the area to take a look around for planning and ideas. Not only that, but Michelle was my day of coordinator and possibly the best decision we made in choosing vendors! She made my wedding day a dream come true and was such a huge help to not only me, but my family and outside vendors. I absolutely love The Villa and it's staff...

My husband and I had our wedding at the Villa in SJC on May 3, 2014 and it couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was amazing - the food, the service and location! Rachel and Michelle were also so wonderful. Michelle acted as my day-of person and I don't think I could have had a better person handling our special day. She was fantastic. She worked so hard bringing our thoughts and plans to life. I am so thankful for her and all of her hard work. We received so many compliments about our wedding and how special and intimate it truly was. It couldn't have turned out any better. We will remember this day for the rest of our lives - thank you all so much!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Villa and the staff there!!! Michelle and Rachel are absolutely wonderful and make you feel so special! They helped me so incredibly much and my wedding went absolutely perfect! The venue itself is breathtaking, just walking in I knew that was where I HAD to get married. It was everything I ever dreamed of, had the perfect amount of vintage detail and had beautiful landscaping which just added to the charm. It really is an amazing hidden gem in Orange County! The cater you're required to use, Iva Lee's was amazing. My guests keep telling me how delicious the food was and how beautiful and perfect The Villa was. Everyone was raving about how beautiful it was and how everything flowed perfectly. The DJ they recommend using, Keith Divel, was so great too! Don't look else where they have everything!!! All the decor is there for you to use, the have items you can rent such as a chalkboard, chandelier, tea light votives, etc. that add a little extra decor for a very reasonable price! I honestly have nothing negative to say about The Villa, they made planning a wedding a absolute breeze.

I wish that everyone could get married at The Villa SJC! From viewing, to booking, to planning, to the actual day of our wedding, and even after, the staff at The Villa and Iva Lee's made our wedding such a dream. The staff makes you feel like family and that every detail is just as important to them as it is to you. The day of our wedding I was so relaxed, knowing that Rachel, Michelle, and Eric were taking care of everything.

Food: The food was delicious! Our guests were going back for seconds!

Atmosphere: The Villa has the most perfect feel and ambiance. It is a beautiful blank slate--you can add as little or as much as you want.

Price: When it comes down to price, weddings in Orange County are just more expensive than any couple would like them to be---The Villa makes you feel like you are absolutely getting your money's worth. They are always new features that are included in their venue fee and have extra touches to rent reasonable prices.

Other thoughts: Everything the venue offers is "on trend" without being too "trendy" and making you feel like you have the same wedding as everyone else on Facebook or pinterest. I wish everyone I know would have their wedding there so I could keep going back.

If you are even considering a wedding here, just do it.

Gorgeous venue. Professional efficient staff. Our wedding day was incredible thanks in part to the wonderful staff at The Villa. We can't imagine getting married anywhere else.

The Villa is simple, yet beautiful. We fell in love with it the moment we walked through the doors. The Villa associates were helpful from the beginning, through the day of the wedding, as well as after the wedding when we needed to pick up some items left behind. Our wedding guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue. It provides a fun, yet comfortable environment which left everyone wanting more. We did not want to leave!

Rachel and Michelle were fabulous to work with and between their services, the venue and the food my expectations were exceeded!

The folks at The Villa know what they are doing- flawless execution of every detail , the upmost professionalism, and unrivaled service. It's five star service they want to make your wedding day perfect. No request was to big or too small and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I had my wedding at The Villa in July and it was magical. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing! All of our guests commented on what a gem The Villa is. I'm thrilled that I found this venue. It was perfect!

Absolutely OBSESSED with The Villa. Seriously, one of the best venues in CA. I had visited so many locations for our wedding and when we got to The Villa it was pretty much instantaneous that we knew this was it.

My parents are from Croatia so the entire venue reminded us of the old country...the green shutters and doors, the antiques, the foliage...just amazing.

Michelle is so accommodating and helpful. Literally ask her for anything and she can make it happen.

They have so many decor pieces that they can throw into for the day. For example, she had these vintage French doors that she used to write all the guests seating arrangements. It was perfect.

This was the most beautiful and enchanting place to have our wedding!! Michelle & Rachel were great to work with and always prompt at returning my phone calls, emails, and answering all of my questions. The Villa was the place for my dream wedding, with such great bones to work with. If you don't have a huge decorating budget, this place is beautiful by itself. Everything flowed smoothly from the ceremony, the cocktail hour, to the reception! Also, Iva Lee's is excellent catering. I am still getting comments about that being the best wedding food people had EVER had at a wedding! I HIGHLY recommend The Vills SJC--you must visit and see for yourself!!
