Jessica is perfection. Every question I had, she answered before I could ask. She sure makes planning effortless and fun.

VCC was the perfect place to have our wedding at. At first I thought it was going to be too small but it was just right. With the help of my wedding planner and VCC wedding planner Jessica, everything went smoothly. The food was delicious!! We had steak, chicken with butter lime sauce(I think) with the mashed potato bar, vegetables and rolls.
Our guest are still talking about how good the food was and the wedding was 2 weeks ago! So you know it was good. Hubby even wants to go there for dinner and eat. I would definitely recommend Village Country Club

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the VCC this past July, and I have to say I was more than impressed with the food, the staff and most of all Chante, the wedding coordinator. She was always available and promptly responded to all our emails and phone calls, even during her maternity leave! For the food, we went with the fajitas and they were amazing, best fajitas I've ever had at a restaurant, hands down. The venue was the perfect size for our 160 guests and looked better than I imagined the day of. The staff was very nice and professional. Everything was absolutely wonderful and inexpensive and perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more!... ~ Maria & Adam

My husband and I could not have been any happier with our reception! Chante and the VCC staff went above and beyond to transform the Country Club into a beautiful reception area. We were able to not only have a great reception space but also convenient catering options. The food was great, and we were able to choose between lots of menu options. The bar staff even created our own signature drink! We feel as though we received a great value for the product and outstanding service we received. Looking back, we would not have a changed a single detail from our special day. Our day was perfect due to the great staff and beautiful scenery at the Village.

My wife and I were married in November. During the engagement process, everyone at the VCC was very accommodating and helpful. If we had questions, they were answered promptly. They gave us 2 taste testings to make sure we were satisfied with our food selection.

They do an excellent job of customizing how the venue will look and it was beautiful. The lighting was great. We had over 150 people, so the place was a little cramped with the small dance floor, but nobody seemed to feel like it was too small. The food and drinks were great and we couldn't be happier. They even gave us an extra 20 minutes since our pictures took so long after the ceremony at the church. Needless to say, we were very pleased and so were our guests.

My daughter's wedding reception was held here last weekend and everything went wonderfully! Chante was SO helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process. The wedding was held at a church, but we purchased the platinum package for the reception, so most everything (waiters, bartenders, cake cutting, dance floor, linens, plates, silverware) except flowers, cake and a few decorating items was provided by the Village CC. This was great, since I was an out-of-town MOB! I felt that the value was excellent. We had heavy hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine, champagne (for the toast) and margaritas for a group of 160. They were even able to have some things passed before the bride & groom arrived. The trees adjacent to the back patio were lit with white twinkle lights and there were heaters that they provided for the back patio. We had a DJ and the dancing went on all night... what fun! Thanks so much to the Village CC and staff for making it a memorable and fun event!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with The Village Country Club and ALL of its staff for making our wedding night dreamlike and a true blessing at a very friendly price!

Our wedding was in their patio and they decorated their threes with lights, which added to an illuminated pool water fountain gave a touch of true magic to our wedding!

The special events manager made a sweet dream out of the nightmare of looking for a reception venue in an extremely professional and amicable manner. She was very friendly and quick to follow up with phone calls and emails. She went out of her way to look for and satisfy special requests whether it be in drinks or lights or layout.

The prices are truly unrivaled, the service is super complete as VCC not only provides the venue, but provides fine cuisine, tables, cloths, and can accommodate inside or outside in their beautiful patio.

Chante did an absolute amazing job planning and setting up our reception for us. She was never rude or pushy about anything and listened to all of the questions and concerns we had throughout the planning process. She set up our entire reception area completely on her own (with the decor I provided) and I was absolutely amazed with what she did with the room. It was everything I could have imagined and more. The food was amazing and the atmosephere was great! The night was perfect! Thanks Chante!

Honestly, choosing the VCC for our wedding venue was one of the best things we did in the planning process. It was easy and very reasonably priced and the experience with the staff there, particularly the Event Coordinator, Chante Mayorga, was phenomenal. We married outside under a huge tree in a beautiful ceremony and then went inside where everything was just beautiful. We could not have picked a better place.

This venue provided an intimate and personal location for our ceremony and reception. The staff was excellent, incredibly helpful, and truly exceeded our expectation. We were very pleased with everthing we received from this vendor!

The Village Country Club turned out to be an amazing venue for my ceremony and reception. Chante, the catering manager, was so flexible with accommodating everything I wanted. The bartender and staff did a great job making sure the food and drinks kept coming. With the lighting turned low, and candles and flowers, the venue looked beautiful and romantic, and it turned out great in photos. The area where we got dressed was spacious and just right. It looked like a pricey, fancy event, and it was very affordable. I would highly recommend Chante Mayorga and the Village Country Club.

I have to say that the Village Country Club is by far the best kept secret in Dallas for your ceremony or reception or both. My husband and I were originally trying to stay at or under $8k (total budge) for our wedding since we were paying the bill. However these days unless you invite under 100 guests you are looking at minimum $10k. We had 180 guests at our wedding and we made it right at the 10k mark without skimping. How did I do it? The Village Country Club!! They provided us with the reception venue (ceremony at a church) which included, an italian buffett style dinner, appetizers, beer, champagne, margaritas, outside lighting, cake servers, bartenders for our cash bar (other than above), table decorations, and other items. All for the low, low price of $4,600.00; that's under 5k for dinner, decorations, drinks, chairs, tables etc... for 180 people. You can't beat that!! The other added perk not listed in your contract is the wonderful wedding coordinator Ms. Mayorga. I cannot say enough about this wonderful woman who went out of her way more than once to get me an answer to my question, or assist me in any wedding planning that I needed help with (pertient to her venue of course). For a catering manager/wedding coordinator, she is the most bubbly, affectionate and caring woman you will ever meet in this industry and she truly loves her job. If you have a wedding with 180 guests and under (that's their max) and you want to save some money call the Village, you won't regret your decision. From a happily married bride in Dallas.

It was great working with Chante at the Village Country Club for our reception. The grounds are absolutely beautiful at night with the trees lit, the bar staff was more than accomodating to our guests, and the food was also very good. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a cost effective and satisfying venue.

I cannot say enough great things about having my wedding ceremony and reception at The Village Country Club. Everyone was very accommadating every step of the way. Chante was a gem to work with. She made my whole day run smoothly and I was able to be worry-free. Chante made sure every tiny detail was done exactly as we had planned. The food was marvelous and the bartenders did a fabulous job. I have received many compliments on how beautiful the wedding turned out. Chante and the entire staff at The Village Country Club is to be thanked for such a wonderful and professional job.

I was blown away with how accomodating Chante from the Village Country Club was. Everything was done to my specifications! I enjoyed having my ceremony and reception there and would do it over and over again in a heart beat.

Everything was already set up when we got there. Turned out great.

Chante was extremely helpful. She was very ontop of everything and made this a special day for my husband and I.

The Village Country Club offered an intimate atmosphere for my wedding event. I had the ceremony as well as the reception there. There was no need to decorate fro the ceremony because of the natural beautiful landscaping and trees that surrounded the ceremony site. The large windows in the bar/restaurant area made everything feel so open and allowed natural light to come in. The service was great and I had absolutely nothing go wrong!!

Chante was available and easy to talk to about all our plans. She designed a beautiful way to present some of the simpler things we had at the wedding like our cupcakes. The village offers such an amazing value for drinks, dinner, and venue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

We highly recommend using the village country club. They are a great value if you are looking to have your reception in Dallas.

We used the Village Country Club on 6/5/09 and Chante was a pleasure to work with. Everything went great! Chante did leave a little earlier than I thought she would but the party continued and we had a blast. We choose the italian dinner: speghetti & meatballs, chicken parmasean, chicken alfreado, cesar salad, steamed veggies & bread. It was wonderful!! The location is beautiful. We had our ceremony outside under the big lighted tree and the reception indoors. I will contiune to recommend them to everyone.
