The Vintage 15 was amazing! They made the event come to life, we couldn't have picked better entertainment for such a memorable night. Our restaurant, Cafe Central (El Paso, Texas) turned one hundred years on October 6th, we hosted a Gala to celebrate and it was Vintage 15 who turned our event into an unforgettable occasion. Our guests and staff were delighted by such a performance, people were dancing and the party ran incredibly smooth with this amazing band. We had to plan many things, and many of them were complicated but when it went to speaking to this band's management to the set-up the day of the event they were extremely nice and helpful. The Vintage 15 was absolutely wonderful in every way. From the very beginning, Steve was great with corresponding and answered my questions very quickly. At the actual wedding, everyone commented on how great the band was. They created the perfect atmosphere for the fun and lively party I was hoping for. Everyone danced all night and had the best time. I am still hearing how much everyone enjoyed them and how personable and fun they were. You will not find a better band! The Vintage 15 is the best.The Vintage 15 was absolutely wonderful in every way. From the very beginning, Steve was great with corresponding and answered my questions very quickly. At the actual wedding, everyone commented on how great the band was. They created the perfect atmosphere for the fun and lively party I was hoping for. Amazing! That’s all I can say about Vintage 15! My then fiancé and I had trouble deciding on whether to have a band or a DJ, after much debate we decided to hire a band for the cocktail our and the first 2 hours of the reception, then a DJ for the later 3 hours of the night. Having both a band and a DJ was a little tricky logistically, but Vintage 15 was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. They were also able to perform our first dance song, which isn’t typically in their song selection. I don’t live in Austin and so I wasn’t able to actually hear the band live before we hired them. But, I can say that as good as Vintage 15 sounds in online clips, they are even more impressive in person! My fiancé and I were thrilled with how amazing they were! Everything from their look, to their songs, was just perfect! We had countless guests come us to us during, and after our wedding telling us just how much they loved this band. We are extremely thankful that we hired Vintage 15, and I would highly recommend them for any event! Thank you Vintage 15 for making our night so special!!Amazing! Vintage 15 was AWESOME! We used them for our wedding at Camp Lucy and we couldn't have been happier. First of all, their look was fabulous! We loved having the 15-piece band with all the fun instruments. The lead singers were great and engaging with our guests and the breaks were rare and short. Steve was easy to work with and we had no issues with them at all. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, classic band for their wedding or event!Vintage 15 was AWESOME! We had an awesome experience with The Vintage 15. Steve maintained great communication throughout the whole process which made the coordination 10 times easier! They offered us a super competitive price for a Friday night wedding in Austin. We were able to hear a demo before we signed the contract. The band was accommodating on several levels; they let us chose the song list, they learned a special song for our first dance, and they were able to flex with the flow of events during the wedding. The band's performance was impressive to say the least. They played all the classics and it sounded superb. It set the exact mood we desires for the reception. Our guest loved them and we have received several compliments on how awesome they were! This band comes with my highest recommendation. It is nerve-racking selecting a band for your reception because you want them to be perfect. As far as performance, Vintage 15 is OUTSTANDING! My guests LOVED the band I had so many compliments from my guests. The wedding coordinator at the venue I selected even told me that Vintage 15 was the best band they had ever had preform. You will not be disappointed with Vintage 15. The energy is great; they are enthusiastic and will put on a great show.

I was super pleased with the performance Vintage 15 gave to me the night of my wedding. They were 'on the ball' from the start, and accommodated all of my special requests. This band knows how to really swing-we LOVE them! My husband and I hired the Vintage 15 for our wedding in April. We had gone to see them play at a few public venues and immediately knew they were perfect for our vintage inspired wedding. My personal favorite music is the Great American Songbook, but I was concerned that the other 20's-30's crowd might be bored with the old-fashioned music...I was wrong-they LOVED it too! The energy of all the band members is awesome. They are definitely not some old fuddy duddies left over from the original era of this music (like most other big bands). They were punctual, very polite, and just always fun to be around. We wanted to have some softer music play during cocktail hour, so they had a Jazz Trio play in the beginning; they played a special version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World for the Father/Daughter & Mother/Son dance (with a ukulele people!). Then we wrapped up the night with a high-energy dance off, and they played DJ music for the last 45 minutes-very flexible and easy to work with. Having a live big band like this at your wedding really adds a special touch, ladies. Nothing can replace the ambiance of live music. They even managed to put together a special arrangment of "The Way You Look Tonight" last minute for our first dance, after we put them on the spot days from the wedding. I cannot say enough great things about The Vintage 15!!! They were AMAZING! I will admit that prior to our wedding, I was a bit worried about having a jazz band as our wedding band as I wasn't sure if all of our guests would like just having jazz all night. Let me tell you that my fears were all for naught! EVERYONE attending our wedding could not stop saying how cool and great our band was. They were so great that our guests didn't wait until dinner service was done to get up and start dancing! Our venue didn't know what to do since this NEVER happens! haha! Even the kids were up and moving the entire time they were playing. Both singers have an amazing voice and every single band member was spot on. They have an incredible energy and passion for music that they filled our venue with joy! Definitely book The Vintage 15!!!I cannot say enough great things about The Vintage 15!!! They were AMAZING! They were INCREDIBLE! We actually mixed the Vintage 15 and Austin Nines to create a standards/swing/sinatra vibe at the beginning of our reception and 70s/80s/90s dance vibe for the last half of our reception. The music was outstanding. The performances were spot on. But some of the best parts of working with the Vintage 15 was David Young - the band leader/singer/trumpet player.
He was INCREDIBLY thorough. He met with us prior to the wedding to get to know us and learn what we liked. He came to the rehearsal to assist with music and form. He worked with our other musicians to help them out and he drafted out the entire reception from our introduction into the room, to cake cutting, to first dance, to toasts. I cannot say enough about David and this group and how professional and truly focused on the couple they were for our wedding. They took so much weight off of our shoulders. I would recommend them to anyone. They're truly phenomenal.They were INCREDIBLE!
