    We were staying at the Warwick Radisson in Philly for our wedding. I worked with Maria, the main wedding hair stylist there and she was great in coming up with a schedule for me and my wedding party (which was big, 8 people total) plus my mother and 2 aunts. She and one of her co-workers were so great in getting us all ready. I didn't do a trial and my hair turned out so beautiful (high bun, side-swept bangs). Maria was so sweet and everyone in the salon is really nice. You can also get makeup done too (I believe her name is Brittani) and she also did a fantastic job. I would recommend this salon (and especially Maria) for anyone looking to get their hair done for an event in Philly (I would definitely go back myself). Oh, and funny story--I met my husband at my friend Ashley's wedding four years ago, which was at the Warwick, and Maria did Ashely's hair. Ashely was in my wedding party so Maria got to see her again. Such a small world!

    My husband and I could not have been happier with the Radisson Warwick for our daughter's wedding reception this past weekend. From the moment we met Terry in July, 2011, we knew that she would be on top of things! That was so important to us since the bride and groom would be planning things from Chicago! Her patience and expertise made the whole process simple for us. We had a large reception with over 200 guests and the room was comfortable and most importantly....GORGEOUS! The staff across the board, from bell hops on up were courteous and exceptionally helpful. The hotel rooms were beautiful and very well kept. When Terry left the reception, she placed us in the capable hands of Molly, who also brought her "A" game for the evening. The attention to detail that these two women gave to perfecting my daughter's vision could not be surpassed. I highly recommend this venue to any bride who is looking to have a fairly priced, upscale wedding reception in the city.

    The food was excellent, we choose the sea bass, which was like butter, soft and moist. No one went away hungry. Service was good. Bar was top shelf, great value for the money.

    The staff at the Warwick is outstanding. Lori, the sales manager, assisted me throughout the entire planning process. She returned my emails and phone calls promptly, organized the day of time line and kept track of the vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly. I felt so calm in the days leading up to the wedding, knowing that I was in good hands with Lori, and her staff. The wait-staff was courteous, attentive and very helpful to our guests. The facility itself is beautiful - we had our first look on the spiral marble staircase, took bridal party shots in the lovely lounge and had family portraits nearby. My husband and I were also able to get pictures in Rittenhouse square, which is one block away! I am so happy we chose to get married and have our reception at the Warwick. \r\n

    Lori did an amazing job throughout my wedding planning process. She helped me every step of the way in making sure that all of the details in our contract were correct. It also helped that she is extremely friendly and professional. She even made sure that my mom, who is allergic to garlic, had no garlic in her dinner at our reception. And, she even bustled my dress! She kept everything running smoothly during the ceremony despite the weather being terrible and many of our guests were running late. During our reception, Scott the banquet manager, did a fabulous job of keeping everything moving and keeping our guests fed and happy! Scott was great at telling my now husband and I when would be a good time to eat so we could actually enjoy our dinners and have time to visit with all of our guests. I highly recommend Lori, Scott, and the Warwick Hotel!

    We couldn't be happier with the Warwick! Lori and Sue are amazing professionals that worked with us on everything down to the last detail. They were mindful of our budget and gave us great cost-cutting tips and advice. We even booked a day after brunch there. The entire staff is so great to work with and we were so pleased with how the wedding day turned out. They really are so fantastic!

    Everything was fantastic...the service, the food, the atmosphere! We were 100% pleased, as were our guests. Lori, the wedding sales specialist, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with email/phone call responses. I highly recommend The Warwick.

    Dana and Ben's wedding at the Warwick was everything we expected and more. The food was great, venue beautiful and the responsiveness of the staff, specifically Lori and Sue was outstanding. It was great and will be remembered forever.

    The team that I worked with at The Warwick for my wedding in October was great. The preparation leading up to the big day went extremely smoothly and the day of was excellent. I still have guests telling me what a great time that had and raving about the food (the filet mignon was delicious!). I would recommend The Warwick to anyone looking for a fun and classic wedding reception in the city.

    It took me and my husband a while to find a perfect venue. We are both Nigerians and Nigerians love to have big weddings. We also like to eat Nigerian food at our weedings. So size of the venue and openness to outside caterers was key to us. These are both things we found at the Radisson that choose us to pick them. We were very please with the actual wedding day itself. We thought everything went very well. I didnt give a 5 out of 5 because Terry (the catering and wedding services manager) was a little absent minded at times. She is super nice but closer to the date I felt that she gets a little overwhelmed and would ask the same questions over and over again. Im glad I had a wedding planner bc she was able to keep me from getting annoyed and to keep everything straight with Terry. Also 2 months before our wedding, the Radisson had there first Nigerian wedding which seems like it was a hot mess. I felt that after that Terry started to freak out a little bit and assumed my wedding would be the same. She started asking ignorant questions about if we needed an interpretor to speak to our caterer whom she had spoken to in English with before. Just because someone is from a foreign country doesnt mean they are not educated and dont speak perfect English. Our caterer ended up being a wack job but that is another story for another day. I will say that the Radisson is well worth the price. The bridal suite is gorgeous and you will be very pleased with the end result of your special day.

    Overall, i was very pleased with my wedding experience at the radisson. the only area i would ask for improvement is more thoughtful setup of the reception area. the cards were all the way in the front where people could not see the card cage. Also, although we were told about the parking situation, we were unaware of how confusing it would end up being for our guests. we tried to pay for complimentary self parking, validated with a sticker once inside. it was not announced, and those who were given stickers were not given credit so everyone ended up having to pay for parking. The people at the radisson were very helpful in accommodating our "3" families and the ever changing numbers from last minute responses. Overall, i would definitely recommend the Radisson

    The RadissonBlu Warwick is a beautiful site for a wedding reception. Terry LeMiere, Jennifer Noble and Valerie and Niya are wonderful to work with. The manager of the RadissonBlu Warwick, JoAnn Cunningham is HORRIBLE...no people-skills whatsoever. Two days before the wedding, we found out that Terry would not be able to be there due to a family emergency. Jennifer Noble stepped in and was wonderful but JoAnn basically told us it was no big deal and that Terry is often not at weddings (which is not true and extremely unprofessional of the manager of the hotel to lie about a valuable employee). She was rude and even though we had over 150 guests at the hotel she never once greeted us, checked on us or even introduced herself to anyone in the bridal party or any of the guests. Others went out of their way to make sure that everything was okay (especially since Terry was not there) but the manager never once made an appearance or even called. She ignored our concerns and took over two weeks to answer my emails/return my phone calls.

    I would strongly recommend the RadissonBlu Warwick if JoAnn is replaced. I would warn anyone planning a wedding at the Warwick to deal with Terry or Jennifer and not to expect any service from JoAnn.

    We also had a problem at the reception with one of the bartenders who was quite rude to guests (elderly gentleman, mother of the bride and other members of the bridal party). He actually got angry and left one of the bars so even though we paid for two bartenders there was only one working. Once Jennifer was notified of the situation she did replace him but I would warn you to find out who the bartenders are and make sure they will be appropriate (don't know the bartender's name...young guy who hopefully has found another job).

    Maria, hair stylist at RadissonBlu Warwick is great. She is extremely talented and very nice. Ratings go down because of JoAnn and bartender otherwise I would rate a 5
