Alexa was awesome!
Alexa was great! We didn't have a big budget, and we're grateful she was able to work within our constraints. She was very communicative, kept us on track with our timeline, and answered a lot of questions we didn't even know existed! -

We hired The Wedding Planner LA for day-of coordination for our 35-guest wedding at a private home. The lead Day-Of coordinator Dominique was excellent. She has such a peaceful, calming, and supportive presence. We loved her. They have a big inventory of decor and things you can borrow which was super nice (votives, signs, cake plates, vases, rugs, etc.). We borrowed a ton of stuff since we were doing the decor and everything ourselves. Dominique and her assistant took care of decor setup, moving our guests to where they were supposed to be, and playing music at the right times (among other things!). As the bride, I thought she did great. Highly recommend! -

She was truly such a saving grace as my husband and I planned and replanned our wedding during the pandemic; we don't know what we would have done without her.
We booked Alexa for partial planning just under a year before our wedding. Since we were originally planning a larger wedding in a pretty bland space, we knew we'd need someone to help with design and decor. However, Alexa's packages offered such amazing value that we went ahead with partial planning, and it was the best thing we could have done. We got to talk to Alexa on the phone pretty much every other week from when we booked her until the wedding, and she was in constant email communication as well. She read over all of our contracts, gave tons of vendor recommendations and managed a few of them for us without us having to do a thing, and was so, so patient with my endless questions and worrying over details. She even gave us pep talks when decisions were difficult or plans were derailed by the pandemic.
A few months before the wedding, we had to decide whether to go ahead with our original plan or downsize dramatically and change our venue, and Alexa helped walk us through every option and was so patient with us while we figured things out. She spent months working with an alternative venue on our behalf, and when that fell through, she helped us look for a third space for our reception without missing a beat. When the wedding got close, Alexa helped us make a timeline for the day before and the day of the wedding that was more detailed than anything we could have imagined. We're so grateful we had her to help us think about things that definitely would have been overlooked otherwise.
Having Alexa around on the day of the wedding was such a gift. She was calm, organized, friendly to our family and friends, and so much fun! Her setup of our venue was more beautiful than we could have imagined, and she made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing all night long. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and just made sure the night was such a dream.
I could go on for pages about how much Alexa did to make our wedding perfect and stress-free. We honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend once it was over. Go book Alexa now! It'll be the best planning decision you make. -

Recently, I was part of a wedding that Alexa put together and honestly it was one of the best weddings I have been to. Every detail, every single moment, all the smiles and laughing made everything stand out and will forever be a memory that I will never forget. Alexa is extremely organized and thoughtful. Very professional and thorough
Alexa and company helped plan and guide our daughter’s wedding from beginning to end. She was very thorough, made great suggestions and was a pro at handling mother daughter communication. 🥰. Alexa managed hiccups and the unforeseen issues that happen at a big weddings. I would hire Alexa again in a heartbeat . -

Heartfelt and fun filled wedding thanks to The Wedding Planner
I attended Lexi and Alan Benevente’s wedding in Palm Springs which was coordinated by The Wedding Planner LA. There were a ton of details that were well coordinated in advance and others that had to be taken care of at the moment due to unexpected weather. Through it all, fun and love were top of mind. I was especially impressed with the layout of the space, the scheduling and several planned surprise moments that pulled off perfectly. It was an amazing event and I would hire The wedding planner LA if one of my kids was getting married. -

Perfect!!!
Hiring Alexa for my wedding was the absolute best decision I could have possibly made!! She was so friendly and professional and turned the process of planning my wedding from stressful and overwhelming, to fun and enjoyable! She replied to all my emails and calls so quickly and she was always one step ahead and thought of all the details I would have otherwise overlooked. She helped me make checklists of things to be done, helped find vendors and work with my budget, she had beautiful decor rentals and soooo much more!!! On the day of the event I was blown away at how she made my vision come to life im such a beautiful way!! She made sure things went smoothly and handled any unforeseen situation without hesitation! I couldn’t be more grateful for the help she gave me to make my special day that much better and I can’t praise her enough! Highly recommend her! You would be absolutely crazy not to hire her!!! -

Alexa was seriously a dream to work with! When I started searching I was looking to help someone get their start in the business but also someone who was like me and would see my vision as their own. I met Alexa at a Starbucks and knew she was the one for our wedding right away! She was so nice and excited about our wedding and even though it was months before I needed her she was still ready to offer advice and help when we needed it! My parents were iffy about my putting my wedding in someone else’s hands but I trusted her and after they met her they loved her!! They were so happy with her and can’t stop telling me about how great she was. Hiring Alexa was the best thing we could do for our wedding and I wish I was getting married again so I could hire her twice!The Wedding Planner LA's reply:

Alexa was an amazing day-of coordinator at my brunch wedding in April. We met with her before our event and went over all our details, plus she attended our rehearsal. With her experience, she made sure we'd covered every important aspect of the wedding day, and it was such a relief and help to know that she was in touch with the vendors. On the day, she executed all of our set-up perfectly, stayed on top of our timeline (that she helped us with!), and worked wonderfully with the on-site event manager. We didn't have a DJ; instead we had a playlist and a speaker, and Alexa was wonderful working within that dynamic, announcing us and helping us make announcements as needed. Most important, her demeanor was calm, happy, and helpful throughout the process! I've had more than one guest mention how sweet and helpful she was. We're SO thankful we found Alexa! We highly recommend her! -

Professional and passionate service!
Alexa made our big day perfect! She is truly a dedicated and professional wedding planner and I don’t think I could have had such an amazing wedding experience without her hard work and efforts. I told her I needed help with locating a wedding venue and within a few days she had found the perfect fit within our budget. Her experience as a wedding DJ was also a plus as she helped us find the perfect DJ company to help us celebrate our marriage! She also acted as our day of coordinator which was a BLESSING as the weather did not want to cooperate, but with all of Alexa’s back up plans our day went off without a hitch, and we would not have wanted it any other way. Highly recommended to help your big day be as special as ours. Thank you again!!!! -
