The views the BluVu terrrace offers is amazing! Tiffany and her team are so helpful in setting up the room for the wedding, helping put flowers on the cake when the baker didn’t haha, and overall offering helpful tips/advice. My wedding was nothing short of amazing and the process was very smooth. Food is amazing too!!!

We had the best experience hosting our reception at the Westin Tampa Bay! The food was fantastic, they were organized and the ballroom looked spectacular! They made sure to work with all of our vendors and hosted majority of our guests with the upmost organization and friendliness!!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Our wedding venue here was amazing. All around great experience. I wasn’t stressed at all during the planning or the day of. Tiffany was amazing to work with from the start of meeting her. If you want a smooth wedding and no stress pick the Westin!

I did my wedding at the Westin’s BluVeu Ballroom. We picking this place because of the amazing view that it has. We had the ceremony in the balcony and the reception inside the ballroom. I absolutely loved everything about it. The view was spectacular, the food was BEYOND amazing, and I did not stop getting compliments from my guests. Tiffany made the process so easy from beginning to end, catering to all that I wanted. She did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone in their team was extremely helpful the day of the wedding. Everything came out beautiful and I would 100% recommend this venue for any events!

We felt like we received so much great service and quality that we would have paid even more. Thank you all!

Our daughter was married at the Westin BluVu- 16th floor. The service was outside on the terrace which converted later to a very comfy fire pit and cigar smoking area. The cocktail hour moved inside to a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres passed and displayed. The reception moved over to the other side of the floor to continue dinner. The sunset view was spectacular. Staff was obliging. Dinner was prepared and served perfectly to include the best scallops I've ever eaten. Filet was cooked perfectly. We added a soup course - Lobster bisque soup - which was served tableside with a whole lobster claw, crème fraiche and red caviar.

Bridgett Duffey, the Social Catering Manager was thorough and we felt the event's timing was in very capable hands. We utilized some preferred vendors offered by The Westin and others were our choice from prior experience. Beautiful event!

We had our wedding and reception here and it was wonderful! It was all so easy having everything in one place. The venue is (obviously) beautiful and the catering was absolutely delicious! Our guests are still raving about it all! Tiffany was a huge help and lovely to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was in touch with all our vendors and made sure that everything ran perfectly the day of! Would definitely recommend this venue.

We chose the Westin Tampa Bay BluVu owing to its unique views and private setting. Being from the UK, I wanted a venue that would ‘wow’ our guests. The roof terrace and views certainly did that. I loved everything about the BluVu. Our wedding was rescheduled a few times owing to COVID-19 which banned of international travel. Bridget and then Tiffany were very understanding of our situation and accommodate our needs. Tiffany responded to my emails in a timely fashion and provided everything we needed to make our wedding run smoothly.

For the wedding, we had the suite which provided the perfect getting ready room. Unfortunately, the noise from the aircon unit disrupted our sleep the night before the wedding leading to us changing rooms, but I could live with that owing to the wonderfullness that followed.

The wedding food was fabulous. The venue accommodated our request for halal meats and we had the most fantastic mocktail hour with a selection of fabulous non-alcoholic cocktails and hors d'oeuvre. The Beef Wellingtons went down amazingly with our guests and had a lovely English touch. Tiffany also provided us with a non-alcoholic cider for our toast and sent us a bottle of non-alcoholic cider to the suite which was very thoughtful. Often, vendors forget that we don’t drink alcohol. The cheese display looked lovely and the steak main went down very well with our guests. I loved everything about my wedding day. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, but this didn’t matter as we had a great time.

I would definitely recommend the Westin Tampa Bay for future brides looking for a venue with amazing views that offers a professional, friendly and very accommodating service. Despite the challenges along the way and the changes to our original plans, Tiffany made it work for us. It was a day we will never forget! Thanks for everything Tiffany and team.

They were able to meet and exceeded all dietary needs for guests and communication was always there with what ever we needed and had to be changed. Anything last minute was also able to be taken care of to the best of their abilities. Amazing over all.

We had our welcome party (the night before our wedding reception) here and Tiffany and her team were amazing to work with! So responsive, and everything went so well. The area was beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. Highly recommend :)

We loved getting married at the Westin Tampa Bay! Everything went smoothly and Tiffany was fantastic at communication, at all hours of the day. She helped with everything we needed and was punctual, helped coordinate with all the vendors and was very accommodating. She stayed for the whole wedding day, even until dinner was finished. Even after the wedding, we had loose ends to tie up and she was very prompt and helpful in all matters. We can’t recommend the Westin enough.

We got married September 12, 2020 our coordinator Tiffany took over our wedding almost five days before but we can assure you that she took care of us like she was our coordinator since day one, me as the Bride felt at ease and had no doubt she would take care of everything the way we had discussed it. The service is great from the attendants all the way to the bartender they go by your program but also accommodate to any last minute changes, the food the food omg it was better than the day we did our tasting our guests still talking about the great taste everything had. We can recommend this venue at 💯 percent and more because during this time where COVID-19 has taken over and we have to adjust to new regulation for our, guest and employees safety, they made it as natural as possible although all the guidelines were followed, although we couldn’t have our ceremony outside due to the weather the backup plan was as perfect as the outside. The majority of our guests stayed at the hotel and were pleased with their rooms and service.Thanks to The Westin Tampa Bay, Tiffany, Esteban & staff on this day you guys ROCK we all had a BLAST!!!!!!

Even though we had to move our wedding ceremony inside due to weather, Bridgett and her team at The Westin made the night perfect! They were so flexible and went out of their way to make us happy. They even got creative with the Ceremony location and it turned out beautifully!

The food was also amazing!!! They got a new chef after our tasting and I am so glad they did. Everything was delicious. We received so many comments from guest about how great the food was. The staff also went out of their way to make me a separate plate of food due to food allergies.

I highly recommend The Westin for your event!

What a Great Venue to hold a wedding or function. The view from the Rooftop was to die for. Our Guests loved it. Great food and drinks and everyone enjoyed it. would recommend this place to anyone. well worth it and great staff and friendly people.

We had our Rehearsal Dinner and a Farewell Breakfast Buffet at Westin at Courtney Campbell Causeway in Tampa. We had about 30 rooms booked for our wedding guests.
From the time we talked to Bridgett Duffy, the Catering Sales Manager to the time we left, everything was handled with great customer service. Bridgett was customer service personified. She was always prompt in her response to my emails and phone calls. She handled every request to the best of her abilities. She was pleasant, professional and a dream to work with. Pamela Conception, the Reservation Supervisor is patience personified. My husband had her on the phone for almost an hour changing and re- changing our reservations. Through it all, she was friendly, patient and very helpful and knows the ins and out of the system which was very helpful. She too answered all of my emails promptly. These two ladies are beyond excellent in what they do, but the food, OMG, the food was THE best food EVER! My guests raved about it even now, 5 days later. They couldn't quite decide which was better- the chicken , the Mahi Mahi or the tenderloin You can cut the tenderloin meat with a butter knife. It was that tender. Everything served was simply delicious. That was all the talk amongst my guests the whole night and the morning after.
The servers, as well as the Assistant banquet Manager and Bartender were wonderful and they all paid attention to every detail and our guest's needs. Guests commented on their excellent service long after the event.
My husband is a Marriot Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium Elite member and have stayed in many of the Hotel's properties. This Westin at Courtney Campbell Causeway in Tampa is one of the best in its class. The rooms are spacious and clean. But what makes this hotel the best is its staff and personnel; from their smiles to their prompt service, they made our stay and our events truly a memorable experience.

We had our rehearsal dinner in Aqua Circle, our ceremony on the terrace, and our reception in the BluVu ballroom (the top floor). As soon as we walked in to the space, we were blown AWAY by the views and immediately fell in love! The original coordinator left in January and was replaced by Bridgett Duffey who was SO AMAZING!!! I cannot say ENOUGH good things about her! She was incredibly kind and responsive and was able to give great suggestions on how to bring our vision to life. She went above and beyond anything we expected and made sure our day was absolutely perfect. We also had our room block there and Pamela was so wonderful to work with and sent monthly updates so we knew how many rooms were filled and, as needed, she opened more for our guests. The reception space was also renovated between the time we first toured and the wedding and it looked SO much more elegant and classy than what we had originally seen which was so great!

If you are looking for a venue with great views and a convenient location, this is your place!!

I had a surprise biirthday party for my husband on September 29th, 2018. My overall experience was great. I reached out to Samantha about 4 months before the event, she worked with me through out, always responds with urgency when I call or send her an email it didn’t matter how many times I asked the same question😄😄😄but she always had patient to answer all my questions, very professional as well. on the day of the event, the staff was great, Samantha was there to make sure everything went on well, the food was great, the ambiance,drinks, everything was just perfect👌. I would recommend the Westin on w. Courtney to everyone.....oh and it’s surprinsly affordable😊😊😊..just can’t wait to have my next event at the same venue.

My husband and I had our wedding here on 6-29-2018 and it was an amazing experience. Samantha Mann the wedding coordinator there did an awesome job at bringing my vision to life. We had around 100 people and had our reception in the Caribbean Ballroom which overlooks the water. Our cocktail hour was on the blu vu rooftop which gives you amazing views of the bay. The ballroom also has cool LED lights which can change colors to match the theme of your wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and their wedding package prices were very competitively priced compared to local hotels in the area. All in all they did an amazing job and you should definitely check them out if you are looking for a pretty hotel to get married in that has water views and won't break your budget!

Samantha Mann was so amazing. I didn't really expect so much help from her. She was very prompt with responses and has a lot of attention to details. She even helped us set up the morning off.
Wedding package at Westin was perfect for the wedding my size (about 40 guests, I know they also do way bigger ones). We really got a lot for our money. Food and drinks were great! Open bar for 4 hours! Lots of appetizers during the cocktail hour. Awesome patio view. If I had to do the wedding all over again, I'd do it at Westin Tampa Bay.

We had our wedding in April 2018, and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue is a prime location and the free shuttles were an extra bonus for all of our out of town guests. All the staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Samantha Mann who always went above and beyond for us. Samantha was very easy to work with and made our wedding day even more special! We felt so comfortable and confident working with her and having our wedding at The Westin Tampa Bay. We highly recommend having a wedding there to any newly engaged couples!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Westin Tampa Bay and Samantha Mann!! Samantha was amazing to work with during our wedding planning process. We looked at many wedding venues before coming to The Westin, and when we met Samantha and saw the venue we knew this was where we wanted to get married!! Samantha was very responsive to our emails and questions throughout the whole wedding planning process (I definitely had a million questions!), and she helped take away a lot of the stress of wedding planning. We had a lot of road bumps during our planning process, and it was so nice knowing that Samantha had everything handled at the venue (which included the ceremony/reception locations, food and alcohol). She was very thorough and the week before our wedding she reached out to all of our vendors to make sure they knew where to delivery everything and what time the would have access to the space on our wedding day. I brought some of my own decorations for the ceremony and reception and when I gave them to her the morning of the wedding, she made sure they were in the correct spot and I didn't have to worry about a thing!! She even brought me a box of donuts the morning of my wedding in the Hospitality Room we were getting ready in :-) She worked so well with our photographers and DJ to make sure all of our wedding party knew where to be when. We had our ceremony on the Beach Terrace, our cocktail hour on the Lobby Terrace, and our reception in the Caribbean Ballroom. The venue spaces were absolutely stunning!!! We could not have asked for a more picture perfect venue space, and all of our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. All of the waiters, bartenders and hotel staff were wonderful and helped make our wedding day go off without a hitch!! :-) We cannot thank Samantha and The Westin enough for making our wedding something we will never forget!!

The team at the Westin Tampa Bay are absolutely, beyond words...AMAZING! Not only is the view from their venue space STUNNING, the experience with the events team was incredible! I had the pleasure of working with Katie, Sam and their incredible banquet team for one of our couples weddings and let me just say, they are just OUTSTANDING! Our wedding had several elements and details in which required extra attention and they didn't miss a beat. Not only was the wedding absolutely perfect, the entire team at the Westin were just incredible to work with from the very beginning. Katie met with the couple, parents and myself on more than one occasion. She offered ideas and inspirations to help bring our couples wedding dream to life. Having a venue and their team as invested and so excited for our couples beautiful day, is every Planners dream! We are in the industry to partner together and make dreams happen for couples and this is exactly what the entire team at the Westin Tampa Bay provided! It was truly a pleasure working with them!

Katie and Samantha were fantastic wedding reception partners. Their willingness to participate in Facetimes with the Bride and Groom (both from Boston, bride's parents local) and allowing access to the spaces on several occasions to support the creative process was greatly appreciated. We had the utmost confidence in them and we truly appreciate their interest and engagement on the many visits and emails. Not only did Katie work with us directly, she worked closely with our wedding decor and planner Blue Skies. They never missed a step!

We did use the BluVue for the cocktail hour and the Caribbean Ballroom (can accommodate 125-150 easily) for the reception. In addition, the adjoining Hospitality rooms were perfect as the get-ready rooms for the bridal party. The bride and groom stayed at a different location for the wedding night, but the groom used the complimentary suite the night before which offered a great place for the groomsmen to spend some time with the groom the morning of. We provided bus transportation to/from the church for the rehearsal and then again for the ceremony for the wedding party and guests. The hotel easily accommodated all buses and cars.

The wedding reception was absolutely everything we could have hoped for for our daughter and her now-husband! Simply gorgeous! Many of the Bride and Groom's friends have gone to many weddings over the past few years. On more than one occasion, we heard the guys say ... this is the BEST wedding they have been to!
We love that folks got to spend time visiting outside by the beach and wished we could have had more downtime to sit out at night especially by the fire pit - but alas, we needed our sleep to be ready for the next day!

The Westin staff worked as a team on every occasion!
