  Best place in the world!

  I cannot say enough good things about The White Room! The showroom at TWR is beautiful with tons of great lighting and of course beautiful gowns. Jill was a dream to work with. This was the first place I went to start my journey finding the perfect wedding dress, and I feel so lucky to have started the whole experience here - it really set a high standard! TWR was so responsive to questions and flexible with us. Everyone involved seemed so genuinely interested in my wedding and helping me find the dress of my dreams, which I did! Valentina did an incredible job with the alterations, it felt as though the dress was truly made just for me. I would highly recommend TWR (and have been to everyone I know already)!

  The Best Experience (from dress selection to service to expertise to energy)

  From the selection to the service, the white room provided a wedding dress shopping experience that was better than I could have ever imagined! (As a lifetime watcher of say yes to the dress, that is saying a lot!) If you are shopping in MN - you HAVE TO come here!!
  
  I was fortunate enough to work with Carmen, the owner of TWR, and she could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and warm! Her and TWR both have the BEST energy (and dress selection)!
  
  She quickly picked up on exactly what my vision was, provided the perfect amount of guidance, and was a master of using clips to make the dresses fit so well (which was not always the case at other places and made a huge difference). She also was not pushy at all - I truly felt like she was just excited for me to find a dress I loved. After one more dress shopping stop later that day, Carmen was so accommodating to let us come back later that afternoon for a final appointment to say yes to the one (which by the way is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen!). It honestly felt like coming back to celebrate with friends!
  
  As an out of state bride, before my shopping experience I was planning to do alterations at home, but after my experience at TWR I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the next steps!

  Gorgeous and unique dresses!

  Not only does The White Room have a gorgeous and unique selection of wedding dresses, but everyone (especially Pegeen and Carmen) made me feel so beautiful, excited, and helped me find the dress of my dreams! Not to mention, I live out of state and they were always flexible with my schedule when I was in town. I would absolutely recommend The White Room to anyone.

  Not only does The White Room have a gorgeous and unique selection of wedding dresses, but everyone (especially Pegeen and Carmen) made me feel so beautiful, excited, and helped me find the dress of my dreams!   Exceptional!

  Bought my wedding dress and veil from here and loved both! The service was always top notch and the shop is just gorgeous inside! Jill was a doll to work with throughout the process! Highly recommend TWR for dress shopping!

  My dream dress store

  My absolute dream store!!!! Loved everything about our experience. Nikki was the greatest, fun and passionate, honest and kind. I ended up having so many amazing options that I was in love with, it was so hard to choose! But I did end up picking the one. Would highly HIGHLY recommend making TWR your first stop. I went to 4 before this and although they were good experiences, TWR was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Nikki, we love you!!

  Pegeen and Carmen provided excellent service for our daughter’s selection of a wedding gown. They helped her find an exquisite gown which expressed her perfectly! She looked stunning AND happy! Their service was impeccable: from easy parking, attentive sales staff, alterations and coupon/expertise on cleaning. Highly recommend!

  Wonderful staff, selection and overall experience!!

  I can't say enough about the staff at The White Room!! They have gone out of their way to provide a special experience for my daughter from the moment we entered the boutique and were offered champagne to the day they walked the dress to the loading dock for our COVID-19 bride.
  
  Our guide for the shopping day, Peggine, was both helpful and knowledgeable while guiding my daughter during her dress selection. It was a fun day and we left with the perfect dress purchased!

  Nikki is my spirit animal

  I loved everything about this place and my experience! There is nothing but excitement, love, and beauty that fill this white room. They have so many different and unique styles without being bombarded by 500 options like if you went to a large chain. I wasn’t overwhelmed and I wasn’t overwhelmed by the choices, I guess you could say I was just perfect at whelmed.
  The champagne was delicious and Nikki was the perfect match to my personality. I can’t imagine working with anybody else, and I had gone 3 other places previously to going here. She was able to joke around with me while also making it a point to understand what I liked and didn’t like about each of the dresses.
  I also couldn’t love my dress more. It is perfect for me and our venue and I can’t wait for it to come in and wear it once a month for the rest of my life haha.

  Amazing selection for my minimalist taste

  I bought my dress from The White Room over a year ago and finally wore it for my mini Covid wedding last month, and I cannot recommend them enough. By far, the #1 compliment I received that day was on my dress. Not only are the employees and tailors extremely kind and thoughtful, their dress selection is simply stunning. My taste is fairly minimalist (this is an understatement) so I was really nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a wedding dress that felt like "me." I ended up buying the first dress I reached for (after they patiently let me try on 10 more) because it felt so right. If you are looking for something modern, minimalist, but still breathtaking you should check them out!

  The BEST Bridal Shop in the Midwest...Seriously

  I had scheduled dress fittings at four different dress shops when I was looking for my wedding dress. I went to two before and one after The White Room. TWR stood out by a mile when it came to the buying experience. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy a dress. I didn't think I would even find a dress I loved because I had something stuck in my head before the trial. The dress room was beautiful, the staff was so kind and the selection was incredible. I will forever recommend TWR to friends and family who need a professional but comfortable dress shopping experience! And my dress turned out beautiful as well!

Nikki and Carmen were so helpful and excited to help me find THE dress. The accessories are nothing short of perfect and Nikki did a great job finding the best pieces for each of the dresses I tried on.
  I had a previous experience at a bridal shop in which I felt pressured to buy TODAY, and The White Room was a very refreshing experience to know that I had the time I needed to find the perfect dress without any pressure.

  Amazing One of a Kind Experience

  AMAZING, One of a Kind Dresses and Wonderful Team!!! I don’t even know where to begin on my overall experience I had when I worked with the Carmen and her team at The White Room. I not unlike most brides was looking for the “experience” when shopping for my dress. As the day went on, I became discouraged. I wasn’t feeling special, I didn’t have that dress that made me cry and at one point it became so overwhelming, I wanted to stop. TWR was our last stop of the day. The boutique is intimate and unique with a very cool vibe. We were greeted at the door by Carmen, a sweet, funny and energetic soul (who I later found out was the owner). She got my guests and I situated and brought us sparking wine. She was so helpful on how to begin looking for a dress, understanding what I was looking for and then allowing me to look through the beautiful and one of a kind dresses. I had never seen such gorgeous dresses, except in the bridal couture magazines. I found my dream dress that I have always imagined. There are so many stresses in planning a wedding. This is the ONE recommendation I would have for the bride-to-be. TWR will handle the fittings in house and answer any questions on alterations.

  This was the last shop I visited while dress shopping in the twin cities and it was by far the favorite for my whole party!! Anne & Carmen are very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere of their shop is just perfect. You get great one on one service and you are not crowded in with other brides. And the natural light that their space gets makes a world of difference when looking at dresses! If you are looking for a unique, stylish, and beautiful wedding dress I would definitely check out their selection!

  I tell everyone about the fantastic experience I had at The White Room! I had been to three locations wedding dress shopping, and had been treated like I was an annoyance by the employees and owners of all three places. Feeling frustrated I was reluctant to continue my search for "the perfect wedding dress." I found two dresses online designed by Rosa Clara. The nearest vendor for this designer was in Minneapolis. I reached out via email to The White Room inquiring about the dresses I was interested in. I spoke with Carmen, and she informed me that they did not carry those particular dresses, but assured me that they could get the samples for both dresses for my appointment. I made the trek to Minnesota uneasy about wedding dress shopping from previous experiences. I'm telling ya, these ladies gave me such a wonderful experience! I walked through the door and was greeted with a warm welcome that consisted of smiles and hugs. I heard jazz music playing (Louis Armstrong, my favorite!), and I immediately recalled Carmen asking me in a previous email what my favorite kind of music was. I was blown away by how comfortable and relaxed I felt. The atmosphere was intimate. It was the girls, myself, and my future mother in law. For the first time since my dress shopping had began, I was enjoying myself! I had my eureka moment. This is what dress shopping was supposed to feel like. It was wonderful! I hope that anyone looking for a wedding has as great of an experience as I had at The White Room, and that's why I tell everyone about what a great buisness these ladies bring to the table. the wedding dress I purchased from them made me feel so glamorous, I wish I could wear it all over again! The White Room carries up and coming bridal brands that are unique, well made, and whimsically romantic. If you don't want mainstream for your wedding dress this is the place to go. The ladies that run this boutique are wonderful. I had a truly amazing experience with The White Room and recommend them to everyone in the Midwest.

  I tried on dresses here and it wasn't the greatest experience. The staff is very ambivalent about the process. They didn't ask any questions about my budget, style, or wedding. Instead they just told us to go pick dresses from their racks. Once we had selected dresses to try on, the dressing room is super awkward. They just hung a curtain in the corner of this bigger room. So everyone from your group is just sitting outside your curtain, waiting for you. You can't talk to the stylist in private at all. I had a few friends and family members with me, so I was trying on things they had picked out. But didn't have the privacy to be able to tell my stylist what I disliked without running the risk of hurting someone's feelings.
  
  Overall, it seemed like the stylists didn't really care about the process. It was awkward and a little stiff. I bought my dress somewhere else.
