  We loved the flowers wild orchid did for us. They were very helpful in choosing flowers, showing us pictures and mock ups in store. The flowers were reasonably priced. They allowed us to change our order as much as we wanted until it was perfect.

  I used Wild Orchid for the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and flowers for my hair. Candice was amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted and helped enhance our ideas. The bouquets turned out so beautifully. Candice called me a few days before the wedding to let me know that she got word that some of the flowers being sent to her might not be too alive once they got to Edmonton. She assured me that she would do everything possible to make sure the bouquet still looked amazing, she even mentioned she would be going to greenhouses in the city after work to see if anyone had similar flowers. All the flowers looked fresh when they got to me!
  The bouquets stayed alive for a week after the wedding. It's been 10 days and some of the flowers in the bridal bouquet are still alive and the one bridesmaids bouquet that I still have is still alive. I find that pretty incredible.
  I 100% would recommend Wild Orchid to anyone!

  Wild Orchid did a really good job with the flowers. I was impressed when I saw the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. The reception decor was beautiful too. But the downfall was the communication with our flower designer. She did not check her emails and did not have all the correct information. It wasn't until my wedding planner stepped in and took matters in her own hands. The horrible part is that they tried to blame me for not sending them information when I clearly sent them emails. What baffles me is that it was one week before my wedding and they didn't have my confirmation and yet no one called me to ask? I was really upset until I received the flowers. They were truly amazing and they were on time. So that really made up for the bad communication because at the end it was everything I imagined.

  Although wild orchid provided absolutely stunning flowers I had one negative experience. Upon returning the vases that we rented I received no help or assistance with unloading about 100 vases from my car and into their store. As I struggled to lift and bring the vases in 2 girls working there sat and watched me, offering no assistance. When I finally asked them for help as I nearly dropped a large box of vases, the girl slowly walked over to help me so that by the time she got there I had 1 box left. All I wanted was someone to hold the door, but their attitude was that they need not help customers. In summary, great flowers but poor service when my wedding planner was not looking.
