    Excellent Service & Professionalism!

    They were so wonderful to deal with, and helpful with every detail! The whole party complimented on the beauty of the grounds and the buildings! We were able to have it for the whole weekend so we had plenty of time for setup and cleanup and it wasn’t stressful on anyone! They also included the tables and chairs! So many extras included here!! Highly recommend!!

    Affordable venue with amazing owners.

    The willows is absolutely beautiful, Paula and her husband do anything to help the couple or even if you come up with an idea they can make it happen. They include tables and chairs with their venue at such a great price it truly is unbeatable.

    Our wedding was gorgeous. What a perfect venue. Paula was a pleasure to work with and so helpful!

    Our experience working with Paula and her husband at The Willows was absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed! The Willows is gorgeous and they are very flexible about set up and clean up, which helps relieve some of the stress. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend this venue!

    Beautiful Scenery, Not Clean Enough.

    I got married there on 05/17/19 (the first wedding of the season I believe. The scenery is beautiful and the pricing is amazing for the 3 days we got. However, I wasn't happy with the cleanliness. I was told the venue would be cleaned the day before our set up day. We got married Friday so the set up day was Thursday and clean up was supposed to be Wednesday. I made sure to remind the owner a few days before as well. We arrived Thursday to the floor barely swept, cobwebs not swept out, tulle not blown out (debris inside), the lights o uh outside falling off the wire,and tables and chairs were left outside and dirty from rain and wet leaves. I had guests complaining about the uncleanliness to other guests and my parents DURING my reception. This upset me to find out after the fact. All in all, my pictures turned out perfect as they weren't near the barn or outside section. I give 3 of 5 stars. I advise to be aware of what exactly will be cleaned. I was told way differently than what was done.

    Though my wedding didn't take place here, I was very impressed with how professional and personal they were and how hard they worked to try to get me into fit in, and I would definitely recommend this place for a friend!

    Poor service

    During Covid they wouldn’t refund any money when thngs were on lockdown. Said that’s the only way they were making money. Very rude and unprofessional.

    Will not refund fees when services are not rendered

    I am severely disappointed in The Willows as my niece and nephew we’re going to get married there, had paid ALL FEES, rescheduled twice because of the COVID-19 and the willows will not refund fees. I’m not just talking about deposit I’m talking about 100% of the fees taken for services not rendered. This is illegal
