Sara Toy, with the woodlands resort helped us with all our wedding dynamics. We did have a suite for the bridal party to get ready in which I would recommend making sure you have. The extra space was useful. We did our ceremony on the Robards steakhouse patio with 18 guests and followed it with a dinner at the private room at Robards. Tiffany was our head waitress while at Robards and I couldn’t say enough about her. She is a gem and I will never forget her! I am beyond thankful for her and she made everything easy for my husband and I. The following evening we did our reception at the Vista Room. The set up of the room is pretty cool. To the right is an area for tables and food. To the left the bar and dance floor. We also had bar tables and some extra seating near the dance floor. We had all the food provided by the woodlands resort and every guest made comments on how fantastic the food was at the reception! Overall we were super happy with our wedding! We would recommend the resort for sure!

This place was amazing and Sara went above and beyond for us. From the very first day when we looked at the venue, we felt like we were being treated like royalty. This was the only venue we looked at and they won us over. Everything was included, which saved me a huge headache. The guests loved the food and the service. The bar was amazing. All the vendors they recommended were top notch. So glad we chose them. The price was very reasonable.

I was so happy to have had my wedding at the Woodlands Resort... everyone was so pleased! Judy Patterson was a dream to work with. She was very responsive and remained pleasant with my one million questions. The food was delicious as well! Everyone enjoyed their meals. 5 stars across the board! Well parking was a bit hectic but valet is also an option to avoid it

We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely perfect! I worked with Lauren and she was an absolute gem. It was such a pleasure working with her. She responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner and she was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed in all of her responses. She is also incredibly personable, and I knew that I could trust her 100%. Working with Lauren was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had.

All my guests had such a wonderful time and they were so impressed by how beautiful the facilities were. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, and if we ever had any issues, they stepped in right away to make sure everything ran smoothly! Oh and by the way, the food was sooooo good. I highly recommend!

The Woodlands Resort was a fantastic place for our wedding. We were in the Emerald Ballroom which had a lot of great natural light from the windows all around and our guests really enjoyed being able to go out on the balcony. We had 180 guests at our wedding and they fit comfortably in the room along with the DJ floor, candy bar, and photo booth that we had set up. The food was fantastic and the passed Hors d'oeuvres were amazing. The cake was included in the rate and they went above and beyond with the grooms cake considering the low-quality pictures we provided to them (we took a bunch of photos from pinterest and the end result was better than anything we had seen)!!! The cake was also delicious but we didn't get it eat it because we were so busy - I would make sure that you suggest a piece of your cake be waiting for you in your honeymoon suite so that you can enjoy it, this was something a friend mentioned after the fact and it would have been smart to have done so. The catering coordinator Melissa was always prompt with responding to details and she worked very well with my wedding planner.

We got married at The Woodlands Resort and could not have been happier with our experience and the service we were provided. We chose the resort because our guests were mostly from out of state and it was the perfect place for everyone to spend the weekend. Judy was our venue coordinator and she was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and thorough from start to finish. Our guests raved about the resort amenities and the incredible stAff and service. The Emerald Ballroom was a beautiful location for our 140 person reception. All of the staff was extremely accommodating, especially Judy, and our guests truly had a wonderful weekend. I am so glad we chose to get married at The Woodlands Resort and would highly recommend it to future brides!

I could not have chosen a better venue to host our March 22 wedding. Lauren was absolutely amazing when it came to coordinating the day for us. I was a little frazzled the day of, and not everything on my end was too organized, but Lauren was so attentive and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The reception went off without a hitch!! I am still getting raves about the entrees & cake (both done by the resort's very talented kitchen staff). We had our reception in The Glass, overlooking the lake and enclosed by windows. It was just absolutely breathtaking at night with all the decor and tables set up. All the guests really enjoyed the location - set back in the serene woods. Location was especially important for my out of town guests who stayed on the property. They were able to use the shuttle service and run out to Market Street for shopping and some delicious eats.

All in all, the day couldn't have gone any better - and I have the amazing WRCC staff to thank for that... so thank you!

We could not have chosen a more beautiful spot for our dual ceremony wedding day! We had a baraat (groom's processional) in the morning on the grounds which led to the Indian ceremony in the Woodlands Ballroom. Our guests had lunch in the scenic Glass Ballroom. In between ceremonies that afternoon our guests lounged by the pool, played golf and were pampered in the spa. The American ceremony took place on the Forest Deck and our guests commented on the beautiful natural setting infused with glamorous decor. We hosted the reception in the Grand Ballroom and the food, drinks and service were outstanding. I wish we could do it all over again!

We had our reception at the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center in the "Vista" Room, which is perfect for around 100 guests. The Vista had a center staircase with balconies on either side and brass chandeliers; it really made for an elegant feel. There are multiple options for reception halls on the property, including much, much larger spaces. They are all breathtaking and perfect for a wedding reception. Judy Patterson was our coordinator, and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She always responded to my calls and e-mails right away (even when I e-mailed her at 7:00 AM on the day of the wedding with a last minute question!) My husband and I planned the entire wedding ourselves, and we could not have done it without Judy. She was so helpful and she walked us through everything step-by-step from the day we came in for our first visit until we cut the cake on our wedding night. Like most brides, I was extremely stressed about everything coming together on the day of, but Judy was always reassuring and when that day came it was absolutely perfect - exactly as planned from minute to minute. The staff was always courteous and helpful, and our guests had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations. We felt that for the price we paid, we got outstanding value. We paid far less than other venues were asking for a bare bones reception, and yet we got a 4 course seated dinner, hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour, unlimited top shelf open bar, and the resort provides both the cake AND flower centerpieces - unbelievable! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't even consider having our reception anywhere else!

The Woodlands Resort is an amazing venue to work with. There was no need to hire a separate wedding planner because the entire staff at the resort were incredible to work with. We had an especially good experience working with Judy Patterson - the wedding event coordinator. Great choice for a beautiful wedding!!!

We used this venue for our reception only. Lauren, the event manager, was fantastic. Friendly, great sense of humor and really listened to our needs. They were much more flexible with what we wanted. This price included food, bar, cake and center pieces for the tables. We could have any size dance floor which was also included in the price. Venue looked beautiful when we arrived. Food was excellent and guests walked over to tell us how good it was. The menu choices were way above our expectations. Comments from guest were that this was one of the nicest receptions they had been to. Request "The Glass" room. Beautiful!

Menu's and Food & Beverage service was wonderful. When you reserve your reception there, you receive a Coordinator who works one-on-one with you for your event; we worked with Judy and she was great! The packages include just about everything so you don't have to go find outside vendors. We had 1 meeting where we did all the planning (linens, cakes, food, beverage, transportation, lighting, hotel room, etc). The evening was seamless!

I always wanted my wedding at the Woodlands Resort & Conference Center. We come here as regular guest every summer. I love that this venue was a one stop shop! We did our Ceremony and Reception here. It rained on our wedding, but they were great at moving our outside ceremony to inside. I was also happy with the cake, meals and additonal wedding props they provide. I was also impressed for the fact that cetner piece was inculded in our package. Katelyn, our cater manager provided us with excellent service. She had answers for everything in every situation!

Everything was Perfect!!! It went much better then we had hoped for.

The Woodlands Resort all inclusive packages provide great services at a great deal. The packages at The Woodlands include food, drink, centerpieces, linens, cake, honeymoon suite. We had all out of town guests coming in so we searched almost every hotel venue in the greater Houston area and could not have been happier with our choice. The atmosphere at The Woodlands made us feel like we were out of the city and all our guests enjoyed the accommodations. The staff at The Woodlands was helpful every step of the way and they were delightful to work with. Although they provide all inclusive packages (that made things very easy on us) they allowed us to customize everything so that it did not feel like a cookie cutter wedding.

Our daughter was married on April 13th and we held the reception in The Glass Menagerie at the Woodlands Resort & Conference Center. Several of our family member also stayed at the Resort. I actually cannot say enough great things about both the reception and hotel! The staff are very professional and know what they are doing with helpful suggestions but always leaving it to us to make the decisions. We received numerous compliments from our family & friends on the setting, food, bar, cake, etc. The dining staff were superb in taking care of everyone's needs and not being intrusive in any way. They even helped pack everything up at the end of the night. Many of our family members were from out of state and pleasantly surprised to see how much was offered and enjoyed golfing, spa ... and the swimming pool was a fun place to gather. I would recommend The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center to any father-of-the-bride. They are definitely value for money and greatly reduce the stress & hassle!

The best place you can choose for your most important event. My daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was here. Their service is top of the line. This place is beautiful and they will do more than you expect to make your event a complete success. We had Diana as our event coordinator and catering manager, and we couldn't ask for anyone better; she is an angel. We highly recommend this hotel for your wedding event.

I could not have been more pleased with our choice. From our first meeting The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center emphasized stress free wedding planning and they delivered!

I loved working with both Heather and Diana. They were quick to respond to every email and desire. They calmly and efficiently handle any and all concerns of mine, my fiances, and my family. All along the way the entire staff went the extra mile. Even the people at the valet and front desk taking reservations gave off a genuine impression of wanted to us celebrate! Never once did I feel I was imposing or asking too much.

I loved that so much was included in their pacakge. From linens (with every color or texture imaginable without an upgrade fee) to centerpieces they consider everything! I appreciated not having to worry about vendors coming and going and completely trusted their judgement and experience to handle any questions that may arise.

We really enjoyed our cake selection day. They surprised us with champagne and brought out several appetizers for us to sample before the cake. I was afraid this was going to be a difficult choice, but they make the process fun and easy! Plus we got to take extras home!

The day of the actual event I could not have felt more special. The room looked even more beautiful than I imagined. For weeks guests raved about our food! Diana and the Captain of Ceremonies were available any time we needed them. Every step of the process was smooth and enjoyable. Even with three other weddings taking place on the same day of ours we felt like the most important people there.

The only suggestion I have is to perhaps include a small portion of the meal or even a vendor meal for the couple in the suite after the wedding. The Champagne and strawberries were beautiful and delicious, but try as I could I didn't have time to eat my full meal. Again, this did not diminish the day in any way, it would just have been another nice touch.

The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center was the best location for a wedding in the area. We were married in August, so we had the reception inside and it was beautiful. Diana understood our vision and ran with it.

The food was great, the service was great and our complimentary hotel room was wonderful-champagne and strawberries?! does it get any better?

The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center did an amazing job. Heather was such and amazing coordinator and I don't know what i would have done without her. They went though great lengths to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and they were very flexible in every aspect of the reception. The food was outstanding. We still have people telling us what a great time they had and they wish they could go back just for the food.

The Woodlands Resort is a gorgeous location for a wedding. The natural beauty of the golf course and fountains allows you to skimp on decorations for a ceremony on the Forest Deck. The wedding package was all-in-one: catering, cake, planning, ceremony, reception, and a honeymoon suite! The rooms were well maintained and clean and the food was outstanding!! Jennifer is a great resource and very professional!

Outstanding Reception! I enjoyed every meeting we had with Diana and Heather. They were amazing. A few minor problems, but everything was taken care of before I even knew what was happening. Everything was beautiful... I am so happy I changed my venue and was able to have our reception here! BTW... the food was A-Mazing!!!

We had a wonderful reception at The Woodlands Resort! Heather was a great coordinator and put every effort into making the reception special and personal. She went to great lengths to honor special requests. There were some mistakes and the staff was responsive to them. Everyone makes mistakes, the difference here is how they are handled. The food was about the best banquet food I have ever had. We were very pleased with The Woodlands and would highly recommend them!

My reception was held in the Emerald Ballroom and I really lucked out by getting that room. It's a beautiful room with tall glass windows on two sides with a wrap around balcony overlooking the golf course and lake, so not your typical ballroom without any windows. Everyone LOVED the food and said it was the best they have had at a wedding. And even the cakes, our guests said not only did they look great but they tasted great as well. Throughout the whole planning process our coordinators were very nice and helpful. We first had Diana, but then she moved on to another job and so towards the end we had Judy. But Judy stepped right in for a seamless transition. I am very happy we went with this venue!
