    Amazing!!!

    Our wedding was AMAZING!!! Everything we dreamed of! Kimberly was amazing! Prompt to answer any and all questions even just the simple annoying ones. She was very accommodating and kind. We will forever and ever remember this special day with no complaints. Beautiful venue clear on expectations and helpful in all the ways!! 💯 would recommend- in fact have already! LGBTQ+ friendly. As I'm a woman who married my wife. That was important and we were treated with nothing less than respect and love. That meant everything to us thank you thank you-

    The new manager was so sweet and helpful with calming my nerves when things got bumpy. She was quick to respond when I had questions and when we realized some of our rentals had been left. The space is beautiful with plenty of room for guests to enjoy their time. Highly recommend!

    The staff at Woods on Ninth was very helpful and knowledgable about all the wedding details I had in mind for our special day. It was nice to have a venue where I didn't have to pay a cake cutting fee or be forced to use their catering. We were able to bring in our own vendor and use the kitchen with no problem at all. The venue is well-kept both inside and out. This was definitely worth the price we paid.

    The Woods was perfect! Everything went smoothly and their staff was super responsive and easy to work with, especially Faith!! Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was.

    We loved having using the Woods on Ninth for our special day! We had a small ceremony and luncheon there in the middle of winter and it was cozy and beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful! We would definitely use them again.

    I loved the venue! Unfortunately there were some hidden fees that we weren't planning on, but overall it was a great venue. I was a little unhappy that we were forced to go with their preferred vendors, or pay a fee.

    The Woods on Ninth truly made our wedding day so special! The catered to our very needs! They took the time to get to know us and personalize our experience. They were in the process of getting new management so their were some issues with what was promised but that was resolved quickly and was the only problem. Emily our coordinator was an absolute doll. She helped us through out the whole process.

    I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE! The location is to die for. They have a beautiful garden and ceremnoy place. Its the perfect place to have a reception. its afordable and the service is inpecable! The building is beautiful and the food is delicious! Biggest selling point is that the place is beautiful and the service is better! I couldnt' find a place that catered to my needs and was beautiful like the woods.

    They let me have snowcones that matched my wedding colors and even let me bring in my own cake. Their food was excellent and not too pricy. It was a perfect set up where I could have a formal dinner upstair and have a dance with live music downstairs. They gave me the opportunity to have a laid back yet elegant wedding where i didn't have to have a wedding line but just have everyone downstairs enjoying eachother's company. I got married in July so I was able to utilize the gardens and keep the doors open so my guest were able to go in and out of the reception. They let me choose my own center pieces and even set it up for me.

    Words cannot even express how beautiful this place is!

    They were able to work with our payments for the deposit. The location is beautiful, the outside garden was perfect for the ceremony. We had the lower level with the garden and it was perfect. I loved that we could have our own centerpieces and decorate. The lady that was there was helpful and wanted to make sure everything went right. I would definitely recommend them

    10-5-18 Wedding

    The Woods on Ninth was such a great location for our Wedding! We absolutely loved it! The outside garden area was so beautiful for the ceremony. It was nice being able to have food and drink inside and dancing outside as well.

    This venue has changed hands and been remodeled since I held my reception here. When I worked with them it was called Seven Oaks. They did a great job on my food, did not charge me a rental fee for our wedding luncheon because we held our reception there, and took care of the flowers for each table. The wedding coordinator also packed a picnic for my husband and I to take on the plane since we left from the reception for our honeymoon. The food was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The only complaint I had is that they forgot to put out the dvd player and tv for our wedding video to be shown. The wedding coordinator even helped us with our invitations and thank you notes and gave us a discount on them. Plus, they worked with the tuxedo shop and allowed us to leave the tuxedos at the reception site so they could be picked up by the tuxedo shop the next day - we didn't have to worry about returning them. Such a big help.

    We loved this venue for our wedding reception. They were willing to work with us for a payment schedule and bringing in everything of our own. The two floors is great, to have visiting upstairs and fun downstairs. Loved that it didn't need a lot of decorations, though we did bring some. My only complaint is when I showed up on my wedding day, none of my requests were made, though the staff said they would be. The entry way display was not even set up and they didn't even know where the tv was. They were quick about fixing it for me, (probably because I turned into Bridezilla when I found out it wasn't done) though it would have been nice to not have wasted the time on it. Everything other than that was wonderful, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

    They were professional and many of the people there were nice. They had trouble with firing someone and then transferring the information on to someone else... and it was a little pricey but it was really beautiful and everyone was very happy with the host.

    The place was gorgeous, and they were accommodating with the ideas I wanted for my reception. I had a live jazz band, dance floor, no wedding line, and the ability to add my own little touch to each of the table decorations. Other venues were not so flexible.
    They also did my catering- heads up- food cost was the priciest. I wasn't able to get a chance to try any- but I'm sure with their gourmet chief in house it tasted good. The service was good, after we cut the cake, they took it back into the kitchen, boxed up the top tier for us, and cut up the rest and served them to the guests. However, we were not permitted to use sparklers for the grand exit- which I thought misleading, because in the consultations previous to the big even, they encouraged sparklers. My husband and I still have some left over, and it's been 7 months since we've been married!

    Incredible Location and Setting with subpar Sales Associate

    This venue is spectacular... upstairs, downstairs, outside...it has it all!
    My personal experience with the sales associate was not especially positive, but my experience with all other vendors for my event was superb so I guess having a not-so-comfortable relationship with the venue coordinator/sales associate was just 1 negative out of SO, SO many positives!

    We wanted so badly to do our renewal vows here. Unfortunately my husband was deployed for our set date. While they were more than accommodating us in letting us keep prices the same, for a new day when he came back, we were told we would be moving. I cannot control the military, and wish sometimes I could but sometimes it is not up to me. We gave our deposit down, and even though we did sign a contract, we contacted them for a partial refund (even some money is better than none) we were told no, because it had been a year. Well, from my point of view that is not really being flexible with what our current situation is. Yes a contract was signed but sometimes you cannot control what is out of your hands. They now have $1,000 of our money in which they will not return even half of to help our move. I will not be recommending this place to anyone I don't care about legalities especially when they knew my husband was in the military, and that at any moment anything could happen. They seemed fine with it until we asked for a partial refund.
