  I would give 6 stars if I could! Our save the dates and invitations are whimsical, unique, and exactly what we were envisioning. Not the same old stale, heavy stock, gaudy cursive design, but a welcoming vision of the event we planned. Our family and friends have been raving about the designs. We had no changes and would work with them again in a heartbeat. We also hired them to do a family tree for the event and we were thrilled with the results.

  Joel & Ashley are a true joy to work with and are extremely talented at what they do. They are dynamic duo and they are worth every penny! Highly recommend them for your wedding/engagement pictures (I used them for both of mine!) The pictures they produce just have so much personality and depth to them, they are definitely not your average "wedding" pictures. Anyone can take pictures, but not everyone can take the type of pictures they take. Their talent seeps through which each and every picture they produce and I can assure you... you will not be disappointed!

  Joel & Ashley of This Paper Ship are a wonderful pairing. They did my Engagement pictures this past November and were super flexible when I kept changing the dates on them even with them having to drive from NC to VA to do the shoot. Also, they had a quick turn around getting the disk of pictures to us before Christmas so that I could give some pictures away to family, as I had requested, even though they were swamped with other work. The quality of service and quality of the photography you get for the price you pay is unheard of. As compared to other people who do wedding/engagement photography, I found their packages to be extremely affordable and even though their packages may be less in price, the pictures they take are just as beautiful as the others, if not better! Not to mention, I have gotten so many compliments on my Engagement pictures (people I dont even know have "friended" me on facebook to ask who did my Engagement pictures/get their info haha). My finace and I were both estatic when we saw all the pictures and we both thought they did such a beautiful job and really caputred what we were looking for. Highly recommend their services! Can't wait to see what my wedding pictures look like! I'm sure I will have a second batch of rave reviews then :)
