  Thousand Words Events did an excellent job at our wedding. We were late in booking a DJ for the wedding and was very fortunate to come across Thousand Words Events. DJ (John Park) was punctual, professional, and knew how to keep the party lively. We appreciated the remote meetings to select the music, go over the day of details, and John's sincere well wishes for us as we prepared for the wedding. Their online portal makes music selection and uploading your day of schedule very easy. Highly recommended for your event!

  The Thousand Words Events team was soooo crucial in entertaining my guests and making my wedding the amazing, memorable night that it was! I couldn't imagine my wedding being the same without Johan and DJ Markus. If your reception and a fun night for your guests is a priority for you -- get in touch with Thousand Words Events.
  
  Johan and DJ Markus from Thousand Words Events went above and beyond the call of duty! Guests raved about Johan, his live singing performance and MC skills. He seamlessly executed, and also improvised the program over the course of the night to make for a stellar reception. Many of my guests came to me to ask me how I found him and to and tell me how impressed they were.
  
  All of my guests -- of different generations and musical tastes -- loved the music selection and DJ Markus was masterful in reading the crowd. We danced the night away!
  
  During the planning process -- I knew I was in good hands. He helped us put together the perfectly balanced program for our Korean-American reception but most importantly, he executed everything perfectly! Couldn't be happier with my experience with Thousand Words Events!

  I chose to work with Johan and his team at Thousand Word Events because from the get-go, he was very professional and had a keen understanding of what I was looking for in an MC/DJ. Some MCs and DJs have a bad reputation for being cheesy, too loud, and not caring about the couple's taste or style, but Yohan was just the opposite. The TW team perfectly catered the evening's choices to what we really wanted, from the music they played to the games throughout the night.
  
  Johan is a true master at his craft, even acting like an unofficial wedding co-coordinator (alongside our actual wedding coordinator) -- he worked behind the scenes with our reception location and other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly, and making sure that the evening stayed on track with all of the different pieces (speeches, dances, cake cutting, etc.) It's easy to get swept up with the guests, but Johan made sure everything ran smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything with Johan and the TW team -- if anything, he went above and beyond to help make our event seamless and perfect. I would highly recommend Thousand Word Events as a vendor!

  With the exception of a minor sound check during first half of reception(bass was on too high for reception hall which resulted in slight muffled sound), Services were impeccable. I would definitely re-hire this team!

  Unprofessional, not prepared for the event at all, failed to follow instructions, failed to gather attention from the guests, very unorganized and all the guests at my wedding thought he was just a friend of ours - meaning he was very unprofessional.
