Amazing Food and Amazing people! with being a "Covid Bride" we were a wedding that went threw all the changes due to guidelines changing weekly. We had to postpone our august wedding to October and they were more that helpful with all the changes. Food was tasty and everyone really enjoyed it -

my husband and i did a tasting with thyme 2 cater and knew immediately that this was the company that we were going to hire. the food was phenomenal, the hospitality exceeded all expectations, and the employees were so delightful and sweet.
they altered the menu to cater (ha) to each of our tastes, including my allergies.
they asked continually throughout our night if either of us needed anything to drink or anything else to eat.
they were all SO kind and generous.
not to mention....the food! it was incredible! it didn't taste generic or boring. it tasted like a warm, home cooked meal.
if we ever have an event to cater again, we will be back. -

We just had our wedding and we are SO thankful we chose to use Thyme 2 Cater!! Andrew and his staff are willing to go out of their way to ensure your event is special and just how you planned it. Chef Mike had the caterer tasting at our house and he boxed up all the leftovers for us -- his food is DELICIOUS! My favorite part about them is that they are willing to accommodate any of your guests' dietary needs. We had someone with severe celiac who cannot have cross contamination, and they were accommodated no problem for no extra charge. They discounted the kids plates and the babies were free. We worked with Brittany for all the logistics, and she made the planning process so much easier! During our reception, the caterers already had a plate for myself and the groom at the sweetheart table with what we wanted, which was a really sweet touch. All the linens and dishware were perfect and they even rolled up the napkins however you chose. If you are on a tight budget, like I was, but still want great food for your guests or even if you just want an honest local company, then Thyme 2 Cater is the way to go. We will definitely be using them again!! -

Thyme 2 Cater was amazing! Some of the nicest and chilliest people I've ever met and worked with. Fell in love at an open house at our venue and booked them that very day! We had the baked chicken and veggies, the pulled pork BBQ, green beans, and THE BEST MASHED POTATOES IN MY LIFE! -

Everyone raved about the food and were very impressed by the family style service. Andy was so helpful and flexible when a hurricane hit the weekend of our wedding. -

Unfortunately we didn’t have the experience that we expected. When we first meet them they were such fun and great people and it seemed as they would be a really great fit for our outdoor wedding, and most importantly the food was incredible at the tasting. They helped to customize our food station menu and everything seemed like it was going to be perfect.
The food on the day of the wedding was unfortunately not the same food we tasted whatsoever. Supposedly they had gotten a new chef in between the tasting and the wedding, however in my opinion that is not an excuse at all.
For the amount of money we spent I felt like it could’ve been so much better. And aside from the taste/ingredients that changed. Everything was completely cold. Our wedding was outdoors in October so it was a cold night and I know that can play a part, however they knew that when we signed the contract and said they would make sure to keep it hot. Which they didn’t deliver on.
They did go around to every table and apologize about the food being cold, so that was a very nice gesture. Really nice and fun people I feel like they didn’t deliver the way we expected them to. -

I had such high hopes for this caterer. The food is fabulous but the service was bad. Andy made it sound so easy in the beginning only to ignore you when trying to get a response. He ran out of food on rehearsal night and had to drive 30 minutes away to get more food. They brought back items that were not on the original menu. We paid for extra bartenders and they were suppose to stay until midnight. They left almost 2 hours before then. The bartenders didn't know how to make a 7&7 or a screwdriver. They were looking it up on Google. We had alcohol missing and an extra large cooler that was taken also. The caterer got drunk tending one of the bars. I'm so disappointed because his food really is good but can't get the rest of it in check. Amy was a big help and if it wasn't for her help at the end I don't know what would have happened. They lost a certified check and when we sent another one they said they did not get it but upon investigation, Andy's mother signed for the check, it was deposited in their account. Andy over promises but did not deliver on the professional end. -

I would not recommend this caterer. He promises a lot but does NOT deliver. He ran out of food on rehearsal night and our guest waited over 40 minutes for food. We paid for 110 people and only 86 were there. How embarassing!! Reception food was delicious but cold. His staff threw away my nieces FULL plate when clearing some tables. (She was changing her daughter and wasn't in her seat and only had taken 1 bite) We paid for extra bartenders and they left almost 2 hours before event was over. The bartenders didn't know how to make a 7 and 7 or a Screwdriver. They used Google to look up ingredients. We had cases of alcohol disappear and also missing was an extra large cooler. Andy got drunk and some of his employees were witnessed going behind the bushes at the venue drinking.
Andy is horrible trying to get in contact with and IF you can he will not return a call or text for weeks.. I would NOT recommend them!! -

Our tasting was AMAZING!! I bragged to the guests about how delicious our food would be... just to have the most disappointing delivery. We did not get the meat we ordered, my husband did not get his custom meal, one of the sides was completely wrong, and the food was cold. Salads were not pre-plated and only 20 were prepared for 135 guests. Vendors were not fed.
The worst, was the professionalism.
The owner was incapacitated. He made guests, my husband and I, and the vendors very uncomfortable. They showed up without the proper amount of staff, and the staff shooed off guests asking for more sauce, one of them being my mother, their client.
The response for their behavior is absent. No apologies or responsibility taken.
