  Best Second Line Band

  We absolutely loved Tidal Wave Brass Band! John set up a call to introduce himself and to see if we had any questions or specific requests. Most vendors you’re communicating via email, he added the personal touch! The band was prompt, enthusiastic and engaging. Our wedding guests are still talking about the band. They were epic! They created a lifelong memories.

  Amazing Band!

  I hired the Tidal Wave Brass band for my daughters Wedding 5/25/24 and they were Amazing! We are from New Orleans and the music selections they played were modern songs played in the second line style. I have never had a band play this style. The guest are still talking about how great the music was. My Daughter had no idea I had found such a unique band. He one request was to find a band that were in a uniform for her Formal Wedding. They looked great. She and her Husband said the second line was the best part of the wedding! Upon booking, it was professional and I was given a contract with a small deposit. They showed on time and did an amazing performance and they sing! The songs were singable. We oved it!

  Awesome sounding brass band!

  Tidal wave led our wedding second line in the French quarter. They organized the whole thing perfectly (got the permit with the city, created the route), sounded awesome, and the grand marshall hyped the crowd up. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the experience. Thanks tidal wave!

  A truly magical experience!

  We hired the Tidal Wave Brass Band for our wedding second line and it was a truly magical experience. The band showed up on time and in good spirits, despite the terrible heat. A few of our guests are musicians and were blown away by how tight the band sounded; their passion and love for music really shines through. They are absolute professionals. John was communicative throughout the process, responding quickly to all emails, and he took care of the entire permitting and routing so that the parade was absolutely seamless. I'm so glad I hired Tidal Wave, and couldn't recommend them more.

  The band was better than I expected. They were better than any of the bands I saw when I came here before. They played the entire time, and kept us thoroughly entertained.

  Phenomenal

  I am far from great at writing these, so if I don’t give them there just due, just chalk it up to that. These guys were magnificent. I don’t know how I lived before without ever doing that. I hope I get to experience another one in my lifetime.

  This band is just wow

  This band absolutely rocked my husband and I’s world. And they played Michael Jackson lol. It was perfect. Magical experience created!

  This band constantly stated throughout the hiring process, that this would be a magical experience. I have concluded that they have over-delivered on the promise. The line of communication was always open, and their leader John really took care of us. The music was absolutely phenomenal and we sung the entire time through the streets of New Orleans. I’ll have stories to tell my family and friends for years back in Baltimore. Thanks Tidal Wave!

  Definitely Hire

  Hiring Tidal Wave for my wedding reception was the best decision. Everyone loved their vibe and they were the best way to end the party. The transition from DJ to brass band was seamless. John was super professional and great to works with. He even gave us some dates for days they were playing around the city so we could hear them ahead of time. Would definitely hire again for another party!
