  Photographer

  I had this vendor for pictures and videographer and the pictures came out great I loved the quality however the videography was ok for my ceremony it was good quality for half the ceremony and then the last half they switched cameras and it looked like something from video camera From the 1980’s that I was disappointed about , also the their cameras battery died for about 15 minutes during the end of my ceremony thank God they got the kiss and the walking up the isle but then , got half of our faces and didn’t get much of us coming back up the isle. Also if you want punctuality with getting back to you and your emails and such forget about it this vendor takes their time getting back to you and now I am still waiting to hear back about my wedding album that was supposed to be part of our package anyway!! Ridiculous! Which is a shame because overall on the day they were great it just after and before. Future Brides beware when booking this vendor , they were the right price but I would never again pick them.

  Never received product

  We hired Robert to video our wedding. He requested extra time to get the video completed as he had a lot of weddings booked. One year later, no video and he will not respond to calls, emails or text messages. It was hard to rate the quality of his work because I haven't seen it.

  A no-show to our wedding. 😢

  This photographer was met in person twice (to book him in April and to go over the wedding schedule 4 days before the wedding! He was a no-show. He claimed that it was not on that day, but the contract says otherwise. He has not returned the deposit. He has given no apology for his screw-up. Also, he has been ghosting us.

  No communication, no product

  As of December 2nd, 2021 I have not received our wedding video ( wedding date was July 30th) and as of November 2nd they have stopped communicating completely after yelling us that it would be done the following week after saying "they mixed us up with someone else as they had 2 other weddings with the same name". I can even see they have seen our messaged due to read receipts, so at this point they're knowingfully tossing us to the side!
  
  I cannot in good mind recommend this company due to the complete lack of communication and ignoring of us when asking for updates regarding how it's going along when it should have been done already. They were paid on the day of the event and at this point we feel scammed out of our money and even worse robbed out of some of our memories from our wedding.
  
  Please choose another business, any other one, from this one when you need something special and important recorded!
